    Hello, have in the new R-Class 3 child seats next to each other (2nd row of seats) so that you can still get to the belts?   • F56 Cooper S Automatik – Second hand purchase questions

    Hello dear MINI community, my next one will most likely be a MINI F56 Cooper S automatic with 192 hp. Budget approx. 23k, from year of construction 2016 and as little km as possible (max. 25tkm). If you have ideas around Berlin, always like it. Infotainment, LED, cruise control are important to me, return camera and sunroof would be nice to have but not absolutely necessary, desired color would be orange, but is also not different.     Hy, who of you already has a 2.0TFSI or was allowed to drive it? Can you drive the 2.0 TFSI also nit normal super???     Hello guys. I brought my little rust carrot to the FFH today. All four doors have pitted… The request at the Fordwerke was granted positive after two weeks. Now I have already read the 1000 threads on the topic of edge rust and want to say nothing further, but I want to try to win the whole thing off something positive. So: If they don’t exchange the door, but only reseal and paint, then they paint the entire door also from outside or only inside? Ic h has many small scratches and a parking ramper on the great protective strips of the previous owner in it. I have now also read that you can do the bad from time to time.   • Linguatronic Full-word entry in Switzerland

    Hello colleagues, I’m new here and I have the following question (… and so far I haven’t found a clear answer): I live in Switzerland and I got a SL350 (R230, 2009, Mopf II). As it turns out, this is a vehicle originally sold/approved in DE, which Linguatronic has installed in the Comand. Therefore, the entire electronics in the vehicle is set to DE (according to MB there is some country code for the whole vehicle. g applies…). Problem: Town & street names can currently only be entered for German destinations in full word entry (i.e. without having to spell everything). Although the system language of the command is set to German, and we also speak this language here. If I now choose the country “Switzerland” when entering a destination, Comand tells me with “whole word entry not possible”! Can someone tell me why this is so and how I use the whole word entry additionally (or alternatively) for Switzerland? I assume that the digital data for a Swiss full-word entry is already available on the system (or at least can be played with a card update). I have contacted several MB garages here, but unfortunately so far unsuccessful – no one could help me without having to raise money for an “try” without a guarantee of success. I was assured, however, that with new vehicles sold in Switzerland, a whole-word so at least the digital data on (newer?) card DVDs should be available. Thanks for the help, Christoph

  • Barn found Saab 900 Turbo 16 Aero built in 1984

    I have the possibility to buy this 900 Turbo 16 Aero from 1984 for 500 Euro. It is a barn find, the car is now 12 years away in a dry barn. At first glance the car is certainly still to “save”, the body seems to have been relatively little attacked by the rust. But what about the engine? The owner drove it until 1997 and put it in this barn for illness and “forget” n”. Look at the pictures and tell me your thoughts. Maybe someone has experience in the restoration and revival with such barn finds? On what should one pay special attention and what should it be considered when reviving the engine after so many years? Thank you for your feedback.

    So, yes I think, then I say hello! After half a year of searching I finally found a matching w126. Contrary to my original plan to buy me a 500SE it has now become a 560SEC in my dream color combination graphite metallic with light grey Alcantara leather. The car is BJ.01/1990 has run well-kept 238Tkm and is absolutely rust-free as far as on the rear window frame. Lt. ClassicData report he has a 2.4 and is accident-free. It stands on newly prepared but equally old BBS RS and has no accident damage, but probably already repaintings behind it, as the varnish is virtually perfect. Also the extension can be seen: – ABS – ASR – 2 airbags – El. sliding lifting roof – air conditioning automatic (which works) – Alcantara leather in light grey – El. seats – seat heating – 4 x El. Fh. – El. steering column – El. Asp. – El. belt carrier – 4 headrests – original Becker Radio – El. antenna – middle armrests vo. + hi. – Edelholzausstattung – Conversion to Euro 2 / D3 Everything is going perfectly. The drive home from Münster to Munich went well. The car starts immediately, very quiet and the automatic switches clean. Works which are standing by: – repair rear window frames. – refill the climate – look at brakes – car pulls slightly to the left when braking violently a nice car! … Greetings
