  • 07 at the bottom of the abyss

But now this forum has to be infected with the top topic No. 1 of the Oldie and US-Car friends. A new Job’s message of the wool for years most incompetent government makes talk of itself in the new edition of the Oldtimer market. The 07s number is most likely to be abolished. Hurrah my high-space youngtimers thus become unfor saleable, undriving (legally is clear) special waste. Do we want to let ourselves like this so easily? re Oldtimerclub representative organisations who have already made some questionable actions of themselves take the matter into their own hands? Now it is time to tackle and defend themselves, the best not only those who have a red number but all those who have something to do with old carts. Maybe one next finds out that the taxes for the H-mark are too low or cars that are older than 10 years are supposed to be to the TÜV every three months or only in daylight Now it’s just about more than just the red number, but to show up there in the realm of ignorance that we’re not mentally inferior Messis. With frustrated nachoster greetings Supersoul

  • Mercedes series W123

Hi, I am interested in a Mercedes of the series W123. I prefer a 4-cylinder (200 or 230E) petrol engine with automatic transmission. Since I want to use the car as a regular car, I am looking for a model that is as well preserved as possible. I would therefore be very happy about reports with experiences and tips and links to this model (no coupe). I would also be interested in whether the engine was fundamentally changed during the course of the model maintenance and whether it was suitable for these models. odelle already gave a CAT. Thank you

  • Porsche 911Turbo does not start after 3 months of service life

Hello Have my 911 turbo as in all the years before on October 30th shut down and packed clean. Yesterday I wanted to start it as usual once briefly, but it did not jump on anymore. If I turn on the ignition then I hear no gasoline pumps running. The starter rotates the engine as usual. The fuse, as well as the two relays for the fuel pumps 1 & 2 I checked – are fine. Does anyone have any idea how to control the two relays? H Abe there still something forgotten. It is with the vehicle a 911Turbo. Mod. 930 BJ. 1988

  • Need urgent help GS500 doesn’t work properly

Moin! Urgently use your help, just stand at work and must come home afterwards somehow. The following: I bought a GS 500 E 3 days ago, the 3 days ran quite normal, as far as I can judge. During the lunch break 30 minutes ago I drove for short (10KM) what to get food and just before I arrived she went out. After that she did not start, with Joke she started then. After that she strangled herself at low gas and speed, at full gas / more gas or at higher speeds she ran then. Think that she gets anywhere no air or sprite, tank is still 1/4 full and sprithahn was on reserve. thank you for your advice was

  • What old cars are these?

Greetings to the old-timer experts, when searching through my photo archive, I hit on some vehicles that I can’t match up with so far. Maybe someone knows the manufacturer and type of the following old-timers: 1. Apparently a historic racing car, seen at the Essen Motor Show 2011 2. A roadster with an air-kilted rear engine, probably a VW or Porsche Derivative 1 2 3 4 3. Could also be something based on Porsche: May Beetle Meeting 2013 4. There I am really full ig unsuspecting. Looks like an own construction for me: DIY 1 DIY 2 Thanks a lot in advance for all the information regarding these vehicles.

  • 15 W-40 with HC synthesis (castrol) with old 1.5 L petrol engine from 1964 ?

The title says everything. I know that these old engines cannot be operated with sythetic oils. Unfortunately, this oil is the only 15 W-40 that my dealer has in stock. Can I use it without hesitation when changing oil?http://www.motoroel100.de/…/Castrol-GTX-15W-40-1X5L.jpg Thanks for all the advice

  • Experiences with Porsche Cayenne V6 290 HP

Hello together, one of you has experiences with the Porsche Cayenne V6 290 HP. I am currently playing with the idea of getting one as a business car. Alternatively, an SUV with 3 liters diesel would also be possible. However, I particularly like the Cayenne through its desing, and therefore statements about the maintenance costs, workshop, consumption would be quite useful for the purchase decision. So if you have experiences with it or even a ride I would like to use your Feedb ack very happy. Greeting Roman S.

  • 04865033AF transmission control,

04865033AF transmission control, Hello, I finally found the problem with my car (Prowler 1999). It is the transmission control. I live in Germany and here it is very difficult to get spare parts. Does anyone know if a control could fit from another car? Or can an electrician fix such a thing? I am grateful for any advice…
