Car repair performed by free workshop and failed or worsened. Who is liable?
Hello, the following situation: Have been having problems with my brake for months. It sounds like air is getting out of the brake. Diagnosis from the free workshop was ultimately a defective brake power amplifier and most likely also in combination with the main brake cylinder. The parts could be procured themselves. I had the agreement with the car master that I order the parts on the internet and he installed them to me (original ATE by Mister-Auto) Now were the parts exchanged in the last days – today I got a call, that it would be finished but the problem still exists. When I arrived at the workshop (girlfriend was with me), one smelled the mood of the car driver already from a wide, that it is quite pissed, that it did not work (I myself certainly more!) Now the worst: In the test drive it was clearly recognizable that the brake is completely ineffective – when pressing through one does not notice any resistance What can I do now? Am I the fool now, because I brought the parts with me and he can argue by the fact that the parts had a defect (which I don’t believe) – or is he obliged to build the stuff back at least again to restore the original condition? Actually, the car should have finished yesterday but there came a lot more. in call from him that he has broken a part (inadvertently – whatever…) and now the shit…. I’m pretty pissed off about the whole thing and am really thinking about how to act now tomorrow, if the brake ventilation has still not been implemented properly. Does any of you have some tips for me? Stay friendly and find a compromise or if he remains stubborn and the repair has worsened everything (which is the case so far). t) if necessary to file a complaint or a lawyer? Am I obliged to pay the invoice amount (today 250 € have fallen) – can he charge this time for the improvement? Thank you in advance for constructive tips

Leave your motorcycle standing outside permanently?
Hello, I recently moved to study. I did not take my 2 year old Kawasaki with me, but think about taking her with me now. The problem is: I have neither garage nor carport there. How sensitive is a motorcycle in winter? Would a tarpaulin suffice for protection? I have not to rent from a garage. 30 euro(?) monthly are too much for me. Would you be very grateful for helpful answers. mfg, lalolalo

handwritten authorisation card
Once I had seen a parking space instructor at a supermarket reopening, who obviously had the task of assigning cars willing to park to parking spaces. There was also a signposted disabled parking space, which nobody used that evening – but then when a stone-old, white 123er coupé (was around 2000) approached, he wrote a handbill and handed it to the driver, who did not exactly look disabled, with the hand movement, that she could park there quietly. When I looked at the car that was parked there out of curiosity, it was written on the note: “This car with the license plate … can be parked here …. e.g. XXX, YYY Security…” – I was missing the words. Was/is that something at all right?
