  • Displays/Views in the Head-up Display

    Day together!! I dare to ask myself the question here. In my BMW I had the nice list view of the titles in the head-up display as soon as the wheel was turned.. In the mini he shows me only the current title and the possibilities to select the previous or next one. Can you somehow this view on the list view where I can scroll through the titles beautifully, change??? Unfortunately I find nothing in the Driver’s Guide. Thanks already for the answers!!

  • Theft Golf 4

    Hello everyone, maybe someone can help me??? I once had a completely tuned Golf 4, where everything was changed. Now he stood in my underground garage in the box in 2012 and was locked up. In winter I drive BMW. The Golf was locked in the box for Spaetherbst / winter 2012. In May 2013 I wanted to get him out of the box to drive him to TUEV and to lock the BMW in the box. Golf was stolen, box was broken up. I immediately alerted the police. it theft on 16.05.2013. Procedure was stopped by the police in September, vehicle was not found. I had taken a lawyer. I had legal protection until yum 01.06.2013. The legal protection refuses the protection, because outside of the service! Question: If the legal protection does not occur, damage day of 16.05.2013. Impairment does not pay, since my supervisor of the insurance at that time demanded a value report (value over 50,000Euro) but not the engine In the report was the new engine with approx. 1000 KM mileage / in the insurance and in the vehicle license still 55kw. Thus probably the type approval with the insurance expires. I wanted to drive the car in May2013 to TUEV to transfer the engine, which the tuning workshop did not do. Is the fault only of me? Neither the legal protection helps, nor the insurance partly wants to help me? Is the right thing so??? Thank you.

    Hello dear forum members, since I have already received a lot of good advice here, I dare to challenge you with this old and yet always new (grins) challenge: I’m looking for my son (20 years old), who jobs as a pizza driver: – a robust small car without comfort requirements with low consumption up to about 1,500,- €, likes less. – more petrol than diesel – type and brand neutral maybe apart from Lada, Chevrolet Matiz or Bentley – at least 18 months Tüv, little to no maintenance jam, 8-fold tyres as far as possible. Driving profile: approx. 12,000 km/year, mainly short distance. – Purchase, taxes and insurance (30%) run over me – fuel, maintenance and other things about Sonnemann and should therefore be as cheap as possible. Currently he drives with Mama’s Omega automatic, which drives his eyes when filling the tears in the eyes… – Basically I look in this price segment rather at private, on the other hand, the prices there are often unrealistic..     Hello together, we are just on vacation in Sweden and when we came back yesterday to the parked car, we had to find that someone drove us a decent dent in the side door, see photos. Unfortunately of course with driver’s escape – and without comprehensive with us. Police we turned on of course, but more than the accident could not record of course. No witnesses, no cameras, so it goes… The white, which looks like scratches, is only dust and dirt (where I wonder what the other car must have looked like when there was so much dust!). Doesn’t there seem to be any significant scratches, just the dent. But what I’m wondering: Is this a damage that has to be directed or is it a purely optical flaw? And do you have an idea how expensive that would be, i.e. can it be de-delled or must the door be replaced?

    Hello all! As it looks like I’m going to be iced to Florida at the end of January at the beginning of February. Maybe someone from here has been there already in winter and can give me some tips and advice. I have planned my vacation so far that I land in Miami and then 14 days have time to drive around in Florida, bathe, shop and many many many car parts buy.   • New, used motorcycle.

    Hello people, I’m looking for a new (used) motorcycle, unfortunately I have no plan which is the ideal model for me. the selection is very big. maybe you have a tip ready. short to me. 185cm tall, 73kg heavy. have had my license for 7 years, started with a cbr600f (1992). drive now for 2 years a fireblade (2003) and have as “second-moped” an enduro – mz baghira 660ccm. actually a good mix with the two machines. But when I drove a chopper from a friend the other day, I thought – wow, you can also ride comfortably. so… now the question. does someone have an idea, what is possible? (would be true. give both machines). comfortable(er), likes a bit faster (of course not to get to the fireblade), and no bmw gs. full paneling doesn’t have to be, motor you can see. price 4000-600€. field of use: sometimes just one hour after the party evening the head fr get an ice cream and like to do a few kilometers at the end of the week. girlfriend is probably riding with me now somehow stuck with a 2008 Harley Davidson sportster (not so expensive, compared to other Harleys) or a 2003 Honda hornet 900. good choice or something else? thank you for your answer!

    Hi guys! So I’m riding my bike now almost 2.5 years. So far I’ve always been alone on my little blue one, but now it’s the case that my girlfriend might want to ride with me in the near future. About 6 years ago she took the last time on a motorcycle with her uncle as a child (12) and thus has a bit of experience as a socio. But since I’ve only been driving alone until now, I wanted to ask what I have to look for as a driver, w don’t you sit alone on the bike!? How do the riding characteristics of the motorcycle change?     Hello, I have a big problem with the idle speed. Partially my car turns only about 300 rpm. As far as I have informed, you can not change the idle speed. Am I right? What errors could be behind this extremely low speed and what can I do? Thank you for your help!
