  • First gear difficult Demio

Hello, I drive a Mazda Demio Built. 2000 1.5L, Rungle. 95tkm. My problem is: The first gear is often difficult to get inside. Sometimes it works well and sometimes I have to beat it in. If the engine is warm, then the improvement is only slight. When the gear is backwards, it is just like that! If the gear is rolling, then the gear goes in without resistance. But in the stand I feel a great resistance if I want to take the first gear. That is very often the case and mega annoying. In other gears give I changed the gear oil three months ago and I did it fully. 75W-90 filled by Mannol and transmission additive from L. Moly. No improvement! Now I think about whether I should put in the gearbox ATF III Dexron, because I think that the synchronous rings may no longer grip. That would make the thick ATF remedy (maybe ?). What I also plan to do is to roll the gear. The gear lever has 2-3 cm in all gears. Neulic h I sprayed blind-humid spray grease on the rods under the car, but did not notice any difference. I post two pictures of the switchbar under the car!

  • Car sold, now the buyer wants money back!

Hello, I sold a car today. It was the accidented car of my grandparents (my grandpa had mistaken brake and gas; therefore the car was totally broken at the front. Hood was slightly broken, but the bumper was totally crooked and the fender was too!). I sold the car for my grandparents so they would not be pulled over the table – and now one tries to me. So the buyer came today, looked at the car, bent the car a little bit on the spot (!) and fu The car wasn’t traffic safe in my eyes anyway, because the headlight and turn signal were broken, the bumper hung down ect. Well, I don’t care. He gave me the agreed money and drove off. Now he called and said the car had a damage at the back right. There was a slight impact on the side wall. Maybe my grandpa got there somewhere. But I don’t know either and if you see it then you can only look at it closely. but money back because he didn’t see this “damage” on site! We sold the car like this and he looked at it on site, but didn’t see anything?! We did a Stadard sales contract with the note “Accident damage in front unrepaired” and “not traffic safe”. How should I behave towards the buyer? The car was almost 14 years old and certainly still has a Macke, Delle, scratch ect. MFG

  • Is the Grand Cherokee still to be recommended?

Is the Grand Cherokee still recommended? e.g.http://autoscout24.de/…/detail.asp?… I don’t know about the car, but a gas conversion would tempt me. Can the box still handle a lot of things at the LL? How is the car in the reliability and height of the cost/availability of the e-parts?

  • Gentle rust removal roof???

After the restoration of my Monte Carlo also removed the Vynil roof, of course I found rust again… not very much, but in some places it has already gone a little deeper into the sheet metal. After the sheet metal on the roof is already so thin and easy to press, I was definitely advised from sandblasting, otherwise the whole roof can become wavy. A friend said that I should treat everything with Fertan, then wash it off and 2 times with Brunox Epoxy Does anyone have experience with the stuff or any other idea??? Thank you! Greeting Daniel

  • 150×300 Marks and DayRunningLights

Hi guys! In the registration office of my district there is an official who obviously doesn’t like US cars and has missed me TROTZ INTRACTION(!) in the car registration mark motorcycle (200×300). Of course, they don’t fit 100% and I have the rear registration mark on his instructions somewhat truncated and bent (the TÜV seal is now no longer readable without problems). I tried to get a suitable registration mark several times, but even the TÜV scatters and finds excuses. My second question: are DRLs in the form of bright front-blinkers allowed or not? I have the front-stand lights in the flasher of my Firebird again jammed and find this next to the optical effect more safety in the day. I am so convinced that today I am the flashers of my golf 2 ‘converted’ accordingly… a friend tried to talk to me in my conscience…

  • Tram vs. Car

Hi Mitschreiber und -leser! From br-online Unfortunately I have ned more information about it, but still I can talk about it. I find it strange that ma is blamed for the driver. Because often there is a situation where you can’t go backwards. Well, that’s why. It should also be a warning to everyone! Here again the text, if the link ned goes: “A Berlin court has now decided that in case of an accident between a car and a tram practically always d A car driver wanted to turn left and was therefore on the tram tracks. There he had to wait for the oncoming traffic. Then came the tram. Although the tram was still far enough away and the driver could see the car in time, he rammed it and then blamed the driver later on. The driver pulled against it in court. However, the judges left the driver in the rain. Even if the tram was still far enough away and could have braked and the car so The driver bears a co-debt. Basically, one must only drive on tram tracks if there is really no tram to be seen far and wide. As soon as a train approaches, one must disappear from the tracks.”

  • Chrash test with 36 tonr in impact wall

Here’s a video of a current crash test (was there with myself, the company in which I worked commissioned the one) with a 36tonne that rushes into an impact wall at 80km/h…it really made noise 😉 The impact wall was not reinforced with steel, but with a fiberglass reinforcement to prevent “road rust” of the reinforcement…http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQDXnISGXhw

  • Audi 80 1.6E not in the list

Hey guys… I have a rather smaller problem.. Before that I would like to say that I find the page really great here, and I’m glad to be a member. My problem is that when I chose my Audi 1.6E as a vehicle I didn’t find it.. And now it says in my profile that has my 75 hp… Because it has 75KW (102hp), at least that’s what it says in the papers.. I’m also safe to go beyond 102hp by small modifications… Well. And if I like “other vehicle” I still have some questions about the car check in the on-board computer, but I will take a picture tomorrow, it will be easier to see. Thank you for your help in advance.

  • Push car with tow bar

Good evening, dear community, in 2 weeks I get delivered by a transport company a Dodge Costum Royal (Automatic) bought by me. The car is roll & steerable (Kardan removed). If the car has left off the trailer in the driveway it still has to be transported about 15 meters into a shed. Pushing by man power I do not think, because it goes through a meadow. Can I theoretically back to my Allroad Quattro a tow bar to the eyelet or trailer coupling make (or front the eyelet) and push the car like that ? I think yes it goes, but the sliding load is comparable to pulling. My car can pull 2500kg, the other car weighs about 1800kg. Thanks in advance
