  • EQE 500 SUV in full equipment with hyperscreen

Hello people, through a top offer from the friendly decided me for an EQE500 SUV bearing vehicle. The great vehicle was handed over to me on 12.04.2024. However, the joy was not of long duration. On the same day after only 82KM the display was flooded with error messages for rear axle steering and about 40 further follow-up error messages. Not 24 hours later the car was picked up by the dealer again. Since then my new car is now in the workshop. My please as a replacement car absolutely an e-car could not be fulfilled unfortunately. According to Mercedes me the vehicle was first not moved at all Monday the 15.04 but only Tuesday morning the first time. So with Prio there is nothing, despite a new car. Except a call that over 60 errors must be analyzed As I am familiar with bus technologies and forensics IT, the question arises whether the professional competence is sufficient at all. My previous vehicle, an EQC, had no problems at all for the entire 4 years. Except for the sometimes somewhat short range, I was really happy with it. Has experience of you with the EQE 5 00 SUV. Many do not exist on Germany roads.

  • Display of live consumption

Hi together, I’ve been the owner of an EQE350+ since yesterday and I can’t find an ad in the EQ menu or anywhere else that shows me the live memory. There’s always some average values of the last minutes etc. But where do I see what I’m using live? Expressed in KWh … Or is this this 10 – 100 % display in the speedometer? But there’s % and not KWh… I don’t get smart out of it 😀 In my colleague’s Skoda Enyaq I always see how high the current consumption ever nac h Pedal position is etc. Thank you and best regards!

  • Routes/load planning – little noticeable by Electric Intelligence

I don’t know how you are … but I find the MB route and charging planning really bad. I describe how I often get along with my EQS. I drive a lot of long distance. I have set the remaining load at the destination and at the charging stations to a minimum. Now I choose a destination and the route planning starts. As part of the route optimization then comes the message that a charging stop has been planned. If e.g. the residual range is 200km, for example, a charging stop, of course no Ionity, you can’t pre-set that … but that’s a topic in itself. Now I know, however, that in 160 or 170km distance is an Ionity station or a station where you can maybe eat well. So I choose this station, which is still within the residual range, but it does not accept the system but performs an optimization again and selects any other charging station. I can use the system I have the option of switching off the Electric Intelligence and manually selecting the charging stop. But then the expected charging stops are not even displayed at the charging stops or at the end. Under Intelligence I understand something else, how do you see that? I know that the systems also have their stacks at other manufacturers, but here MB really delivers garbage … and it is actually about Kl (but with a great effect) which should be quickly resolvable on the programme side.

  • MBUX – Radio at Profile or System Start

Moin, does someone happen to know where to permanently deactivate the automatic “radio reception” after loading the professional or the system startup? I like to listen to radio, but would like to decide when. Thank you!

  • Fuel additives of Gustav Stifter

Has anyone of you already had any experience with the fuel additives of the 75-year-old, incorrigible Peitinger additive mixer, Mr. Gustav Stifter ?http://www.merkur-online.de/…/…t-mittel-zin-sparen-2736063.html Gustav Stifter has no expensive measuring instruments, no professional equipment and no real laboratory. His “research laboratory” is not located at the South TüV, but on a loft in Schongau. I make fuel savings of 10 to 15 percent.

  • Is E85 a catalyst?

Hello We have now with all 3 cars in our circle of acquaintances with E85 broken catalysts. To first with my Golf 3 with 2 liters 16v then with a Nissan N16 1, 8 liters 16v of the precat and with our Renault Espace 3 with 2 liters 16v also the precat. Since all with E85 I thought it can not be a coincidence. Does E85 burn so much hotter? All cars had ceramic cat. Can be that the problem with metal cat does not occur. What I also have to mention is that a All cars except for my golf have been upgraded to E85 with a fuel sensor. My golf has been adapted to the characteristic field.

  • Gasoline or diesel

My name is Fabian, I’m from the Stuttgart area and I’m 29 years old. Now to my own question. I’d like to buy a new used car. Keep an eye on VW Passat Variant. Now the question bothers me: petrol or diesel. Since the two are almost the same price I have to look at the other costs. However, many of my friends say that a diesel is not worth it with me, because I drive too little (about 12000-15000) and a diesel in The purchase is expensive. I can’t make it clear to them that the prices used are almost identical. I get only the answer from them, a diesel is only worth 20000. Insurance and tax are a bit expensive, but diesel is cheaper and the choice of diesel vehicles is much bigger. What do the experts here in the round say to my thoughts?

  • Bio-Ethanol E85 Conversion at ATU

Yesterday I came across the topic Bio-Ethanol/E85 for the first time. At ATU there is currently a conversion action for € 599, the thing has an ABE. Information about the controller can be found at www.t-ec2.eu Since I have no idea about the topic: is the installation unproblematic and without TÜV acceptance possible? What savings can be expected?

  • General questions about Dacia

Hello everyone, I’m still a driver of a Ford Fiesta GFJ, but with the thought of buying a Dacia. I personally have a very neutral to positive impression about the brand, especially with regard to the design. Personally, the Dacia Logan would agree to me as a stepback limousine with the 1.6L 16V engine in the Lauraté equipment line. Unfortunately, there are very few test reports about the limousine. Now I wanted to ask here how your Einsch The reason why I chose Dacia is that I am looking for and need a car, which has an air conditioning system, a powerful motor and good seats. I myself am a frequent driver, because my overall driving performance is almost 3000km a month. But this doesn’t scare me to drive these kilometers with a Dacia, because I’m a lot of drivers, because my overall driving performance is almost 3000km a month. I can easily trust the car and even take a trip on holiday to Italy for the car for me. Also one reason is the very favorable price for a car of this size and especially for the good equipment for a limousine (our Kangoo in the highest equipment variant has hardly any more equipment). Also, I would like to know how much liters of consumption on 100km I have to calculate if I drive calmly and on the highway a rice depending on the possibility Then I wanted to ask how expensive a good comprehensive insurance and the taxes are. I am 19 years old. And especially how the workshop costs are. Whether you have to pay the usual prices at Renault or whether there are again lower prices for the Dacia brand than at Renault. Thanks already for your answers in advance.
