Moin has already tried the SUFU but found nothing suitable. So, my convertible 9-3 bj. 2002/3 has problems with the radiator fan – it runs “a wolf” 😉 The car has automatic air conditioning and only a relay for the fan. After the engine control started the error showed itself: coolant temperature sensor defective. This changed. Error deleted (no Tech2) – error is no longer shown. Nevertheless, the cooling fan starts immediately after engine start and does not go out – independently of Klimautomatik an oder aus. Speaking of, the “unmotivated” running of the fan had the car already long before the sensor exchange. Actually no problem (the engine overheats so not so) but a bit annoying and yesterday there were problems with the AU because the car hardly came to operating temperature. Can it be that a fault erasure is not enough and the cooling fan circuit still needs to be calibrated and it needs a Tech2 for that? Or is there somewhere else a sensor that is to be changed? Thank you for tips

Use used door in the same shade as satisfactory?
Hi, the door of my polo is demolished and I just have the opportunity to buy a new used in the same color LC7V. How realistic is the expand-fit-ready principle? Are the differences likely to be recognized or do you achieve good results with a change of the door in general without having to be painted? Thank you for your quick answers, Max

Searched for “beginner” car
Hallochen ersmtal If this is not the right place, please move the thread, unfortunately I found nothing else. Next April I will be 18 and would like to buy a car. Only I am now asked which would be suitable as a “starter car”. So a few basic data would be that I would like to have already 60 – 70 HP, small car (Polo, Golf etc.). It does not necessarily have to be a polo or a different vehicle from VW, in the area of Peugeot would auc But the question: – Year of construction (00/01 should it be) – Which speedometer would it be ? – What do I have to calculate for the price? – Price (1€ – 6000/6500€) so on … Should I already have a guess that I would like to have a used car. But it is now all about which cars would be in question for me and where I could find out more about it. Thanks already for your help.

Brake disc rust problem sought
Hello, if I am not in Berlin for 6 weeks, my Polo GTI only stands around. In the process strong rust formed on the brake discs, which is then driven into the pads. My Astra stood against it twice 8 weeks, there formed only flight rust, which was after 20km. I now have to replace discs and coverings at the polo. Since the problem is obviously also on the brake disc material, I would like to do without original parts. There are (additionally perforated) discs of Zimmermann, has jema nd experiences with it? Or does someone have a solution to reduce the rust attack (except “drive more”? Thanks in advance! rumey
