After a month the buyer reported and said that there was oil on the engine. I then told him that I can’t imagine that because I was only 1-2 months before selling the car at the TÜV and he looked at the thoroughness and there was nothing and I really never had a problem with my car. I told him if there really was a problem with the cylinder head seal, I would also meet him and We could find a solution together. Since nothing more of him heard. After 5 months he writes to me now that the car has a motor damage. Now my question: Does he have any legal claims? Does the clause with exclusion of any liability for material defects bring me something? Do you think this is a scam?
