Hello first of all, with the politically questionable discounter Lidl there is an extremely cheap battery charger.http://www.lidl.de/…/c.o.20080128.p.Battery charger.ar31 My question: Can I clamp the part in my camper (Fiat Scudo) behind the external socket to charge the supply battery 110A and the starter battery at the campsite on the one hand? I am sure that there are a lot of arguments from camping aesthetics that speak against it, but the whole is a student r Low Budget Van. a 20€ Baterie Separation Relay has already won me 🙂 So what do you think, technically possible? Thank you very much! Mazrael

Tyres for trailers
Hello, I would like to buy new tires for my car trailer. I had considered Dunlop Winter Sports 3D (195/65R15) because I drive them on my car and am very satisfied. Because of all this back and forth with tires of the weather… Now the question arises can I drive winter tires in the summer at all? Or should I use all-year tires?

Prius III and Auris Hybrid are quite loud.
Hello guys. I read in the ADAC test that the engine in the Prius III and also in the Auris gets quite loud at a higher speed. The test value is 70dBa, it is supposed to be an unpleasant roaring. It is not about the high-turning noise when accelerating. Who has already dampened its hybrid and can contribute experiences here?

Prius for ~10,000EUR – is that worth it? (purchase advice ,25,000km annually)
Hello people, looking for a replacement for my Golf IV I stumble from vehicle to vehicle. Even though I may not be allowed to say it out loud in the Prius Forum, but my dream car is actually an SUV, which is not feasible in this budget. I had thought back and forth whether I should increase the budget, whether I should buy a station wagon or the like, until I saw a Prius driving in the city here. The Prius – for me many years ago still a futuristic vehicle, yes fa This is a prototype that has been produced quite often. Today, however, it seems that these vehicles (even older ones) are already in my league from the future. However, the vehicles you can get mostly have almost 100,000km and are already built ~2007-8. Since I drive 25,000km a year, I had only looked for a diesel, but today the Prius went through my mind a lot. Therefore my question: If I want to drive this thing now 3 years e (i.e. about 75,000km) – is it worth buying such an old buck? Will the battery make life difficult for me? Are these vehicles from these old years of construction at all reliable, or rather problem children? After all, many years ago they also read a lot of criticism of the vehicles, but to what extent the negative points today in 2013 have proved true – I can not judge that at the moment. My further demands on a vehicle are actually simple – they should n I have to pack a bicycle in my car here and there (to transport it back home from somewhere) – is this activity possible at Prius at all? In Golf IV it is possible to bend and break a bike in… even if it is not nice to the car. My only fear about the design so far: Is the car even usable without a rear-view camera? It looks so built up that I can use the car in the first place. r can hardly imagine that one can reasonably look back. I would be happy about a few hints Greeting -Thomas

Acquisition of SF discount from deceased after 1.5 years of closure
Hello, I guess I have a special problem with taking over the freedom of claims class… Since 1993 I have been driving accident-free, two cars that were registered on me and insured by my mother. Since 1.1.2003 my mother has changed to the HUK Coburg with the freedom of claims class 25. The insurance was shut down on 3.8.2011 together with the last car. My mother died recently. I would have to be entitled to SF18. But the HUK Coburg now says that there is a deadline of 1 year to take over the freedom of claims class after use (decommissioning). Before, two other people told me about the HUK Coburg two other things. If my mother would insure a car, they would be able to take over the freedom of claims class if the insurance / autop had not been registered, too. This was so contractually regulated and agreed with the supervisory office. They would insure me with 75% new, or I could make an application for takeover d But he has rather little chance of success, and would need 3-4 weeks of processing. They would probably electronically confirm my mother’s freedom of damage class to another insurance. How can one proceed in such a case meaningfully? Bring lawyer there what? Should I simply try to negotiate with other insurance companies that take over the discount? In this case, I am a bit afraid that the consultants say “well, let’s make it clear” but then later retroactively SF0 is calculated. Gi Is this 1 year period after use for all insurance companies? Or is there any that have a longer / no time limit? I am grateful for all advice and ideas, also PM. mfg, Dennis EDIT: I have found a thread afterwards, looks as if Kravag and Janitos are more kulant in their general contractual terms! Many thanks to 1winki Quote: Original written by 1winki EDIT2: The car insurance company probably also has the same rules for taking over after insurance gsinterruption up to 7 years and seems to be much cheaper than Kravag or Janitos. But it’s a pure online insurer. The WGV has offered to do it on a client basis. Maybe this will help anyone further.

>>> Flashed with the mark in Austria – how to go on ?!?!
Hello people! I very often drive a certain route in Austria (with German license plate). And admittedly, there I often drive about 140-150kmh instead of the 130kmh – not much too fast, but like most others too – so that I can just “swimm” in traffic. Now I have heard that if one is flashed in Austria, there can be complications, because: Usually one is flashed from behind. If the photo is sent to Germany, then according to German law always the Now I got a parking ticket last week because of driving too fast (allegedly sometime in November), and also today another one (from the beginning of December). My problem is now this: Since I have been driving this route so often since September 2004 (1-2 times a week), it may be that I have a new letter in the Postkastl every 2 weeks. And that can’t be that I have to make a nice €20-€50.- now every 2 weeks ?! And what bothers me the most: The tickets are almost half a year late. I’m sitting there stupidly, and I can get maybe 20 more. I’d be happy if someone would help me. MfG, yb

License plate number how high/low?
Hello, wanted to know how high or deep you can attach marks, goes mainly around front. But much more important, how much attention is paid to it? Tüv? Race management?

Who’s right???
Hello, urgently need your tips!!! We bought a used Opel Zafira almost 3 months ago. The previous owner had registered the car only one month in his name and it looks like he bought the car only for resale. Well, it’s also ok, I talked to the previous owner who sold it less to the car for 1350 euro. I only say good earnings. But in this one month the VB drove the car there was a sheet metal damage at the Motorha ube, it also starts rusting by now. Of course I intend to have it done. Now the previous owner comes to us and wants to send an expert by because the police finally found the causer of the damage. He has to keep the money from the insurance… Now my question: must I let him get the money, he will not fix the car for, the car belongs to me and the damage in that sense also, he has not made a mistake. But vice versa good profit. I see the thing so that it is meant for repair and therefore actually belongs to me at least partially… Please say whether I am right here or not. Thank you in advance!

Handlebars damaged after curb collision?
Moin municipality, I came up against the right kerb in a bend the other day… I don’t know how fast that was anymore; definitely with more than 15 km/h. I was already in the workshop, the nice gentleman said that both handlebars were damaged. Is that plausible? Admittedly, I don’t know about car mechanics; would be cool if you could give feedback! LG
