My consumption isn’t normal, is it?
I thought I was going to test what my car had to use … I was scared…I was full of fuel (until it shuts down) then drove 120 km and refueled again(until it shuts down on its own) then the view of the tank column wow said and wrote was there 23,04 liter ….I drove the car quite normally ..there’s something wrong… as it’s an Audi 80 Avant bj.93 150 HP VR6….maybe it’s due to the wide mature or the kat (which is empty). is)(am … I wasn’t that) would be great if someone could tell me something about it…

Hello! I’m currently looking for a small car. It’s my first car, so I’d like to get a bit better equipped and motorized. I don’t need automatic transmission, instead I prefer a sliding roof. Hazards are about 12-15tkm p.a., about half short distance (5-7km), half long distance (100km+). Unfortunately, I have the “small problem” that many small cars don’t seem to agree to me, often too playful and too restless design. I’m looking for the conservative among the small cars. fit into it, what does it look like from the technical point of view? Did there have in the past several problems? Which engine would be recommended at the moment? I also find the Kia Rio shown on the MT homepage appealing. Would it be worth a recommendation? Thank you for your tips!

Tire flank damaged?
Good day, I drove by car about 2 weeks ago at parking unfavorably with a tire along a curb / on the curb. Affected is one of the rear tires. It squeaked. The curb was not particularly high, perhaps more 5cm than 10cm and also not “sharp” but rounded. Besides, I was of course on the road with very low “creep speed”. I took photos of the tire directly afterwards, in the annex there are three photos. The “discoloration” or the slips on the tire, as shown in the photos, are as far as I can see, so that was probably rather superficial in the road dust on the tires. It is still the winter tires. Now I would like to have the wheels changed in a workshop next week and will also ask if one could look at the affected tires. I would be grateful if we could check out the tyre. I would also like to know in advance: what can a workshop actually do in such a case to check if there is any damage? Since the winter tyres should actually remain for storage on the rim, one cannot actually examine the tyres from the inside. I am grateful for all the tips and hints! Stephan M.

245/40 R17 Year-round tyres?
Hello everyone, have bought a 1 BMW F20 118i, stupidly at that time with mixed tyres (star spoke 382): front 225/45 R17, rear 245/40 R17. The problem now is that I really want to switch to all-year tires, unfortunately I find no reasonable all-year tire for the rear wheels! Neither Michelin CrossClimate nor Goodyear or Continental offer the corresponding tire size… Ideas? Is there perhaps a very summery winter tire that, although Wi is used even in summer?

Now I swung between “Pirelli P Zero (PZ4?)” and “Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (LS?)”.Which one can recommend? Other suggestions are of course welcome.Wish to select tyres that offer as high a traction as possible, whether the Pirellis can do everything in this discipline. I would, however, like to doubt it as a non-connoisseur.
