Hello together, I would like to treat myself to an Ami Van, but I’m still at the beginning of the search, I don’t know exactly what it should be. A few key data I imagine: – At least 5 seats – You should be able to sleep in it (sit out or fold over). – Motorcycle should fit in if the back seat is removed if necessary. – It shouldn’t be a sip. – Whether petrol or diesel or whether circuit or automatic, that doesn’t matter. My research has m The first one writes Chevy Van, but then not, because of rust. The next one writes Dodge RAM Van, but also rust. and then there are still some of the Ford E-series write, but there is a bad supply of spare parts. I would be happy about a few suggestions / infos.

Young family man looking for family-friendly vehicle
Good evening, gentlemen, I’m the Tim 23 from NRW and I’m playing with the idea of getting an Ami or Pick-Up. The idea is to drive a car like this because it’s not commonplace and in my eyes something special. I don’t have any experiences with pick-up/SUV ́s. My first cars were a Renault Clio, then a BMW 316i, first “real” car Golf 6 R, and now that there’s something bigger there has to be. I’m 2.05m tall and weigh 120 kg and need something big accordingly. That’s why I’m going to ask what I get for 20,000€. I just don’t know what’s right and what’s wrong with mobile and co. Can an Ami V8 have more than 150k on the clock or is already shift in the shaft. Please don’t kill me ;D therefore I’m asking for advice here. Greetings Tim

Ford Crown Victoria P71 conversion for Germany
Hello everybody, I have a few questions and I hope this is the one or the other that can help me. I’ve been playing with the idea of getting a US car for a very long time now and now it’s time. I’m looking for the US market now and if I get the right Ford Crown Vic model in front of my face it’s going on. I already have a company that does the purchase and transport for me in the USA. What I have to pay here at customs and taxes I know a uch. And now to the problem. Can I upgrade the car, a Ford Crown Vic P71 from ca 2008 by myself? What does everything have to be converted? Sure turn signal, stand light and fog-stop light on everyone but anything else? Do I need special documents to which I as a private person might not get to? Does one of you have experience? Is there perhaps even one of the people in Hesse who has done this with the TÜV already with this model? But I have to ask questions about this, because unfortunately I couldn’t find anything really helpful on the net. And you can’t believe everything on the net anyway. That’s why my call for help to all Crown Vic owners. I am grateful for every tip and experience report when importing. Maybe even a little bit, because logically the P71 models ex Police or other state vehicles were missing here and there sometimes something about parts like e.g. the front inner light or back also often the Window lifter switch. Where is it easiest to get it? Thank you for your time and help. Greeting Matthias

GPX 600 R – Engine went out in rain – ZX600A
Hello together, I have been a member here for years, but so far only in the car area. I only made my motorcycle ticket this year and bought me as the first machine a GPX 600R, year 1989. Today I had a problem, which gives me headache. I have been on a tour today, weather was dry, machine ran wonderful. Suddenly it started to rain and hail strongly. Bin Landstraße approx. 100 km/h in 5th gear at 5000 rpm. Suddenly I noticed how the G It got worse over the next KM, until it didn’t take any more gas and went out immediately. Then I rolled on the footpath, wanted to start again, but it didn’t do anything. Starter turned, but the engine didn’t start. I tried that again and again for a few minutes. Meanwhile it also stopped raining. Then I played a bit with the choke and suddenly with full choke it jumped again, but only at 2000 rpm. Normally it runs with v Ollem Choke at 5000 rpm. I then put the choke on half and held with the gas tap speed and drove off. Shortly afterwards Choke completely removed. After that she ran quite normal, but also did not rain so much. However, from that time on I had the feeling that she has a small hole when accelerating at 5800 rpm. Hope you have an idea what that could be! I am still an absolute newcomer in the area of motorcycle! Many Then in advance!

Compact class 15000km/year, approx. 15,000 euros, beginners need help!
Hello dear forum, I drive a lot of car, but I have virtually no idea about the quality characteristics of good vehicles or current Do’s and Dont’s when buying a car. In short: I need help I am looking for purchase advice for the following requirement profile: – mileage per year approx.15.000km – commuter: approx.70km per day, highway and city traffic, a lot in traffic jam, even longer distances to outside appointments – cruising speed rather leisurely, 130-140km/h – price up to approx.15.000 Euro – Es brau cht (yet) no big family carriage, therefore for me the compact class is more interesting, in the trunk should fit to the emergency but also a pram (so no Audi A1…). – 4/5 doors – I place value on interior equipment, telephone a lot during the journey (Bluetooth, hands-free equipment necessary), while I like clear lines and not the infinitely playful cockpits of some French/Korean… – newer year preferred, gladly with some resale value Unsafe I’m with: – Diesel or gasoline, I’m afraid, among other things, of future diesel regulations, which could reduce resale value and benefits – circuit or automatic, I’m in a lot of traffic jam, but wonder if I actually needed automatic, rather not felt – motorization: I don’t need a sports car, but a bit of a pull-through would I find comfortable, ~100 hp? First sightings of the VW modular series brought the following to light: – Skoda Fabia -> too small – Sk oda Octavia -> could be something, maybe not necessarily the size – Seat Ibiza -> too small – Seat Leon -> http://suchen.mobile.de/…/231273125.html passable, interior equipment and cockpit I don’t like particularly, compared to price also not so great e.g. compared to… – Golf -> why not? Although expensive, but stable in value http://suchen.mobile.de/…/228207957.htmlhttp://suchen.mobile.de/…/23065313.html With automatic, somewhat expensive: http://suchen.mobile.de/…/2 32258311.html – Kia C’eed -> no feeling on my part, but it’s highly recommended… With a little less emotional attachment, I still had the following cars in view, but they didn’t convince me (more visually). – 308er -> no feeling – A3 -> no feeling – Astra -> no feeling – Focus -> no feeling Alternative: Hybrid drives http://suchen.mobile.de/…/2196567330.html

New car: Seat Leon Kombi, VW Golf Kombi, Skoda Ocatvia Kombi or quite another car? <25,000
Hello everybody, I’m new here and I came across this forum because I want to buy my wife and I a new car in the next few months. So far I had a Skoda Fabia first-class station wagon with the lowest PS and without any special equipment. I bought the Skoda from my brother 4 years ago and it now has after 11 years only 50,000 km on the hump. Reason for this is that it actually only for short distances up to now (6 km per direction) Nevertheless we will not get much money for it. Since we have moved to the city (Salzburg, i.e. buy the car in Austria) and we have to use the car more often in the future, we are just looking for a suitable car for us. We will drive in the future about 1000 km per month (if that helps or makes a difference for your tips). I have asked myself and would be interesting for us the Seat Leon Kombi, the VW Golf Kombi or the Skoda Octavia Kombi, or do you still have a special tip? The price should be between 20,000-25,000 € at most. Of course, cheaper requirements are: it should be a Kombi, preferably with large luggage compartment (possibly a mountain bike place should have), because we want to start a family, should of course then have a stroller in trunk, it should also be suitable for child seat, if possible economical fuel consumption and safety is also very important to us. Since we will drive a lot in the city and highway and on the federal road, we want to treat ourselves to the “luxury” of an automatic circuit, if it fits from your point of view the price / performance ratio for it. Since we had no equipment (not even an air conditioning) so far, we do ourselves at present very difficult, which equipment variant we should take or which additional features very good od I would therefore like to ask you the following questions: * Which car would you recommend for us? * Which model would be ideal for us in this combination from your point of view? * Should we pay special attention to anything? Are there weaknesses in certain variants or models? * Which additional features would you recommend to add? * What experiences do you have with the automatic combination? Is it recommended or not? * Would you rather recommend a “show car”, “new car”, “g Do you have experience with EU cars? Are the offers good or do you have to take care of something? http://www.semis.at/ THANK YOU already for your help, we really appreciate every tip! We have read and tasted a lot in the forum and on test pages, but somehow we still haven’t gotten quite smart because there are a lot of opinions.

Does insurance take over a marten damage?
Hello everybody. I’ve never seen it happen in the 4 years of my “driver career” and I didn’t expect it either, but now it’s caught me. I had an appointment in the city 2 days ago, I parked my car (Audi A1) in the city in an underground car park. On the way there the car did not have any problems, it drove as it should drive. However, on the way back, you can say, once I have left the garage, already all error message came in. In the cockpit. Starting from the supposedly defective light range regulation to the defective ESP and a defect in the engine everything was lit up. Luckily, my brother – a guy who has gasoline in his blood like most motor talkers here, could find out the problem. A marten probably bit the ignition cable. The car no longer runs on 4, but on 2 cylinders since this incident. So if you start the car – then all error messages again light up. Abg Seen from this, the car sounds like a 15 year old car and knattert totally funny, if you are standing at the back next to the exhaust. I am of course no longer dangerous with the car the last days, now a new ignition cable has to be built in with my brother. What about the insurance? Does the insurance take that and is worth a contact at all? Does always give the self-deposit, which could already exceed the damage. Have with me completely comprehensive with it. For the Z ukunft: How can I protect myself from martens – do you have tricks, what are you doing? Look forward to your help. LG Gummiwolf

Insurance only wants to pay part of the expert costs.
I had a car accident. I was driven by a nice lady on my car. Everything was already needed. Unfortunately, the insurance of the young lady wants to pay only part of the costs for the report, because this is unreasonably expensive. I have to pay 160 euros myself. The report has been prepared by the Tüv Nord. Of course I do not want to pay the 160 euros myself. But only because of this would be nonsense.

Lassed rear lamps
Hello everyone, does anyone have experience with glazed rear lights? Are these rear lights approved in road traffic or not? Do you need these additional “cat eyes”?
