Hello, I have a new company car available. Now I have had two sample invoices prepared by the accounting department. Once with and once without own share. For both invoices the 1% + way to work is added to my gross wage. As far as clear. With the invoice with own share the own share (200€) is additionally deducted. The payment amount, i.e. net, is at the end with the invoice with own share higher than without own share. Can this really be true? indicate that the higher I set my own share the higher my net will be. Where is the mistake of thinking? A colleague from another company (belongs to the same group of companies) has been paying an own share for a long time and that’s all right. Thank you for your help

Financing your desired car – possible without risk?
Hello together, the desired model + equipment is found, but with currently approx. 37,000 EUR has a quite juicy price for me (new model as a young used/annual car/etc., available since 09/2019). I know that the whole thing is far from sensible. I am only concerned with the opinion of more experienced people than me, whether it is possible with my financial situation. I have currently about 30,000 Euro available on the account. Another 10,000 are invested in shares, to which i In the event of an emergency, I will be able to get a salary of approx. 2,000 – 2,100 EUR per month. According to mobile.de, I get 8,300 EUR for my current car, I start from worst case 5,500 – 6,000 at an AH? Ongoing expenses I have an extra cost of 400 EUR (I still live at home). I have planned to move out in 3 years at the latest. I would like to cover the 10,000 to 12,000 for this. A house purchase is not planned in the long term. I am currently Single. So I have about 1500 in the worst case monthly for saving & spending. Now it’s your turn. Is it relatively risk-free to finance this car? Or complete nonsense? Does it make sense to wait for the further depreciation of the new model? Thank you in advance & friendly greetings

Financing, leasing, purchase – What is currently the most economical?
Hello to each other, for a long time I have been concerned with the question of what actually makes the most sense from an economic point of view, especially because there have been very attractive leasing offers over and over again lately. I have been driving a Golf 7 GTI for almost three years, with which the financing expires at the beginning of 2021. I am very satisfied with the car and also a little less driven than originally assumed. The car was handled very carefully. It (garage, hand wash, no long life) because I wanted to buy it out at the end of the term (final rate almost 19k €). Then the car would be mine, I would have less liabilities (with the current rate not really burdened me) but at the same time is invested a lot of coal in an object that continues to lose value. Now the thought of just leasing a new car came to me. Comparable cars exist for around 200-250 € per month, which is calculated 24 months around the 5k € and so much the golf will probably also lose value in the same time. The costs are fixed calculable (horror stories except for return times) but in the end the car doesn’t belong to me and the game starts from the beginning. About a used car around the 10k you could also think about but here there is of course a higher risk of having to invest further money in the near future because there may be any repairs to be done. The highest value loss will be sol But you probably already have a poop behind you. How do you think about the situation and what have you decided (for what reasons)?

First car up to 500€ searched
Hey, I’m 19 years old, I want to get my first car in the near future and therefore ask you for advice. My budget is ~500€, I don’t really want to spend much more, because it is known, especially for beginners, that there are even more minor accidents (it’s just bumps or paint damage). The annual driving performance is (estimated) 7500km. This mainly on rural roads and in urban traffic. Highways rather less, but of course also occasionally. I have already looked around and find the Golf V quite appealing. Here there is only the problem of countless different opinions, especially because of the motorization. I already informed myself with the insurance, in the case with a Golf V 1.6 as an example car, and could get on with my mother with 75%. Of course without accurate vehicle data, but since we first expected with the most expensive and that was definitely within the scope. With the PS I would like to re and i 100, a few more or less do but also do not hurt. Color favors black, or other dark colors. I honestly don’t have an exact idea in terms of design. Like I said, find the Golf V visually appealing, so maybe something similar in this direction. In addition, I would like a 4/5 doorr. Would a Golf V be basically suitable, or would you rather refrain from it? What options would be given? If I forget important information I’d like to add a little bit of help, but I don’t think that’s important, because here except for TE itself, no cars are allowed to be linked. I’d like a little help. Thank you very much.

Mercedes Viano 2.2 or VW T5 Transporter/Kombi
Hello, we (5-member family) are looking for a vehicle in the size T5/Viano. Have already compared different offers, but can not decide or probably have too little idea. We would like to invest up to 25,000 and would like to have a car, which in the best case ran a maximum of 70,000 km, from year of construction 2009. We have now found a VW T5 transporter (9 seats, 140 hp, EZ 2015, KM: 30000) and a Viano 2.2 CDI automatic (EZ 2009, KM: 40000, seats 6, car my husband likes the more car-like Mercedes model a little better. Test we will drive them both in the next few days. There are different models in this price range. I only wonder if it makes sense to spend so much money on a car from 2009 (built it is perhaps even more 2008) if you spend almost the same amount of money on a car. has experience with the models and can help us in any way? The car should be reliable, because we want to drive it for 10 years if possible. Thank you!

Normal car with wide hold opening, min. 1,30m
Hello together, I hope the topic is properly placed here, I did not find a more suitable forum. I am looking for a good (upper) mid-range vehicle that has a cargo space opening of at least 1,30m wide. I have to transport a wheel with approx. 125cm diameter and 30cm height more often. Most of the time, however, the vehicle is used normally and I drive approx. 3000-4000km a month. So I do not want to miss the corresponding comfort. Diesel un d Automatics would therefore also be nice. I hope someone here has suggestions for me which vehicle could come into question. Unfortunately, I find for many vehicles no exact information about the cargo space opening. Thank you, Simon

Contracts – inconsistencies
So I was very excited about the AXA so far, because I thought the tariffs for the car insurance were reasonably cheap. Now I got a cover card there yesterday for a Seat Marbella Type-Class 12. The data: only liability, no partial cascade, no comprehensive annual premium: 226,30 HSN 7593 / 0328 (Seat Marbella028 29 KW/ 39PS) Type-Class : 12 (that would be almost the cheapest class) SF9: (which would be 45% with AXA) Region: Ldkr. OL (i.e. regional class RL1, i.e. securel I’m the cheapest regional class) – exclusive self-use – driving licence since: 07.1985 – exclusive self-use – driving performance 5.000 km (so almost nothing) – parking space: garage – residential property (no) (was misunderstood by the intermediary I am indeed homeowner, but this point probably hardly matters anyway) comparison insurances: I made insurance comparisons once and come at HDI 24 I come to almost 87,00 EUR at ineas to almost 88,00 EUR (Axa would be d So there is still a 10 day right of termination (which I would certainly use). I already have a cadet (type class 17 and 12000 kilometers a year) as well as a golf2 with truck insurance with the Axa insured both cars were cheaper than the now insured Marbella. So how do you see the thing. I will not be led into the light here. I have flown over my contract again the intermediary has everything right It’s covered.

No total damage, but sale
Hello, after an accident without fault, the following values have arisen from the expert: Repair costs: 4500,- € (gross) Impairment: 300,- € Rep.-Duration: 5 days Repurchase value: 8000,- € (no VAT information available. But the vehicle is only used, so difference taxed??) Remaining value: 3550,- (gross) For various reasons, the car should be sold and a new car purchased, although the car is not considered as total damage. What will the insurance pay? Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I should like to begin by thanking the rapporteur for his excellent report.

Insurance cancels me!
Hello first of all. I am insured with the Generali with part kasko with 150€ excess. I had a hail damage half a year ago and last month a wild damage. everything was unindebted. Last week came mail from the Generali (though it was my check for my wild damage) and Pustekuchen. It was the cancellation of the insurance without giving reasons until 03.07. My question is: Is the legitim or can they do that? If they are allowed to do so, I will have problems if ic h register with another insurance company? Thanks for the help

Rex 50 Roller Speed
Hi, I recently got a scooter “Rex 50” built in 1996 “gifted” by my grandparents. He was standing completely over the whole (last approval was 2013 and also there he drove only very rarely) and together with my father we completely cleaned the scooter one weekend and put it back in fire again. However, we did not change anything about the technology, only a new lamp and a new paintwork are the only changes. The problem now is that the roll I have only the BF17 driver’s license, since I am only in the middle of 17 and therefore the scooter drives really too fast. 50 kmh would be allowed, because EZ sometime 1996/97. However, he is registered as a scooter and admitted, was changed by my grandparents also 100% nothing like they and also my father have told me many times already. On the Internet I have already read that many Rex like to drive from earlier 60 or more. Since I have the scooter for I wanted to ask now what could come to me and how can this get me into trouble, since everything is original? It would be nice if I could exchange ideas with you.
