Hello! On my G5 R32 I installed the original Zolder rim with 225/40 R18 Hankook V12 Evo. The car is only 20mm lower with the red H&R springs. I have already driven 2 sets of tyres. Now I have taken out the summer tires again and see on the inside of a tire (unfortunately no longer, where it was installed before) a deep notch. I had never seen this before and even when driving it never noticed anything…. Where is the fault? anything about the car? However, you don’t see any bars (except for a very small “rat track”, which could be from a protruding screw or the like…

Seat Tarraco buying advice!
Hello, I want to buy a new car soon. The decision lies between a VW Golf 8 Variant R-Line and a Seat Tarraco FR! The latter will probably be, I like it visually very much, the bigger trunk than the one of the Golf’s speaks for it and hald the comfort of an SUV (entrance, higher seating position etc.) these are points from my point of view that speak for the Tarraco. What bothers me somewhat are the somewhat cheap looking materials in the interior. I can handle it. I’ve already tested the 150hp TSI and I have to say, it doesn’t blow me off the stool, the vehicle is just too heavy for this engine. Now I’ve been offered the 245hp E-Hybrid. I don’t really find the combination of an electric motor and a gasoline engine as bad but what about already known technical problems and how is the driving behaviour (unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity for a test drive)? recommend you for the Tarraco? .

Thule roof box on Tarraco
Hello forum, can someone tell me if the Thule Motion 900 XXL fits on the Tarraco? From the dimensions (front carrier position to box back) this is just a few milimeters too tight. But on 3-4mm it can’t really happen with such a thing. Does anyone have any experience with the big box on the Tarraco?

Consumption Tarraco PHEV
Good evening together, I once created a separate thread for the consumption of the Tarraco e-Hybrid, because otherwise the pure Tarraco PHEV thread becomes too confusing or everyone writes something there on a different topic, but there is no connection between the topics anymore. So, now a thread for the consumption: I drove with my Tarraco delivered just two weeks ago so far 680 km. So far I have a consumption of 4.3 l/100km and 12.2kWh/100km according to the on-board computer. The consumption is as expected very different depending on the usage scenario. In advance: I charge the Tarraco whenever and wherever it goes and thus get the maximum possible for me out of the operation. Especially on the long distance this may be ok for a gasoline engine. For a PHEV I find this a little weak, because I expected more from the PHEV or full hybrid mode. My father drives a Ford Kuga Ecoboost BJ20 with 150hp (either PHEV/Mild/Full Hybrid) and comes on a similar basis. Although I look at the consumption values of the Ford Kuga PHEV, the Seat seems to be much weaker here with similar weight and performance data. Thus, I notice that the Ford Kuga PHEV tries to drive electric as often as possible when using the automatic hybrid mode. Seat, on the other hand, seems to rely primarily on the petrol engine and does not use the electric mode often/consequently enough. o completely in hybrid mode, he does not try to drive the battery completely empty, but still leaves something over. Ford does this differently/better. They drive the battery relatively strongly empty and then try to make progress mainly in hybrid mode. Let’s see. I’m going 280 km back with almost empty battery. I don’t want to drive faster than 120 km/h. Let’s see what the consumption (this time mainly in full hybrid mode) will say now. How are your experience value e? My somewhat higher consumption may also be related to the fact that the vehicle is still in a “entry mode” (no idea if it has programmed such a thing).

Switch H7 to the right?
@All or our graduate master screwdriver Chris I changed the halogen bulb today at my 9-5er left, because defective. After I realized that my fingers without battery expansion did not get out the bulb, stop battery changed and changed. (BI-Xenon plus driving beam H7. Of course from Xenon the fingers were omitted, was also not defective.) Since light bulbs remind of old couples, where the partner follows the other to death, let’s look how it looks to the right ht. And there is a thick hose, probably leading to the loader or so, wonderful in the way. MUST the thing really be unscrewed or have fit screwdrivers special children’s hands or any tricks in stock to change the halogen? Best on the occasion still remove the right fender etc. motor … . BMW double R racing engine
Moin from the north, I need your expertise, and I own a bmw s1000rr bj 2011, maybe someone also has a bmw or even a bmw s1000rr. To my question, from a speed from 40 kmh or from 3 to 4000 revolutions the engine rattles during the ride. As soon as I pull the clutch it is gone, I have heard that the engine from the noise background makes so many noises and you should get used to it -,- . Well, the control chain was first changed Of course, I was in a workshop again, which also drove the test and said it was all right. BUT! You love his motorcycle accordingly you still keep on thinking if that really belongs to that. It could also be a vibration story, in turn it would not make sense if the rattle after I pull the clutch away is, maybe the chain is just too loose, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don’t know, maybe someone’s had similar experiences.

S 1000 XR model around Bj 2022 failure of the LiMa
Hello ! In our small XR group (7people, all the same year of construction) there are already the 3rd failure due to LiMa problems. All a mileage between 20 tkm and 30 tkm. 2 of them have extended warranty, one unfortunately not. From the workshop the earliest possible delivery date of a new LiMa was set on the 20 Nov (2024). Is there similar experience here ? I’m almost embarrassed that I had nothing with my K 1300 and over 92 000 km yet… Lucky for the guys: the season It’s almost over!

R1200 GS, Ignition doesn’t work, not even with emergency key? Battery charged.
Hello together, today was my first exit into the Black Forest and I had noticed an unprecedented, strange behavior on my R1200 GS, built in 2017. I installed a new battery in the autumn and several times during the winter break “simply charged”. It also jumped well and when we stopped up in the Black Forest, the ignition stopped afterwards. At the top right the indicator for “keys not there”. Clear case I thought, the button cell in the conclusion l is empty. Winter break – battery empty, that fits. So emergency key out, hold under the rear fender and set ignition… did not work. Still the blinking “keys out of range”. With another MOtor wheel back to the last fuel station and put a new 2032 button cell in the key, but the GS did not want to turn on the ignition. And always the blinking “keys out of range”, however, I could with the key the alarm I was about to call the towing service, when I just pressed the ignition button (almost a desperation state) for longer, whereupon the ignition lock desperately tried to snap in with the straight handlebar. Then the ignition went on again. Driven home and switched the ignition on and off several times, always worked. Does anyone of you know this behavior? I read the wrong thing tomorrow. Save up and see if there’s something smart coming out of it. Greetings Heige
