  • Loud sounds in the dome, switching and rolling on cobblestones

Hello municipality, some time ago I noticed that my Arona makes a rattling, rattling noise when switching from the first gear to the second gear. It is sometimes louder and sometimes quieter when you are domed. Also when switching into the third gear you can hear it, depending on the speed. But what causes me a headache, when I drive on cobblestone pavements, everything is OK with inserted gear. But now I noticed that if I hit the cobbler on cobblestones the clutch If I let go of the clutch and have no gear in it, the rattle will remain. Only with the passage in place is rest in the box :-(. The car has 4500km down since January and I can say that the Arona is driving quite reasonably. If I think that we want to go on holiday with the car, I somehow don’t have a good feeling about it. Tomorrow I will ask the dealer for an audience again, I’m curious what is being told to me. “That’s normal” I’m not going to get involved. Does anyone here have such a problem with their Arona? Greetings

  • Seat Arona 2021 gears sometimes do not go in

Hello together, I just picked up my Seat Arona 1.0, 110 ps from 2021 yesterday and had the problem so far 3x that I could not insert a single gear anymore. First switching into the idle and foot of the clutch have brought improvement. Can someone tell me what that is? I’m a bit desperate.

  • Arona 1.0 ltr. 95hp jerking

Moin together, I was looking for a successor for my wife’s polo to come across the Seat Arona. Yesterday we made a test drive with a style from 2021 with the 1.0 liter and 95 hp engine and hand-operated. We like the car very much and we would like to buy it. But, now I noticed with warm engine and light rolling away (about 50km, 3-4 gear) a jerking. Also, it is difficult to give in the traffic flow a bit gas without having a relatively strong ruck g ibt. I pointed out to the seller. Unfortunately, he only shrugged with his shoulders. Is it possible to eliminate it by Seat by software update? Or is it what it is like, and with that one would have to live? Thank you in advance for information and opinions. Greeting Rüdiger

  • Need advice when buying a car: Peugeot 2008 Style Navi (first registration 2018)

Hello everybody, I’m about to decide to buy a used Peugeot 2008 Style Navi, which was first approved in 2018 and still has TÜV until February 2025. The dealer says that he will take care of some repairs, but only if I agree to the purchase. Specifically, this is the replacement of the V-belt, as well as a renewal of the TÜV. The repair is probably included in the purchase price. Furthermore, the Peugeot indicates slight scratches on the driver’s side front and hint I’m not sure if it’s wise to agree to such a deal. Has anyone had any experience buying a car that still needs repairs, and how did it work for you? He said the repairs would be done so that there are no problems with warranty or liability for material defects afterwards. I would be very grateful for further advice and opinions! Thank you in advance.

  • Long-term experience 5008 177PS Diesel

Hello together, I was able to get a lot of information about the petrol engines. But unfortunately I couldn’t find anything in connection with the 177hp. Besides that a big engine for this body is better, which also makes sense to me. So I would be interested in what the engine is like and also the automatic transmission? We have a BJ. 2019 in view as GT. We have 3 children and therefore we stumbled on this car, because it has 3 full-fledged seats and probably many enthusiastic I thank you for every experience and advice I should pay attention to. Thank you in advance and greetings

  • Driver’s seat 5008 GT

Hello, after 2 weeks 5008GT I am very satisfied with the car, except for the driver’s seat. He gives me a lot of gas, or who you push your back back times. The passenger seat is much more stable during the wobble test. Did anyone else notice that? Oh, the seats in themselves are awesome.

  • Programming radio remote control SAAB 9000 CS/CSE from year 93

Hello, I bought a 9000 CS Bj. 97. Unfortunately there is only one radio remote control (radio) and it is defective. In the meantime I was able to get 2 relatively new remote controls at ebay. My problem is now the reprogramming of these remote controls on the control unit in the car. Depends on whether the car starts at all, because with the remote control also the electronic immobilizer is activated or deactivated. Has someone experience with it and can give me a relevant Thank you.

  • Two brake discs to choose from, which ones to take…?

A good year 2025 for all those who have not yet crossed my way here! My rasinante from Taiwan needs a new brake on the ass. Original brake disc is not possible, because first of all expensive (Heng-Teng: 185€) and second with long holes for ventilation. This looks funny if I walk in front of normal holes in the brake disc and not at the back. The following two discs in the photo would fit. The discs differ a little in thickness, the hole optics and something more in the price. For possible differences in material quality or Min TH I could unfortunately get out nothing: Photo left: NG1847: 4mm thickness, 66 Euro Photo right: NG1849 4.5 mm thickness, 99 Euro The more expensive disc has 14 holes more and half a millimeter more thickness. Can one derive a better quality from the black colored inside and the higher price? Or do you think that is the same steel anyway? The original disc is blackened inside as well… I would like new S I had had bad experiences with another 300 SYM scooter: beautiful Brembo discs ordered from Italy – sintered EBC pads with them and the scooter got brake noise, like the tram and increased hand power… in case of cases the effect was very good, but to be heard with every braking, I don’t have to have again… If you have a helpful tip for making decisions for me, that would be great. Greeting and kiss T.
