Does anyone have information about whether and when smart makes changes to the fortwo – facelift or small changes? e.g. all gasoline engines should be switched to EURO5 (long overdue!), cdi with closed particle filter (already known) etc.

Opel Adam error code P0118 – Engine cooling water temperature too high input
Hello everyone. This is my first post, so forgive me for missing information and like to ask. I have a problem with my girlfriend’s Opel Adam. It’s the 1.4 with 87 hp (Z16XE). In addition to the code 89 displayed in the on-board computer, the radiator fan runs at the highest level as soon as the engine is switched on or the code appears in the AI until the ignition is switched off. I have already checked a lot and am now at a loss. I have used a simple ELM327. I have already checked the following. I have carried out the measurements both on the sensor on the thermostat and on the cooler. – Visual inspection of the plugs, pins and wires of sensors and ECU for damage or similar – Resistance of the coolant sensors at ambient temperature (25°C) and operating temperature (80 °C). For comparison I have taken a new sensor. 55591401 from Febi/Bilstein) -> Plausible values and small deviations – New Senso – Power supply sensors ~4,99 V – Short circuit between signal circuit and power supply B+ checked. – Through measurement between sensor plug and ECU (both lines <2,0 Ohm) - Through measurement between both lines to exclude short circuit. I changed the coolant about 3 months ago and aired the system. Therefore, I exclude air inclusions. However, I would have this often you The cooling water is not completely clean. But therefore the error m.M.n. should not come. Please correct me if I am wrong. Does the sensor on the engine give the signal to the AI and the one on the cooler is responsible for the engine control or what is it like? Maybe I should focus on the sensor on the cooler again.. Don’t start anymore
Hello people need your help my Adam 1.2 -69 HP Bj.13 no longer starts. Tank is full the display of the tank shows empty on -battery new -the starter turns but no mux. where sits the petrol pump has the one fuse where the sits. Is there a gasoline sieve. Error read out =0 control chain renewed last year. I was refueling and at the gas station he did not jump on – so ADAC-nun he stands with me in front of the garage. I am grateful for every tip

Oil pressure to stop low engine immediately. Error P0011
Moin had an event enough Sunday. I only helped a buddy in a move and on the way back my wife calls me and says she can just be towed from ADAC to the next stop for 350€ because her Opel would be loud and the error message oil pressure came off low immediately engine. So we went to the rest area and towed her 60 km home. At home I immediately put the OBD on it. And it came the error message P0011 Timing camshaft. So briefly read and it seems What only worries me is that it also makes extremely loud noises. Can something be broken now. What makes it worse? She had immediately turned out the vehicle. Navi card update: How do I recognize that there is a new version.
Hello, I am new owner of a Tarraco PHEV, permission May 2021, MIB3 and related to the map material confused. After workshop stay and new soaftware (Navi did not start any more) says the system: Navi database 21.5 (I guess, i.e. May 21). How do I recognize when the updates offered via the Seat website are useful or when this version is more up-to-date than mine? The website says I should check if my version is smaller than 0189. How does this fit to my version 21.5? ch a different number format. Lt. the friendly should update the card material via Seat Connect automatically, but I find almost 27 GB via an eSIM exciting. Therefore would prefer to use a USB stick (as described on the website), but do not want to insert old card material.

Seat Tarraco Infotainment defective
Vehicle Tarraco 2.0 TSI autom. Excellence, Orders Oct. 2019; delivery announcement August 2nd, 2020; after several postponement delivery date October 14th, 2020. There was no handover since the infotainment system did not work. The screen is on, can also be switched between different applications, but there is no sound coming out and the volume control hangs-does not work. First statement: We swap infotainment; after a week: We tried update Last week: We are waiting for a specialist from Seat! The vehicle was registered before the handover, the contract is running without I had to drive only one km with it until now. Solution is not in sight. I can mention the car dealership. They immediately approved me a new Ateca, so I am at least mobile. I used to drive Audi for years and then Skoda. That has always worked smoothly. Unfortunately, I didn’t do it; exchange is not possible. At least I was able to give back some of the trouble. My son changed his mind after this disaster and bought a new Superb. That worked well and everything was running. Also a colleague, I was able to convince to leave the fingers of Seat; he bought an X1 – smooth run. Yes, dear Seat people, even a small customer can move something.

PHEV in winter, what remains of the capacity?
Now it’s really cold the first days, the snow came down and the available kilometers in purely electric mode. How far do you get with 24 °C on the heater and Poppowarmer? I turn on the heater, the range goes down 5 km. Discs de-iron are the next 2-3 km range away. And then there is the fact that, despite the indicated residual range of 12 km, the petrol engine starts. In summer easy 46-49 km of manchma I also 50-51 km. Now I am glad to come over the week (7 km a day back and forth). What are your experiences?

Help with engine damage
Hello, during a test drive with a Saab 900-II Turbo 136kW started knocking after 100km while accelerating the engine. As it turned out with the subsequent control of the oil level, this was below the MIN mark. Even after the oil refill, the engine still makes SINGLE noises. In the stationary gas the noises are not heard. If you increase the speed, the knocking and/or hitting becomes inaudible. Now the seller is a friend and now is good R at expensive. I have the following questions: 1) What value does the car still have, i.e. with a working engine ? The car is built in 1995 and has 133000km down. It is a metallic blue coupe and has full equipment. In 1997 the (half-) automatic transmission (?) has been replaced for a 5-speed manual transmission. The car probably had problems often, making it a proper impression on me. 2) How can the damage best be repaired – replacement engine, engine reusable How do I get a cheap replacement engine? Saab 2,3ltr T to Opel 5 transmissions
Hello, a question to the Saabfraktion: That the Saab 2,3l and the Opel Ecotec 2,2l have the same GM block should be known. Is anyone known if the Opel 5 gears like it e.g. the B Omega in the 2,2l version fits easily to a Saab 2,3l turbo engine? The Opel drivers in the foum don’t know anything more exactly. According to my info. Don’t let me teach you a better one!

2.2 DTI year 1999 no longer starts
Hello people, since about a week my Saab starts very bad at the morning start, since today no more at all.
