Wild accident vs. German bureaucracy

Hello all, I have strange engine problems with my b4 2.0e ABK. ́94 The following Symthome: Cold start everything ok as soon as I get it at operating temperature is slightly gas give up to approx. 2000-2500U/min (in stand), it turns up, but falls (without changing the DK position ) again to approx. empty speed and then again high to 2000-3000u/min and that as long as I give gas. Fuel filter is new. Spark plugs, cable,distributor new. Moin. I have a 650 bandit from 2012. As I noticed, 03/2016 (just under 7500 km) the last proper maintenance was done. The rear liquid has already been changed, because the container was not in order. So I would like to change the brake fluid in front. I need DOT4 brake fluid; that’s clear. Is it enough 1 litre? What kind of hose do I need to push it safely onto the ventilation nipple? Air conditioning
Hi, I recently bought a Smart 453 Forfour built in 2015 with automatic air conditioning. I tested the air conditioning for cooling before buying it and was of the opinion that it was cool. However, the vehicle was in the underground garage where it is already a bit cooler anyway…. 2-3 days later, when I was on the road (outside temperature about 16-18 degrees) I had the feeling that there was not really cold/cool air coming out of the system. Also not on the coldest level with maximum air output strength. Lieg t it is true that it is not so hot/hot outside in October, that the air conditioner therefore does not bring proper cooling power ? Or do I just have a defect in the system somewhere? Problems after tank replacement
The Opel Agila first registration 2005, 59KW petroler has a problem: the tank was replaced 1 year ago, after that it slowly started to “spin” – i.e. when refueling the fuel came back again and again, even if the tank was quite empty and after some time another problem came up: There and again it does not absorb any gas, occasionally the engine also dies off.
