  • Car broken no one wants to fix it because of bad insurance

Hello I had an accident on Sunday where a parking vehicle hit me on the back right, so clearly the fault of the other. The accident report was also filled out so that the fault is clearly with the other. The accident opponent has an insurance in Austria very well known and reproved (Euroherc, various procedures at the insurance association) Yesterday I then made a report with the Euroherc, because the accident opponent which should actually do this should not He told me he would send me the repair order with which I could then go to a workshop. Now to the actual problem. I have called now at 7 workshops and no one wants to repair my car in combination with the Euroherc, because the quote workshop “are cheaters and who pay the money only after months and dozens of complaints”. rkstätten demand all that I sign an explanation where I agree to pay the money full of myself if the insurance resists. Is there any way to do something? Has someone experienced something similar. I ask for tips

  • CH-TT-Jura exit

So dear TT community it’s time, I (Mario) and Moreno22 (Ivan) thought we could organize the first (?) TT meeting in Switzerland! And that’s the whole exit is ready, we just have to clarify where we want to take our rest, in any case it will be a restaurant with a guaranteed view of Lake Biel! The route leads us from Liestal (about 15 km from Basel) via Waldenburg, Balsthal, Moutier to Biel, where we place the said rest at Lake Biel After that we go to La Chaux de Fonds via La Ferrière to Delémont (Delsberg). The whole journey is about 240 km long and takes about 2 hours from Liestal to Biel and the second part about the same length. I would say that the distance and length of the route is just right, since we will travel 80% over roads. So, now we still have the possible data and that: – SA, 05. July 2008 od. SO – SA, 12. July 2008 od. SO – SA, 19. July 2008 od. SO I think we will The whole route we will most likely send to the participants by e-mail, i.e. a map with a detailed description. So it would have been in the rough, now I would say, just enter in with the data which best suit you. We hope for numerous appearances and sunny weather!! SA, 05.07. – TT-BS (Mario) – Moreno22 (Ivan) – … – …. – ….. SA, 12.07. – TT-BS – Moreno22 – … – ….. SA, 19.07. – TT-BS – Moreno2 2 – … – …. – ….. Greetings from the EM-City Basel! Mario PS: All TTs from all countries are welcome!

  • Unindebted rear-end accident

Hello, on Thursday someone in the parking lot drove backwards to my car. It was only the license plate bent. One day later the generator and the power steering failed and the battery was no longer charged. 2 hours later nothing went on the car. The opposing insurance company called me tow the car and delivered me a rental car. Now just the call from the workshop came that the failure had nothing to do with the accident. A vital part has failed and that’s why I stayed down. He doesn’t know more exactly. The master is here tomorrow and calls me. What do I have to do now? Do I have to pay for the rental car and tow it? A rental car like this certainly costs a lot? Should I hand it over as soon as possible? Never had such problems. Hope for your help Many greetings

  • Audi R8 V10 Plus Gauge Expansion

Hello together, what is the maximum track width, which I get on the 4s on it? Currently the original chassis is installed with original wheel set. How does the driving behavior change? Alternatively, which threaded springs can you recommend and which plates can you drive here? Thanks in advance.

  • Glass damage – probably rockfall. Exact time unknown.

Moin moin, I’m not quite sure yet (I’m only going to be after the spring car wash) but I probably have a small crater in the driver’s field, about 1mm diameter, 0.5mm depth, that’s how it feels anyway. Could also be stubborn dirt… But I have no idea where it’s coming from. Suppose somewhere on the highway, like the last one… In my conditions, only “The insurance cover extends … also to damage to the glazing .. .” – so would the rock strike be covered? After all, the disc is “opened”… However, I was asked at the last time quite exactly when and where this happened. Would the insurance accept this if I simply stated “unknown”? (fact-based speculations, own experiences welcome here) MfG, HeRo

  • After an accident high premium, re-register the car for a woman?

Car was parked in the parking lot, but a door was (accidentally) slightly opened, I was shopping. Other vtn parked next to me and rammed the open door. Damage clearance was found 50/50.. I was therefore responsible for 50%.. Unfortunately I had no legal protection therefore I had to accept the decision so. My partial cascade therefore pays 50% of the other vtn and ranks me high. 60 eur more per month. For the next years I have to pay almost 2900 eur more premium.. the compensation that the insurance has paid back (1300 eur). 50% of my own damage I had to pay (completely new door) now still the 1300 on it. All a little money for that I was not even close to my car.. My consideration: cancel insurance, open new to my wife.. must I rewrite the car on my wife for this or can I make a new one on her name even though the car is registered to me? Edit: details. n only one car, so my classification doesn’t matter if it’s on woman. – Woman starts from zero. The insurance for her would be 80 eur a month.. my (with the increased premium) would be 150…

  • Marten Damage – Transport by Adac or insurance?

Hello together, after the oil pressure and cooling water indicators jumped at the same time, when looking under the bonnet, I had to find out that a marten was at work. 3 cables (one goes to the alternator, one to the cooling water tank and one to the engine) were bitten through and coolant, maybe even oil has leaked out. My insurance company (Huk-Coburg) referred me to a seat contract workshop, which meant the transport (20km) would have to be carried at its own expense. My questions to you: 1. Since I’m a member of Adac Plus, the question is who I should ask for towing now. My last car had a few breakdowns and I’m a bit worried that it could become too much for the Adac. 2. The contract workshop itself meant if I’d rather go to a car repair shop near me, because 20km are not very little. It’s a new (1 year) car, so I don’t want to go to a car repair shop near me. oral important that good work is done. Are there seat dealers better or are they more specialized in selling? Greetings

  • Direct insurance – experience in the event of damage

Hello to the forum, I would like to take up here a topic that is interesting for all, who were before the question, whether the way or the change to a mostly (clearly) cheaper direct insurance is worthwhile…or whether it is recommended! In many forums and also with reviews in the comparison portals you can read Lobhudeleien, which however mostly have the content, how easily and quickly the change and the application processing went… Yes clear, each insurance takes with kiss hand everyone up and is lightning fast with the recording… they would be pretty stupid if they didn’t do THAT is not a measure of kindness… It’s only interesting when a damage has occurred and is to be settled! How does it react then? How difficult is the contact? How fast is the regulation? And above all, how easily ? Did you have on the contrary stress with a damage or even refusals ? What about culant ? These questions are interesting and say something about the kindness a So, I’m curious… what are your experiences? Greetings tom.58

  • Noise at Actros MP2 Euro5

Now it’s so far for 2 days MP2 drivers nothing more TGA, my first Actros before only MAN or Iveco. Must not say bad so far. Just a little louder in the cabin like the TGA. But I can’t say about the rest so far. I’ll get used to the power shift circuit. Only one thing I’ve noticed negatively so far and that’s that at regular intervals gives a kind of exhaust noise while driving and in stand when I pour off fuel oil at the customer, he does so funny Is that the dosing unit of the AdBlue or is that the chemical reaction in the SCR-Kat. Have no idea what else it can be. Know up to now only EURO3. New truck what can be there already. Is somehow bad to explain because it is bad to describe. But maybe one of you can help me to drive the Actros longer. And in the stand when it is out of motor, it also does so funny that the air dryer is. Blow something out like that. stop, only it stops and comes back shortly afterwards. I didn’t know these things from the TGA, but I don’t want my TGA back, the MP2 left too much impression on it. New truck new “weary”. That’s how it is when you get a new truck. Thanks in advance, let’s see what this might be for a discussion.
