Moin, moin has read here several times about the “round” inlet channels from the SE head. Are the inlet channels of the SZ or SZR designed differently? I searched for pictures in the net and always found only heads with just these “round” inlet channels. I had the impression that there are no differences. To explain it briefly. I currently have a x16szr in the car and would like to build on the whole upper part of the c16se like many others here. F I’d like to know what the inlet channels look like on my current head. (Wouldn’t just like to take a look at the inlet bridge) Maybe someone has a picture of it. Thank you very much. P.s.: Please don’t complain, it’s clear to me that this topic has come up very often here. I also have the le I didn’t find anything else to do here to answer the question myself. But I didn’t find anything to look like the one with the x16szr. I already noticed that there are some who already know each other very well and have gained experience. Maybe you can help me.

C20XE Crankshaft / camshaft
Hello, I need information about the C20XE. Background is the one I want to use the Motronic 2.5 in a (not now beat) VW Passat 35i 2,0l 16V Bj.90. It is supposed to replace the KE-Motronic there (will later convert to LPG and that is very difficult with the KE-Motronic, respectively madness). Therefore I have some questions. How far before OT meets the reference mark of the KW and camshaft on the donors? What exactly does the donor wheel look like?It should have 60 teeth (including 2 free teeth)? rblende 1 or 4 windows in the ignition distributor? I have bound the inet up and down but nothing to do with it. At VW this is described relatively open in the self-study programs. From OPEL there is something comparable (technical service information), but not accessible in the inet. Can someone give me the info’s? Thanks Mario

whistled from 3500 rpm
servus mein essi kann whistlen. Sounds maybe funny, but is unfortunately like that. That would be funny, if there is not a small power loss yet. Achso, Bj:97; 1.6 16V. The whistle comes but only from 3500 rpm and only under load (which is not important in the course), the whistle is not listening in idle. I checked the whole underpressure system, hoses is ok. Nix broken, cracked and nothing yet the old covered covered cover. I then once got the crank-house the ventilation valve was already installed ( 30 euro ) , did not help and the whistle has remained . While still changing the idle control , hope this helps against the small power loss ( are children’s diseases ) . You can give me many tips , what this is about with the whistle . mecdoc Can only answer on tips tomorrow evening .

Diesel – Cold problem
Hello municipality, my Mazda6 120hp made on 5.2. at -17degree problems (stuttering). During the night on Monday were then -23 degrees. Renault Scenic 2 1.6 16V K4M P0313 restless idle
Hello, I have a Renault Scenic 2 1.6 16V the vehicle runs very restless in idling. From 1000 rpm everything is fine. Error memory says P0313 misignition with fuel deficiency and tacts again and again. The vehicle has a gas system of the error occurs on petrol as well as on gas. 4X spark plugs and 4X ignition coils as well as the throttle valve were changed no error. Megane 97: Cracking in the air
Moin my Megane (Bj 97, Classic, 1.6 75hp) leaves me no rest. Since today my ventilation “cracks” when I turn on the air (no matter if the air is on or off) The ventilation seems to “turn on” (is getting louder) then it cracks once or twice, is quiet again and then turns on again until it “cracks” The phenomenon only occurs when the air is switched on and seems to come out of the area below the windshield. I suspect that there is the blower engine there? Does someone have something similar to this? Does anyone know what that might be? And of course what would cost a reperture? Thank you Mfg Pirke
