Hello first, I explain my problem to you. I bought a Pc37 from private and had everything done chain, tires, oil etc. the seller said inspection was made after I had everything done in a workshop (except spark plugs), I wanted to make a tour and after 20km I pulled a smoke cloud after me. The workshop says that from the spark plug the electric is broken and came against pistons that follow, hole in the piston! ?? Now I have found an engine, but from 05-06 series, can I install it without any concerns, if I take over the injection insert etc. ? Bzw can I take over the injection insert ? Or does someone who knows someone who would repair the engine cheaply ? ?? I thank you already for the answers.

Ruckeln Moto Guzzi V7 850 GT Built 1972
Dear Guzzi Fans I’ve had a V7 850 GT year 1972, which basically runs reliably. Currently I have the following problem, which I can’t explain easily and is slightly different from the thread V35 on the topic of jerking (see below) The MG jumps well and runs round. Acceleration is also full throttle in gears 1 to 4 in all speed ranges no problem. Only in the 5th gear it does not take full throttle and comes into the jerking. With half throttle it accelerates normally. Problem of course, this motorcycle is not about full-gas driving, but I want to get to the track of the problem before further complications occur. At first I thought about the ignition, but contacts are right, too. I will now still have ignition cables (they have already made problems), spark plugs and plugs exchange. Presumably, however, that it comes from the fuel supply, so at maximum consumption (greater gear, full acceleration) too much ode r too little petrol arrives. Maybe also a filter dense or similar. Hello together…am new here…. I drive an MG 850 t4 BJ 84 Fresh from the check ?? Carburettor cleaning incl. Now my question: When I drive I always have the feeling that the Guzzi does not always get enough fuel, because it twitches while driving…but in the stand everything is okay… Thanks for the suggestions.

Oil exit Moto Guzzi T3 1982
Greetings. Since the beginning of May this year I own a Guzzi T3 from 1982, with about 65,000 km on the speedometer. Yesterday I was on my way home, at speed about 120, when the engine suddenly lost power very briefly – as if the fuel was all. Was only a second long. I am immediately off the gas, but the machine then went on quite normally, no noticeable power loss, standing gas normal, no eye-catching exhaust gases or noises. braking possible?
