  • Jazz motor light on and jerks !!!!

    Hello all, I have a Jazz Bj 2006 1339cm3. Last week suddenly the engine light went on and he started to jerk. So I got to the right warning flasher and turned off the car. After I started the car again he drove again quite normal however the engine light remained on. The from the car workshop then have read out the error memory but also did not become really clever from it and told me to check this with a Honda dealer properly I’m sorry, but they just told me that it’s probably something to do with the throttle valve or rather with the sensor. So I went to my local Honda dealer and he also read out the fault memory. First they said that the throttle flaps are ONLY dirty and that needs to be cleaned (approx. 80€) afterwards the error should not occur any more. The next day my husband then called there to ask what is going on…. The car is back in order and can be removed. … so still paid there and gnashing of teeth…. The car drove as normal as always. As far as so good, we were still on the road at the same Aben and suddenly the himself again from the front, jerking, motor lamp on, turn off etc.. So my husband said again and then they said that the throttle flaps unit was defective and that the completely exchange t must be. Price approx. 600€ plus installation…. Now avoid question, is this error known in the Honda Jazz and isn’t that somehow cheaper to get there? I really don’t have a bit of trust to the Honda dealer anymore and feel like I’m getting off the hook…. Can’t you even give me a tip on how to proceed? MfG Angelika

    Hi, the ADAC has labeled the jazz as a flop. I’m very surprised, because you can hardly find anything here in the forum. Has the small battery caused so much breakdown here, or are there any other vulnerabilities?

  • Retrofit daytime running light

    Hello, I have the Jazz 1.4 Elegance since May and look for possibilities of retrofitting with daytime running light. Since the vehicle is already equipped with fog lights there will probably not be much possibilities? An installation in the existing grill under`m license plate looks certainly not good and will be too central. On the Internet I have also seen headlights with daytime driving light — but without approval– (for Jazz from 2008 or the ? Fitz) Can someone make suggestions or ha t someone already retrofitted and has pictures of it. With thanks and continued good ride for all wishes Oli

  • Alfa Romeo 147 matching tyres and rims

    Hello guys, I would like to buy summer tyres and the right rims for my Alfa Romeo 147, but I honestly have to admit that I don’t really understand which tyres fit to the rims I like :/ I’ll give you the link about the rims only I don’t know if 17 or 18 inches and what it looks like with TÜV expert report. I had once told me that with original Alfa rims I don’t have to go to TÜV, but is that true ? can you tell me which tyres I have there to buy ? Maybe one of you even has the same rims on his 147.     Hello, what about lactating abroad? I mean a completlacing in a different color. Do you have to have it registered in the vehicle letter/certificate, if yes, do you have to have it done immediately? I mean if I had the car painted in another country and would then bring it back here.

  • Colors Alfa 147 – before facelift

    Hello, does someone here in the forum know an overview of all the colors that were available for the Alfa 147 up to the Facelift? Even after a long search I haven’t found something like this yet (the Alfa page is unfortunately not helpful with regard to the old model). I am interested in this in general and especially for certain colors: – I have already seen a 147 in dark brown-metallic (and so far only once) – was there this color officially? – I know the metall c-blue, that already drifts into the purple – with some pictures at Mobile.de, etc. however, the blue-metallic paint seems quite nice. Can of course just be due to the pictures – or just because there were several blue-metallic tones. – But I have not found any information about this yet. Would be great if you could help me further in these color questions. 🙂

    The day of the 20 tkm inspection had come my 147 JDT came to the dealer of my trust (so I thought). So I picked up my car, waved the lady at the reception with the bill, spontaneously I put 200€ on the table.     Hello. After I whittled through all threes, now nevertheless my question: Facts: 147er Alpha, Bj 2002, 108Tkm error in the engine monitoring system flashed first, then 5min later continuous light. Up on no power in the lower speed range (3000), restless idle hardly revolutions, next day workshop: spark plugs replaced, cylinders would not get enough compression, it would be glued (oil change too rare), solvent in and 24 pcs. let work, no change. there are 3 possibilities: -Build the engine apart and clean it up,-continue in the hope that the problem will be solved by itself (Sprit consumption??),–he’s stuck and then I need a new engine anyway.   • Alfa 147 facelift – beautiful or not?

    Hello @ all, I am in the mom at the driver’s license and want to get myself first a 147 1.6TS. I have 2 offers in the eye. One is the Vorfacelift model in black with 120hp, 2 years old, 32 000 km. The other the new Facelift model with “only” 105hp, also in black, a year old, 10 000km. The equipment is largely the same.How would you decide? Performance or exterior? I mean the older model is also pretty, no question. Should even people give d he likes it better than the new facelift – how do you think it is?
