Now the question arises, should I buy the sl me 190 HP or the 24 V with 231 HP??? Which car is more vulnerable? What does it look like with the electronics? I would be very happy about answers. But have no desire for stupid chatter. Would like to buy a model in 1991-1994, which does not exceed my financial frame. (up to 9500 Euro) I’m also just a nice weather driver. SL R129 vs CLK Cabrio W 208
Hello municipality, I have a long time I have a decision problem regarding the 2 cars above. I have a BMW convertible, BUT a SL or CLK are better, nicer, nicer. …. Facts SL: Sporty, value-stable, visually appealing, robust, classics, facts CLK convertible: ( Mopf ) more modern with PDC, Comand, travel calculator, multi steering wheel, Tiptronic, more modern engines and gearboxes, more space behind. But emotional: The SL looks, let’s say, good-looking, sporty, dynamic, smooth…. The C LK is more modern, but looks (my personal opinion ) like a car from the pole, so normal. The appeal of the CLK is the above-mentioned modern interior. My question to get to the point: Has someone ever stood before the same decision and what has become of it. I do not need purchasing advice, but maybe opinions of people who had the same “” problem “. Maybe as info. Am 49 years old, woman + 2 children, who also want to ride. Boat on the bicycle carrier for the trailer coupling
Hello, I have a bicycle carrier for two bikes. Now I want to buy a GFK boat. But the boat does not fit into the car. The boat weighs about 45 kg. That is much less than the support load for the trailer coupling. The car is about 2m wide and the boat is about 2.45m long. I would have such a supernatant of about 20 cm. So from the technical data it should fit. Now to the question: Does something speak against that that I fasten the little boat on it? would not know that the road traffic regulations or ABE make any differences between loads. Wheels rotate opposite after coupling change
Hello, I changed the clutch in my car and now screwed the wheels back on again. In the still broken condition I noticed that 1. the wheels can be turned despite the inserted first gear and 2. the opposite wheel turns along and in opposite direction. 3. In idle mode they turn in the same direction, but only briefly. I did not adjust anything at the gearbox except that I have closed and connected the switching cables for the gearbox expansion. Do you have any idea what’s going on here? Is this a basic set-up in the gearbox? I have not started the engine again as a precaution. Could this possibly solve the problem? Does anyone know a website where the problem is described and solved? Unfortunately, I have found nothing useful. Thank you for your help!

Smart 453 ForTwo 0.9 90PS Turbo for short distances?
Hi, I’m looking for a Smart ForTwo 453. The car is supposed to be my main car. At the moment I’m still driving Avensis station wagon, but I don’t need it anymore. Drive mostly alone with empty car. Luggage or purchases in the passenger seat. I live in the middle of the big city and just can’t find parking spaces, so I’ve always driven vacuum cleaners from Japan, so the purchase of the Smart is quite a change. m what I have read, it should be a 0.9 turbo with 90hp and automatic, because the 71hp sucker should be very lame. I have a few questions to the connoisseurs: I drive a lot of short distance (e.g. 4km in one direction). In the year until now so 10-12.000km, think that will no longer be, rather less. Are such short distances a turbomotor killer? Choosing lever stuck in P……
Hello together, now it also caught me, the selector lever is stuck in P and cannot be solved any more. SL was towed to the friendly. The brake light switch was already excluded, so probably the hook in the selector lever module is broken (known problem ). now the friendly and I is facing a problem, we would be able to replace the hook, however to do this the module has to go out and this does not go out if the lever is on P ( middle console can not be have heard what it should work if you knock on the handle of the gear lever to unlock this. does any of you have experiences or tips? Hello people, I’ve just been tormenting the search forever but found nothing really comparable. and I have been on the road today with my Audi 80 abk engine, all of a sudden there was a bang (sound like a misfire)…ok, I drove about 1 km further to the ampel, everything as usual. arrived at the ampel, clutch and the cart goes off…again let on, but without giving gas he immediately went out again…since then you couldn’t stand in the empty run or when switching the audio in the speed so down that it died. did any of you ever have this problem or can give me a good tip what it might be?? mfg marcel
