  • Linksabbieger has taken my lead and now asserts claims

Hello 🙂 on 28.10. I drove after the office close towards the inner city. suddenly I saw a car in front of me and then it banged already, time great to brake had I no more. a left turner had taken me the advance. I came from below and she from above and wanted to bend in front of me left, thought probably, she still managed it or completely overlooked me. the ampeln turn green in both directions at the same time, only that the left turners then naturally have to pay attention to the opposite traffic . police and ambulances were notified. both they and I were injured. actually a clear thing, if you think and the police also clearly said that they caused the accident. first she apologized, she would have thought it still fits. afterwards, when the first shock was over, she suddenly began to have had the impression that I had been too fast. which absolutely does not correspond to the truth. I was only just a short time before I was on this str ate was, from another street inflected and up to the scene of the accident it is only 100 m about now, I then commissioned an expert. repair of my car is no longer worthwhile, another car I got today, as long as I had a car hire. lawyer I also switched on because of the pain money. now I got an e-mail yesterday from my insurance that the accident opponent claims against me asserts. I first thought I had lost myself but a call with my insurance brought clarity. the lady has turned on a lawyer and probably now represents the view that I have to blame. how does that work??? I don’t think so. I still don’t want to report against her, because such an accident can happen to everyone and now something like that? I can’t imagine that she can get away with it or something? my lawyer takes care of it, of course, but I would still like to know from you what you say about it. ach j a, there’s even an independent witness, an older man who was walking on that day watching the whole thing. and he also said quite clearly that she took the lead.

  • Road accident

I had my first accident today When I parked I took another car with me. I had just finished and wanted to go home when the accident happened to me. Both cars suffered a bigger damage, fortunately no personal damage. Now I wanted to report everything to my insurance, since the accident opponent pointed out to me the “way accident”. I could not imagine so much of it, so I looked for it on the Internet. But I am just smart However, the opponent was not sure if all employees have this insurance. Unfortunately, I only get the responsible contact person in my company on the telephone on Monday. What can you tell me about the road accident, are the damages paid to both vehicles?

  • Accident, bank demands reperatur at Renault

Tomorrow people, my sister was driven in the front on Sunday. Police was there, she is right. The problem is that her Renault mode was bought on installments and the financing is running at Renault Bank. Now Renault would have said that the car can only be repaired at Renault. Is that really so? She has to be an expert now and could repair her car where she wants to? Or am I wrong?

  • How to fictitiously charge damage? – Paint damage

I recently got a “nice” scratch in the back door of my golf…about 10cm long, quite short under the window. KVA from VW says about 500€. They build up a part of the door and check the new…the clerk said, after he asked me if there is an “opponent” that you can’t do that with smart repair…(type that he wanted to know whether it should be cheap or I don’t care and when I told him that there is an opponent…) My thinking is now, that the The opponent’s insurance company has now written to me that it agrees with the KVA and that I should send the invoice after completion of the work… How can I get a fictitious bill? Then any things other than VAT will fall away?

  • Bassreflex vs. closed housing – which for Techno

Hello, here’s my question It’s about me hearing almost only Techno (from time to time on Hip Hop) and having a bass reflex case. Often I hear that a closed case is better – I can also confirm (have a subwoofer first in a bass reflex and then in a closed case). But now to my… as I said it is a bass reflex (15″ is not suitable for Techno, but my play everything – Cerwin Vega and I like it ). What would change if I had my bassre flex housing would replace it with a closed one? More sound pressure? Thanks already.

  • Difference between lightweight and heavy Vario weights?!

Hello, for a moment to me.. I just registered and don’t know myself this way yet.. And this is about my Rex RS 500.. and it was broken and had to repair it. It was due to the Variomatics. I expanded the old one and it was totally in A…. and since I didn’t know what weights I needed, I looked how much gram the old ones had .. I chose the best one and they had 8 gram (depleted) so I think the 8.5 gram were new.. But since I was there.. always be careful and I bought the scooter used, I turned around again on the internet and saw what I need for vario rolls for my REX. Standart 5.5 gram … so completely new Variomatik bought. 16 Euro. built in and see here, the scooter runs again. Different, but better as before.. due to the difference of the Vario weights…. nevertheless when driving off he needs a bit when I have 10 km/h on it he gives real fabric and accelerates a uch still mountain up.. and I can still remember how he is still open with the old weights, he mountain has become more and more slow and laboriously dragged up. he pulled away better and ran great on the straight but as soon as a mountain came, he had to make a real effort.. so my question .. should I leave the weights so or go a little higher that he also comes away a little faster from the stand but nevertheless speeded up at the mountain !? Otherwise I am still mountain up.. very satisfied! Lg.. Florian

  • Are older Vespa’s more expensive in repair?

Hello, I currently have a Vespa Primavera that I bought two years ago. But I have been dreaming about a Vespa older model for a long time. E.g. a Vespa Pk 50 XL. Or this scooter than 80s. But I am unsure about the repair costs. I don’t know about the scooters from repair and would have to have them repaired in the workshop. Is that more expensive than a newer Vespa? And does every workshop that also offers Vespa scooters t? Thank you for your answers. Vespa

  • Honda / Kymco – Oil runs through the oil pump in the carburetor

Hello *, I have the problem that the oil runs through the oil pump in my stand. For what exactly is the rope pull at the oil pump? The flow rate is normally controlled at the speed, can it be that the rope pull is practically just a kind of valve in the stand the oil supply stops? What could the problem still be? There is no vacuum valve. Thank you for your information! (No I don’t want to convert to mixture… )

  • Consumption Kymco Like 2T

Good morning! I’ve been riding a Kymco Like 2T since last summer (bj. 17, took it over with 600km mileage and absolutely as good as new). I’m very satisfied with the scooter in principle. However, I would have a question in terms of consumption to rule out any defect: With 4 liters on 100km I’m always, often also at 4.5 to 4.7 liters. Is that okay? Of course I usually drive full throttle (= Tacho 50). I’m aware that a two-stroke motor tends to be something. The scooter already has two inspections behind it (current speedometer about 3200km) and otherwise runs wonderfully, i.e. it always starts quickly, doesn’t go out, turns up without a dropout etc. I am happy about feedback! Best regards and a good start a week! commodoregs

  • Electric starter and Combi brake in winter

Hello together, I want to get a scooter (125 ccm) and drive also in winter. Now many scooters have no kick starter anymore (for new vehicles probably practically extinct) My work path is only 3 km; will the battery be charged again enough? I do not want to constantly expand the battery and have to hang on the charger. Should I limit myself to scooters with kick starter? Then I would have another question (I hope several questions per topic violates not against a forum rule; I found nothing to do with it…) Newer scooters often have a combined-braking system (do I certainly not need to explain here) What does it look like on a smooth surface? I brake in such a case (e.g. on a thin layer of snow) almost exclusively with the rear wheel brake if possible, because if the rear wheel blocks, it slips away, but I am not right on my nose. If now the CBS is always slowed down at the front, I would have Have you had any experience there? Greetings Robert
