  • Clio BJ 2015/16 120 tCE, Automatic, Limited; relay clacks extremely loud with windscreen wipers

Hello, the following problem: I got my new Clio 4 (see above) a few days ago. Today it rained for the first time and I had the automatic on the windscreen wiper to use the rain sensor as well. I noticed during the ride an extremely annoying clacking from the steering wheel. Probably the relay. With automatic it clacks permanently at high and down the wiper; at interval and also rear windscreen wiper of course it clacks at the beginning and at the end of the process (al as soon as I turn the interval off and on). Now my first question: is this also clearly audible with your Clios (especially now Clio iv series 2015 would be interesting). Second question: either way, it bothers me madly, don’t know that of significantly older cars of different brands, even though I am aware that there is a relay working inevitably makes noises, but just not so loud! I spent a lot of money on this Clio, because everything is in it, and that I find it impossible that there is such a problem with a new car. Can I insist on a dealer and an exchange of the relay? Do you think that this can solve the problem at all? If no, alternatives? By the way, have a similar problem also with the climate automation; however, it clicks there “only” three times at the beginning and afterwards irregularly, so I could still live with it. Thank you in advance and desperate greetings! Marie

  • Reliable car up to 4000 Euro searched

Good evening, dear community, very heavy heart, after 8 long years, I had to separate myself from my Mazda 323 F BA, because it is irreparably damaged. Very sad the whole thing. Anyway, the (car) life must continue, so I am looking for a successor. At first I thought of a private leasing about Sixt, but since I do not want to return the car after 3 – 4 years and a new car is not possible, since I / we only make about 10 000 KM a year, we are looking again after a second-hand one, who brings us (also my wife) the next 4 – 5 years relatively carefree from A to B. We have in principle no such correct ideas on the (old) new ones. As regards the budget we are relatively flexible. Since we are only looking for something for the next 4 – 5 years, since only after that a new car / annual car is to be purchased (more kilometers), we targeted the price range 3 000 to 4 000 Euro (+/- 500 Euro).Requirements Performance: Min. 100 HP Appearance: Re l. sporty (fact of definition), color doesn’t matter Consumption: Up to 9 l combined (no diesel, see mileage / year) Brand: No matter, are not fixed Year of construction: From 2003 / 2004 Kilometer: Up to 150 000 Form: No small car (it should already be able to fit in a 2m wooden bar). It would be nice if the car is not too expensive in the insurance. Of course we have already searched and found the following models: Alfa Romeo 147:http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?… Mazda Primacy (because of the It’s a place, but it’s anything but a sporty look):http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?… Hyundai Coupe GLS (very impractical, but somehow appealing … !)http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?… Honda Civic:http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?… Otherwise we also thought of a Mazda 3, but in the price category nobody is to be found in and around Hamburg (except one for 3 500 euros, but well …). odelle at the start, which we did not think of? Is the Alfa recommended in principle? Thank you for your help.

  • 30,000 km/year–> which machine according to experience with least maintenance costs

Hello municipality, hello car connoisseur, I am just about to have to buy a new car–> best annual car. I drive about 30,000km/year, of which are easy 98% for work path and small rest = private. Already with employer everything calculated (leasing, company car etc.)= everything too expensive, but boss would pay me a fuel charge. For me it means now, which car I get me. Had for 8 years an Opel Omega Kombi 2.4 with gas system–> was top in fuel costs, but only problems me repairs!!! What do you think of a Volvo Diesel? My not too big demands: everything from middle class (golf, astra etc.), diesel or gas, as an annual car max. 50,000km on the speedometer, 5-door MfG Kenny

  • Which battery for Wallstreet 125?

Hello, I have inherited a Wallstreet 125. The battery has been removed and is now missing. I asked once at ATU and they recommended the following replacement battery: https://www.atu.de/…/…-Battery-with-acid package-12V-9Ah-IC719S?… But they were not 100% sure if the battery fits in from the size. With this battery it is necessary to fill it with acid. That’s not good, because I have no idea about it. Is there no alternative? In other places in the Internet stands, batteries with extra acid would no longer be sold to private customers and the acid filling would have to take over a workshop? The scooter is over 10 years old, but has not been moved for 7 years, but stood in a garage. Does it even make sense to install a battery or is the whole part scrap anyway?

  • Protection letter

Hello, looking for a protection letter for our oldi (Arnold), the “Alte Leipziger” unfortunately could not offer such a one, we have of course come across the ADAC and https://www.jimdrive.com/…/?…. Does anyone know this provider and can report from experience? Compared to the ADAC, the price/performance is probably unbeatable, isn’t it?

  • Financing / leasing or continuing

Hello, I’m about 30 years old and I’m an electronics technician. I’ve been working at my current employer since last year, I’m still in an open-ended employment contract. I’ve been driving my old Audi A3 8L for a few years now, he’s been doing me good services for the years, but slowly the mistakes, the chassis is causing problems, although many things have been exchanged. Now I’m looking for a solution to get a new mobile kit. And on the market there are different ways to pay for such things In the moment, there is about 5000 euros on the savings account. To the car: Combi (passenger class) from 130 kW decent equipment Budget 500 to 25t depending on the car I drive about 50 km to work (back and forth). I come about 15tkm a year. I earn an average of 2200 euros net as salary, this often varies up to 3000 euros, if I make overtime or additional shifts, and of course Christmas money and holiday money. eld. My rent incl. ancillary costs and internet and television is 400 euros per month. In addition 160 to 200 euros for food. If I set my maintenance at a flat rate of 900 to 1000 euros is in any case generous. What kind of purchase of a vehicle can you recommend to me?

  • Financing/leasing for 4-5 years makes sense at 40,000km a year?

Hello dear Motor-Talk municipality, I just signed up because I have a question directly. I also have a bit of a stumbling block in the forum but I’m just not quite sure. It’s about: I will probably return my A1 next June after 3 years of financing and can still pay about 2,000€ due to several kilometers. Therefore, unfortunately, I have virtually no possibility to make a deposit for a new car and certainly not to pay the final rate of the Audi. But I will have to drive about 40.000km a year (without moving) and would also like to drive a comfortable and comfortable car. In addition, the trunk should offer a little more space than the A1. The most suitable models for me are the XCeed, Ceed SW and ProCeed. Do you consider it realistic to finance one of the mentioned models for up to 350€ per month at a duration of 4 or 5 years? Automatic is not a must, if it should be the 204hp variants, I know Would be a higher consumption, which would probably be fatal with my driving performance. Maybe one or the other has an opinion about it and can call financing examples with so many km. Besides, I find unfortunately only KIA dealers, which offer the expensive Santander financing with 3-6% interest rates. No idea where there are dealers, which offer the 0.77 or 1.77% of KIA Finance… Rejoice me to read something of you. Until then, it’s good!

  • Book of journeys

Moin together ! I hope you can help me. I work in the employed field service with an insurance company. For the journeys to customers I use my private car. From my employer I get a RKP which is of course taxed. In addition I run with 3 work colleagues a small office which I go to about. 3 times a week. Since I was still in training until summer 2016, I have no experience with keeping a travel book. Since beginning of 2017 I have introduced a Travel book in order to make the journeys to customers taxable. I am not sure at the moment whether the keeping of the travel book is at all correct. I drive every day about 60 km on business. It makes sense to keep a travel book or am I wrong? I always write in the travel book: date, travel time (when I left in the morning and came back home in the evening), route (there I write only the place. At the request of Fina nzamts I could list exactly where exactly which customer lives, because I have daily reports for my employer), purpose of the journey (usually I simply write “customer dates” and KM-Stand start of journey, driven kilometers (exactly determined by a route planner) and KM-Stand end of journey Sometimes my days also run so that I e.g. drive to the office in the morning to make preparations or take care of customertermien and then I drive back to my customers. then also all trips with this flat rate of 0.30 Euro paid off? There is in my travel book still the column “Visited persons”. I would hate to write the names of the customers there (data protection!). Shouldn’t the tax office really have a problem with that? If you can help me with my questions I would be very grateful to you.

  • The new debtor atlas is here!

May anyone interested get an idea. 6,9 million Germans are over-indebted (in the sense of sustainable payment disruptions, spending exceeds revenue), which is 10% of the adult population. https://www.boniversum.de/studies/denominated atlas/ In this sense: In the case of debt, you sit faster than some people believe.
