Engine malfunction after repair
Hello, A few days ago kahm qualm out of my car, the timing belt has shifted. However, I had the timing belt changed only 2 months ago in a workshop. According to the mechanic, the following happened: The vacuum pump failed, the piston heads have knocked partly crooked/caputed and timing belts have moved. I have stopped in time so that no engine total damage has occurred. However, I can’t believe this, since during the ride no Meldu ng first, shortly before the vehicle was switched off, I saw the message: “Motor disturbance”. To the belt change: the workshop, said then, that it did not renew the water pump, because it is still so good in measure that it looks like new. Can that be? Sounds logical? Repair costs: almost 2000 €.

Hey, I hope I can post this to the forum and I’m not wrong. I signed up for the days at a driving school for an intensive course and I’ve heard from two people that it’s very expensive. (seat is in NRW) Basic amount 150€ 20 theoretical lessons 440€ 20 driving lessons of which 8 Normal/12 Special : 1500€ Learning to driveApp (theory learning) : 145€ Presentation Theory: 95€ Presentation Practice : 220€ Power in total approx. 2.500€ Additional fees Tüv per exam, first aid course, driverl Aubnisweiterung registration etc. I am of course only concerned with the pure driving school costs, the other costs have nothing to do with the driving school. Question so I am pulled over here or is this a reasonable price, to the acquaintance he meant he had to pay only 1.8k.

Grinding noises in the engine compartment
It’s about my Seat Leon, which I bought recently. Recently noises appear, see video. Can that be the timing belt? Some others tap on the hydropunch in the block. That would be a heavy bill for me. From Germany to Spain…
Hi guys, would like to know your honest opinion. I’ll probably go down to Spain this summer… Reason: Holidays Where my girlfriend comes from or is born But that’s not the point now… Now stand ahead of the choice to go down there with either mine, or with my mother’s Polo 6NF (Bj. 01, 1.4L 60Ps) … For my mother’s Polo it says that he consumes less (6L to 100km) and has an air conditioning system. But mine is a lot more comfortable, v And compared to the polo, it has a huge trunk…But I don’t have any air conditioning In my opinion, the biggest drawback… Overall it will probably be 5000km back and forth, as I have planned to look at some things (especially in France) If you’re already there *g* Happy me over every post… Greeting John

Well, I want to have my audio a while and at the moment I get used to driving around on a moto-friendly way. i.e. I start right after the start (no running warm), turn it as long as it has no 90°C not over 3000 rpm, switch to the next higher gear with 2000 turns. use syntetic oil. and don’t chase it over 4500 turns what would increase the life expectancy of the engine and the getiebe? There are various great offers from dealers here, but I have problems with the “conceived” aziness… I would like to have 18″ with 245 front and rear… My friend is not responding to my question, so I’m addressing the knowledge here: a) Lt. EC certificate of conformity (former yellow CoC papers) I may mount “only” 19″ wheels (VA:245, HA:275). First question: or is this just the indication of what “was delivered”. b) lt “reifengroesen.de” (as far as the “official” is concerned) stands – either 19″ all 245 or – 19″ with VA:245, HA:275 or – 18″ with VA:245, HA:275 c) if I am looking for winter bikes in the BMW shop with the FIN/VIN of my vehicle, I find the set with 18″ and 245 front and rear What’s right now? 440i vs 840i – costs / maintenance
Hello together, I am looking for a new vehicle and was able to limit the search to a few vehicles, all BMW. It is intended to become a convertible, preferably with the B58 engine. In the selection therefore remain the F33 440i, the G23 440i and the G14 840i. Visually likes with the 840i by far best. What does it look like financially? Which components are significantly more expensive in the maintenance compared to the 4er? Insurance costs me in the year about 400 More, I have already checked that. Tires / rims should not take too much, what have I possibly not considered? Repairs / brakes / service will be more expensive, I am aware, but how is your experience with the 840i really much more expensive?
