What is the maximum speed for an open (no power barrier) SL 500, with 306 hp, realistic? I would estimate that it would have to be about 275 km/h.

Driver’s license B196 and matching machines
Hello together, it is now also for me, I am very interested in the B196 driver’s license in order to be able to drive with the motorcycle / scooter to work. Background is to relieve my car from the kilometers (driving distance 40 km) and of course a considerably lower fuel consumption. Actually, I always wanted to make the motorcycle driver’s license, if that would not be so expensive…. As a child / teenager I had always driven 2-wheel. Before about 10 Jah I also had a 50ccm machine as a replacement for cars. Now with the B196 this is for me the chance to drive a slightly larger machine… I have had the car license for almost 20 years now. But I am now faced with the question motorcycle or scooter? If so which one? What is important to me? – no cross machine, – speed should be around the 120 km/h, as I will drive a lot of highway on straight track, – low fuel consumption I already have on the market I looked around a bit and looked at the 1st Kawasaki J125 2nd Honda PCX 125 in the scooter area. I am still open and look for “interesting things”. Basically I don’t care whether motorcycle or scooter, the main thing is that you have a bit of fun on the track. If I overtake a truck, then I want to overtake it quickly and do not want to take a race with 5 km/h difference. Yes, I also thought about whether I directly have a bigger driver. And the “big” machines will probably eat more fuel than a 125cc machine. What do you think, which machines are currently in good demand, deliver comfort and are reliable? What do you think, should I look at? What do I have to pay attention to when buying? How much mileage do the machines average on the speedometer? Thank you for your feedback 🙂 Best regards Stefan

Photos of an illegality – can I be photographed?
Dear community, if I were not so angry about it, it would probably go smoothly as a “witness to the weekend”… I live in a side street (Tempo 30), where a school is currently being built extensively; many traffic signs and massive barriers. To get there through and again to the road, I drove along such a barrier about 30 meters on the pavement – on which nobody was – of the highest pace. At the end of this “side street of an I answered him: “Excuse me!” and his comment on it was: “Nothing with excuse! This will have consequences for you, you will still be very, very surprised” (!). – During this harsh dialogue he always had his cell phone in his hand, and took numerous photos of me and my scooter. – My Fr. “Objective” is of course right; the passage on this road was not allowed. Should I actually receive a warning fee for this reason, I will pay it. – What really concerns me, however, is how to react to such a “bagatelle” with such an “aggression” at all (“Nix with excuse! This will have consequences for you, you will still be very, very surprised” (!). – A “John Wayne” of an 80 meter long side, side road… – d he certainly took numerous photos of me, my scooter, and the license plate with his cell phone (because clearly recognizable). – Personally, I believe that something like this is simply going too far! – Please: Your opinion.

Coming Home Module in the Coupé?! Mechatronician possibly there? 😛
Hallösen Leo friends, have already a coming home module lying around since I had never found time to install it or to deal with it. Now the fingers itch that finally there is something doing 😛 The laying of the cables is known to me because of the “instruction”, only my problem would again be to distinguish from the cable salad which cable belongs to where behind the fuse box… Since today just as never a switching sketch or plan gets printed out I wanted to mi CH inquire if there is still a Coupe Freak among us who could possibly help me further =) I know that it is probably the “most simple” with a test device, I would have put it in place just where exactly with the one side probably all cables go through until at the voltage indicator/resistance/current what does but where with the other end?! Somewhere at the ignition?! I think most bevellings I will find only that I could get problems with the laying of the central lock. .. Do you know about this or give me a few tips?! I added the “Guide” to simplify my problem ^^ Thank you in advance =)

Which winter tires do you use?
I haven’t found such a topic yet, so I’m opening it here. Is there still another 406 driver. Which winter tires are optimal for the 406? What are you driving like this? Currently we drive on the drive axle: Bridgestone Blizzak Lm-30(6mm) and at the HA Dunlop Winter Sports 3D(4mm) We drive a maximum of 10000km a year, of which 4000km in winter. What can you buy there? It doesn’t have to be a particularly expensive tire, right? Wants to get me 2 new ones at the end of November.

Change of coupling at 406 2.0 16V year 05/1999
Hello, After I have put a whole batch of money into my Peugeot to get TÜV again (which also worked out), he now obviously comes to the clutch death anyway and squeaks when the clutch is activated and the clutch pedal can only be penetrated with partially increased resistance. In the opinion of the workshop the clutch has to be changed. I do have someone who can help me with this, but I still have some questions here. I hope you can help me. My engine type is EW10J4, which transmission it is, I don’t know (in any case a manual transmission). What does everything have to be dismantled to be able to expand the transmission? Is it enough to jack up the car at the front to expand the transmission or is a stage essential? Where does the OT-Geber (which should have been removed before) sit? Are the drive shafts just plugged, or are they still screwed on somewhere? If they have to be removed, what else do you have to pay attention to?

C20ne starts then but again out of white no more…
Hi, I have a problem with my 92ner Calibra, motor is a c20ne. When I turn it on but in the empty run it goes out as if you turn the ignition key. Sometimes he wants to deal with more garnet and then you have to wait half an hour and jump on and go out again I know net more, sometimes he doesn’t run and when he lashes I don’t know how long (times 2min. or 30min.). I already have the air flow meter, control unit, fuel pump relay, petrol filter, S pritpump, spark plugs replaced. Oh yes the idle controller has been cleaned by me, which looks almost like new. But I also connected another LLR but always showed the same reaction. Does that bring what if I spray contact spray somewhere zb. Ignition distributor? Hope you can help me. I’m really desperate and not only I 3 experts also didn’t know any advice.

Yeti control chains problem up to which year of construction?
Hi together, I’m currently looking for a used Skoda Yeti and I came across an article at the ADAC (https://www.adac.de/…/) during my research, which says that the Yeti had problems with a long chain until 2015. In various forums, however, it is said that these control chains should be solved already from 2013. Does any of you happen to know a little more about it? From what year of construction is “safe” what these control chains are Problem? Had looked at a Skoda Yeti built in 2013, for example, yesterday, had directly “rattled” when starting (cold start). Thank you for your help in advance!!

Problems with rust inside on doors ?
Hello, last week I bought a used Yeti Bj 7/2010 with 19500 km, I am very satisfied with the driving behaviour and consumption. Today my neighbour arrived and delivered me the ordered fuel oil, and told, that another customer with his Yeti was also Bj. 2010 to the service in the workshop and this then would have dismantled the cladding of the doors to look for possible rust spots, and one noticed on all 4 doors rust and now the doors should be renewed, It is said that you would have problems with any batch. Has anyone heard of this yet ? Should I perhaps address the Skoda dealer where I bought the vehicle ? Guarantee I still have on the vehicle , I even extended the factory warranty to two years . Greeting to all Yeti fans opellepo

Skoda Yeti recommendation for purchase?
Hello – maybe one of you can help me. My father would like to buy a Skoda Yeti (2.0 tdi with 4×4 and 110 hp) The workshop of his trust (free) advised against it (of all current VW group cars). Especially the 140hp diesel should be unreliable and also the 110hp variant should have its problems. Can anyone confirm this the current cars from the VW group should not be particularly reliable? Does someone have a Yeti and can do this better? The one from the workshop said that the oil pump often causes problems. Would I be happy about many helpful answers and would like to thank you in advance:-) MFG Michael
