  • i10 – does not ignite sporadic / Start problem

    I have a problem with the Freudin’s vehicle, sometimes it just doesn’t ignite. Sympthom -> Starter rotates well and willingly, but not the touch of an ignition. Suspicion: a) read coil b) key transponder (replacement key, same problem) To a) I know from VW that weakens the coil and you have to give it time, i.e. ignition and some sec wait, then start first = unfortunately does not help here. Now the real question How does the I10 behave normally? Our model: 1) Zün dschlüssel pure / ignition on -> ABS lights up and then goes out of i.o. –> immobilizer lights up further (yellow key) 2) Start attempt –> continues to light a) does not ignite = lamp whiter on b) ignites = lamp goes out in that moment When does the lamp normally go out, even if the ignition is activated / starter rotates or is the permanent light already an indication that the key is not detected?

  • Metal damage on garage yard

    Hello ! I can’t say whether my topic is right here. I just write. Our garage yard is quite small. The driveway is 3 meters wide and 30 meters long. Then the yard comes with 6 garages. Each 3 opposite. To get into my garage I have to drive up to the garage of my neighbor. I report however times: 2 days ago I entered the garage entrance around 8 pm. The automatic lighting went on. For me a sign that the last 6 minute n (as long as the light burns) no one was in the yard. So I slowly drove to the yard and drove sideways to the garage of my neighbor. ( from there I have to reset to get in front of my garage ) I stood now up to about 80 cm sideways in front of my neighbor’s garage and wanted to reset. Suddenly the light went on to my neighbor’s vehicle, backlights to it and the neighbor sat backwards out of his garage. So fast I could not drive away at all to prevent he got out and apologized a lot and said that we should be able to handle it. 2 days later I made an estimate. Now he doesn’t want to pay.     Dear Mustang fans, I have been the owner of a Mustang 5.0 19 year old for half a year and have only problems with the pony. Don’t get me wrong, I find all Mustangs really great, but the importer Nick Maurer of Muscle Cars Germany mislead me and turned on me a Mustang with lots of Macks, Damage and a funny Romanian purchase contract. The car was promised to me, due to the low mileage and the young age, without damage and Macken. A When the pony arrived after almost 4 months, i.e. a total of 11 weeks later than planned, I fell out of all the clouds. The rims, were almost all scratched, the gap measurements were horrible and the car was completely dirty.     Hello together, after a long time back and forth I decided to finance an annual car through a car dealership, because the current interest rate is extremely attractive with 0.99%. The car is financed by Vario financing. I make a down payment of 6,375.00 € and have a monthly rate of 313.00 € (incl. ServiceComfort – maintenance and wear). The closing rate is 30.000.00 €. I drive 30,000 KM a year and therefore the car would be reduced with almost 100,000 – 105,000 KM. The vehicle is an Audi A5 2.0 TDI Quattro with a current sales value of 45,000 euros and a mileage of 5,800 KM. Now I have looked at the last annual reports and balance sheets of the car dealership. In 2017, the car dealership had a year’s deficit of more than 700,000 € to be estimated, and sales have also decreased. According to the company’s current management report, the forecast for this year looks better. Well, you never know. My problem is now that In case the car dealership registers insolvency, I would have to buy the car from the Audi Bank for 30,000 euros. In my modest assessment, I find the estimated residual value too high. I would definitely like to reject the car at the end of the 36 months and would not get 30,000 euros more for a 3 year old car with a mileage of 100,000 – 105,000 KM. Thus, the residual value makes me currently stutzig, since I do not like at the end of the term, in case of a possible insolvency of the Au tohaus, 5.000 Euro or similar much burn.   • Paint damage to new aluminium rim?!

    Hello people, short question. Have new OZ Ulraleggera on my car and had to realize now that I obviously have a small paint damage on the rim after a rockfall: Steinschlag Alufelge Is this normal?
