Car is a total damage – I got the money for it already. We were lucky that the accident opponent was also from Austria, just like me. I switched on a lawyer right after the accident, via the legal protection insurance, regarding the pain gel claim. Now to the injuries: I as Driver had abrasions on her hands and arms, and an overstretching of the cervical spine – 18 days of illness (actually longer, but after the accident we were still stuck in Croatia) Girlfriend as a passenger has abrasions in her face, eye swollen, nose 2 times slight fracture, over 5 weeks of severe back pain, about 4 weeks of illness Now I got a letter from the lawyer, where he received an offer from the insurance company, and I have to tell him whether we accept the offer or not…. Girlfriend 1700,- I 200,– I don’t know now if we should accept the offer or rather not. It seems to me a little too little……….. I also asked my lawyer what he means now, whether we should accept the offer or not. He meant he can’t say anything about it, we have to decide it ourselves. How would we know if we didn’t accept the offer?? or does my lawyer now make a counter offer?? Wouldn’t want the thing to go on for months or even years.     Hello guys, I bought a Opel Corsa B from the owner’s wife about a year ago from a car dealership. But now the middle silencer rusted through me :/ So I brought my car to the ATU… ok they have refuted me t, however, the consultant told me that I should never have driven by car. It has come out that the chassis is wrong. Apparently too small or like such a thing definitely has my mature too much game (about 1cm). Now of course a new one has to cost me at least 650€… I have to pay the amount myself or I can blame the seller because he has specified a driving vehicle in the purchase contract and even 1 day before the purchase the TÜV new either the ATU is lying to me or the seller has brought him through the TÜV with the wrong chassis. First registration 3.11.06, annual driving performance approx. 40,000 km, of which approx. 90-95% motorway. Current mileage = 11,000 km. What experiences do you have with Chiptuning? In the event of damage, I can actually rely on the replacement insurance (here: tunegarant)? AND: The car is financed and I have to/should/should return it after the contract period (= 4 years = approx. 160,000 km) at the latest.     Moin, I’ve got a problem right now. And my car is not ready to drive at the moment, it loses massive oil on the crankshaftsimmering. I found someone who can nicely fix it at an acceptable price, but he lives 80km far away. I thought at first no problem, car with Ahk is available, I only need to rent a trailer for 30€. Then I found that I can drive the car without a BE driver’s license. So I was looking for a driver. which can also pull the big trailer. Everything wonderful. But now I had to realize that the BMW can only pull 1800KG trailer load. That definitely is not enough, the car to be transported alone weighs 1745KG. + approx. 400-500KG trailer. I say I need a car with 2.2T trailer load. Looking for another train ride at acquaintances, but the highest thing in could be found was an E class with 1.9T. Still much too little. Does someone have an idea where to get a corresponding train flag Or another idea how I could transport the car? Or maybe even a suitable train vehicle in the Augsburg area and could transport my car there next Wednesday (of course against a corresponding allowance)? I am in despair. MfG, Tobi

    Tach together, it is not only annoying, but also totally annoying. Although I live in the residential area, still the main road (only separated by an embankment) runs under me with sloping entrance and “stop” place. I can see the stop-place from home. The said “stop” place is ignored by many road users, because because here the road leads into the main road at a sharp angle… slowing down would not be necessary when driving freely… one could As as already mentioned, many people do not stop at the stop line, but rather see a more or less larger gap and bravely pierce (you don’t want to brake, stop, wait if necessary and then start again) it usually runs out more or less. This is then indicated by the drivers on the privileged road with energetic horns. Unfortunately not only 1-2 times per day, but soon every 10 min. I can understand the drivers on the front road that someone is pulling in before them and getting angry about it, nor do I understand that a “stop” spot is simply ignored. However, I, my family and even the neighbors unfortunately also get this constant honking. I always think for my part: In the time when you can be horned, you can also walk something off the gas or slow down minimally. What do you say to the situation ?
