Gear damage after gear oil change
Hi am new here, I don’t know very much about cars. Nevertheless, I hope to find some good solutions here, because I like my car very much and I’m not ready to give it up like that. The following happened to me… I brought my car, Audi a6 4b, 4,2l, limousine, bj 2002, automatic (I hope that’s enough information ) into the workshop to change gear oil (for the following reason, my car is already a bit older and good care keeps you young), than I think it would be n picked up again everything went great, switched smoothly and without any problems. After about 2km it started that he switched off (he has never done so) a little later then only in the transmission emergency program. I was told back to the workshop there how dirty and full of spasm the oil was probably (quick about it was not the talk at the pick-up) but they look at it. In the evening then the call gearbox broken, cost 2500-3000 euros…. You would have read it out like that. What do you say??? Ir I don’t feel good about this…

once again: Start problems, this time after battery was emptied
Hello guys, after my AGILA A Z10XEP has been standing for a long time and the battery was completely empty, he didn’t jump on any more, despite new charging and also exchange of the battery (although only 1 year old, but rather deep discharge). At the very first start attempt he ran very briefly, but then died off. When the ignition was switched on, it clacked at the beginning from the throttle valve unit and the control lights flashed in the same clock. Petrol pump did not buzz. So Pump relay removed and bridged: Gasoline pump buzzes. Relay checked: works. Ignition without relay: absolutely mute, no clacking and no buzzing. Relay again: when ignition is in, it remains mute. Tryed with spare key, same result. Diagnosis memory read out: no error stored. I think I already had it all, but can’t remember how I fixed it. The contact problem with the speedometer as with the Corsa is not with the car, who Can this be related to the unloaded battery or a random error as it often occurs in combination?

Error message BLIS – Transverse traffic sensor
Hello colleagues, recently our Tourneo Connect Grand (EZ 17) has the error: BLIS transverse traffic sensor malfunction. Does anyone know that, one of you has ever had the error? According to Ford Werkstatt the control unit should be defective and they want 1200 Euro plus installation and pick-up control. Can you program this out or can you fix it cheaper?

I’d like to know what is the difference between the Valvoline oil 5W40SynPro and the Valvoline 5W40Maxlife? Are both full-syntetic oils, driving the 5W40SynPro at the moment and wondering if it’s worth taking the 5W40Maxlife at the next oil change?
