Fuel consumption / Oil / Belts
petrol consumption: within the framework of the one-way time I move my c4 relatively humanely through the surroundings (max. 4000u/m). of the first 700km so far I drove about 150km autobahn, the rest I was traveling on different many distances between 1 and 30km (village/land roads – easy distance). “main route” are the daily 10km to work and back. average consumption according to display 9,8l/100km. I find under the above mentioned conditions relatively much, since I do not live in the city and that’s why I don’t really have stop’n go. with short distances I can still understand… how are your experiences? is that within the frame? does the consumption drop even after the start time? oil: my boss gave me the tip to have a complete oil change after the start time. is not recommended by citroen, prescribed, etc., but should be better in any case. is there anything about it? in this context still the question about the use of higher quality or “sprit” saving” oils? good, not good, no matter? if yes, which one? is a bit planless… 😉 belts: can you turn off this annoying belt “alarm”??? good, he educates me slowly, but sure, nevertheless I would like to make him “mouth dead”… laugh. sorry, if I should have missed similar threads 🙂

Gas vs Petrol
Hi @ all I’ve heard of many who have retrofitted their gasoline. A hybrid vehicle with gas and gasoline. What do you think about it? Your opinion would interest me. I think that in a few years we will run out of fuel. Until it is done, you will surely have to take a loan before you go to the petrol station. At the moment the litre of petrol in Wiesbaden stands at €1.23. In contrast, the litre of gas at €0.58. For a long time already cheaper. 2.500,- €. With a driving performance of about 30,000 km / year, a system would count after less than a year. What I want to know now, how is this gas produced? Artificially or from natural resources. If the 2nd should be the case, we would be back at the beginning of the original problem: that then the gas will run out and become too expensive. What do you think about it? MfG Klaus

Citroën and ESP
Hello! One thing in advance: I am quite a layman about cars. At the moment I am learning to drive a car and my father wants to buy a small second car with which I can practice (the first car unfortunately has an automatic transmission). I have now looked around a little and picked out cars that would be visually, pricely and equipped – this includes from Citroën the C2, the C3 and the Pluriel. I find all of them very well designed, and you can at the moment seem ar quite a bargain make (with Citroën are in any case in this country “hit prices”, but unfortunately the website of Citroën Switzerland gives hardly any information about the equipment of the different cars: in the Swiss “configurator” you can e.g. no ESP as option can be selected (in my opinion already belongs in a new car), and also there is hardly anything else about the possible options etc. There is e.g. the British “configurator” much more detailed. the Austrian internet home of the company visited, and see there – ESP is there for all models that interest me to have as option. Now I am permanently confused. Is it possible that the Swiss website is simply not up-to-date? I can not imagine that ESP should be a choice only for Germany and Austria. Would be nice if here perhaps a Citroën “insider” would know an answer! agen would you recommend to a novice like me from the mentioned ones? I find them all beautiful, but there are certainly significant differences that I overlook.

Duster ordered? What does he look like?
…. in order not to overburden the thread “Dacia Duster 2010” and to promote clarity, would I be interested in this, as was ordered so? Perhaps this will allow the undecided still valuable tips to dust where still something to optimize. Which motors are preferred? Which colors will be the most soon to be seen ? 4×4 or 2×4 ? Which equipment lines are the favourites ? Accessories with orders ? What did you pay ? How high were the Nebenko sten (Transfer etc.) ? Have you been able to get anything from the dealer ? Where is the Duster particularly cheap ? Have you decided for an EU import ? Questions about questions ! Now it is up to you to give answers ! I myself stand only millimeters before an order, probably still today. Afterwards I will of course report everything in detail.

I decided to buy the Duster
hello, I decided to buy the shower. I was at the dealer’s last week and looked at it. was very surprised. we have been driving a galaxy for 9 years. 98., stands about 200 km before 200000. were actually very satisfied, only there are now some maintenance work to which we would cost 2500 €. pity only that the showerer didn’t come on the market last year, so we would have been able to secure the aw. premium. the car fits fully, is tailored to us. for 12900 € good price, new car with 3 years warranty. am now superior to the dacia plus guarantee for 700 €, we drive about 12000 km in the year have my hand on the vehicle standing there, duster ambiance, would have taken him right away. only he wanted to not move out. if I think what my daughter and wife have shoved about without having seen him in original. no fear they are now absolutely quiet and look forward to him and me now me too, of course.

Question – Fuel consumption – Houchtourig driving
Hello guys! I have a Dacia Logan MCV Blackline (petrol, 87 hp) since March with a full tank I came only 422km. Is this normal for a Dacia???? I drive as low as possible, i.e. at 50km/h with the 4th course. At 70km/h I need the 5th anyway. :/ And on the highway it is quite stupid with the 5 gears. At 130km/h I drive between 4000 and 5000 tours. This is 1. not sprite-saving and 2. quite loud And above all it is in the long term harmful for the car……what… Can I do so? Do not drive the highway? 😛 Does this mean that the Dacia is rather unsuitable for the highway?

Rust on the sandero
We bought Sandero last year as part of the scrapping award ( 08/2009 ). Since we are not king of the millionaires we have decided for this car. After 1000km of gear damage (was a screw in the gearbox that didn’t belong in there) Well I thought to myself already such a bitter taste. But now after 9 months I have all rust particles on my car. The dealer says something there. If it d he primer would form bubbles under the paint. I also know that myself. There have been accidents in foundries in the past, where any substance came from the chimney which probably eats the paint. If any of you have heard such a thing come from SG in NRW. Since my car is full of such rustpox I can repaint the box regularly at my own expense. But I can’t do that for cost reasons, otherwise I would have bought a Ferrari. I got my legal protection last year. quit there too expensive but not a new one is also a problem. Thank you for your answers [Transferd by Motor-Talk from the topic ‘Rost am Sandero’.]

Optima Ambient lighting (Platinum, GT-Line, GT and PHEV)
Hello dear KIA-community! I would like to turn to the Optima-employee in particular: When buying I had not even paid attention to it, or for some time now not thought about it… at some point it came to mind again. According to the brochure Optima from platinum or also in GT-Line, GT and PHEV have an ambience lighting as standard with it… now I ask myself, of course, where this ambience lighting is. Have already searched all the menus in my PHEV and also the I … but unfortunately I won’t find out. Has someone already wondered the same thing or maybe even figured out what it is about? Perhaps with an explanation where that is and how to get it started.

Turning place, how big should he be, captains?
Evening. A question that burns on my nails because I am currently planning and unfortunately find on the Internet only real estate offers “with turning place”. How big / must be a place so that you can easily turn around with your truck + trailer / hanger ?? Have an area that so far is only used by Solo truck which will push back when turning into my driveway. However, in future my tenant will deliver with trains, whereby always will be only one vehicle at the area. However, they can not more to push back into my driveway to turn so I have to put on a turning place. The easiest way to explain is to imagine an A4 sheet in landscape format. The driveway takes place on the right side of the sheet and at the top. Coming from there the brummis have to drive to the left long side and then push back a few meters straight (to the ramp). The side (I call it “b” should therefore be long enough so that after the driver’s driveway the train will be After loading (the tractor is loaded sideways, so the trailer is not disconnected) the driver should hit the left side and drive a semicircle to drive out again at the upper right corner. To do this, he also needs space (the short side of the sheet, I call it “a”. The corner to the right of the driveway is of course generously rounded so that the truck can easily get the right turn after the turn. nges shunting since the driveway is also used by other people (PKW) who drive through the place….. Bahh… kling complicated How big should a and b be so that you can get in and out with your ships ?? It’s not really about area consumption (no matter) but about finding a well-functioning solution. I’m grateful for every answer, of course it shouldn’t be too big … every square meter costs money even if we make the substructure for the moment … Thank you!
