  • Purchase advice 630i (2007) or 640i (2013)

    Hello dear BMW fans, I have been thinking about selling my Audi A6 Avant 3l, 6 Zyl, Quattro (Bj 2014) for some time now and buying an older used 6′ Cabrio. Even if I find a 650i really great, the maintenance costs scare me off. Especially with today’s fuel prices. Therefore, I think about buying a 630i from year of construction at the end of 2007 (i.e. after facelift with 272 hp) or a 640i (320 hp) from 2011. Now I have found 2 from quite serious dealers. At the 2007’er 630 i could exchange almost 1:1 with my Audi, possibly with 1.000-1,500€. I would have to put around 10,000€ on the 640i. I’m not sure if the 10,000€ extra costs really make sense for me. Sure, I have to decide. But maybe one or the other has an opinion that will help me decide! What do you recommend?     Hello, as I recently have to read, it seems to me that something “burning” in the SAAB community is spreading here. Here, “old and new SAAB drivers” are still throwing themselves in an unsightly way. Sure, a SAAB was still NEVER cheap – but in direct comparison to a (e.g.) AUDI, BMW and Co., it is still a “schäppchen”. SAAB himself describes his clientele as a 50-year-old academic with a minimum of 80,000 € annual net. Is that really so? I have to say for my part, I can’t even nearly scratch this fictitious sum – but it’s not true that a normally working family father cannot “work” SAAB. I would like to prove it. To feel the whole thing on the tooth, I would like to ask you how old are you, what are you driving and what are you doing by profession !!! Among other things, this is why the immediately painful discussion about life or death of SAAB times I hope my question is not too indiscrete and I get a lot of answers – I think it loosens up the whole discussion a bit.     Hello ! I lent my car and it was all right . When it was returned to me , the gears were very difficult to switch and with noise . The lender noticed this , but thought it was due to the cold . The car would have driven normally and when he left in the morning it would have been like that . The mechanic now told me , the clutch was gone , it was burned and broken . He says the clutch must have been badly treated . Repair costs over 60 0 Euro. Can it have happened as the lender said ? So that he is not to blame ? BMW offers 20% discount on one of the spare parts. The remaining costs of € 7000,- up to 8,000,- for the replacement or new engine are not financially viable.

    Hello, my first post has only been there since today. So my problem with my Jinlun Jl 50qt-5 is that she wants to start off immediately on her own, but if I want to do it she goes out!! Think that there is something wrong with my Vario!!! That’s why my FRA there are feathers in it and I haven’t looked yet but maybe they are broken and there I want to ask where do I find something in the net?? Or should I rather go to a dealer???
