Hello, Slowly we don’t know any more with our Toyota Avensis T27 bj. 2009 113000km running power. After the brake caliper on the rear right (passenger side) has given up the spirit and we have replaced it with new ones. If the brake disc gets really hot (hotter than all the others). Brake fluid was replaced immediately. After 1000km again brake caliper changed (was suspected of defect in the brake caliper). Problem remained. Brake fluid changed again and there came dark Bre Then both rear brake calipers of NB Parts were replaced before by Bosch and brake discs/brake pads. Now the two rear discs are getting hot. Brakes were also reset with computer. Does an idea have to be taken into account? Can there also be a problem from the electric brake? Addendum: You can also notice with rear tires when turning that they hang something.

Noise at idle, if clutch, then away
Hello, I would like to buy a Toyota Avensis 2,2D-Cat with 177hp. When the engine is idle, there’s something going on in the engine room. Sounds as if a plastic flag is clapping on a wheel. When I kick the clutch, it’s going to be less/goes away (I couldn’t hear that much anymore because the salesman had the door open). He said that this was the backlog and only a beauty defect, which lasts forever. During the test drive I saw blue smoke in the rearview mirror. The car has a very good equipment, 100,000 km, year 2005 and is supposed to cost just under 11,000 euros. Now I really don’t know, you can buy it or rather get your finger off. Thank you The New thowalu

Buy US Import Camry 2008?
Hello I have seen an offer for a Toyota Camry XV40 2.4 hybrid from 2008. As far as I know, this model did not exist in Europe and also on the pictures (tacho etc.) one can see that it is a US vehicle. Apparently it is first-hand, with a little over 100k km and fresh TÜV. Basically I like Toyota very much and also from the hybrid system one hears only good. I think this hybrid system is similarly reliable and economical like the one of Prius/Auris? Do I have to have something specific Is it a US import? I only know that you usually don’t have a guarantee for imported vehicles. What about backpacks? Is the one used for import vehicles and can you see somewhere what happened with this model? Can I assume that Toyota (Hybrid) is typically very reliable, robust and has a low consumption (for this size)? And: How much would that be rough for you?

Madzda 6 Purchase help
Hello, my name is Klaus and I’ve been on the road at the Mondeoforum for several years, here on motor talk. Now our Mondeo is rusted through and we have to buy a new car. In the short choice is a Madzda6 Sport Kombi with 1800 m3 120 hp, gasoline. The car stands at a Mazda dealer is Bauj. 2007, has 72000 kilometers (complete maintenance booklet ) and is to cost 8700 euros. In the price are winter tyres on rims which are still in stock (so not directly to the car) We still need a trailer coupling that would be re-assembled and would also be included in the price of 8700 euros. The advertised selling price without winter tyres and AHK was 8400 euros. Actually we have already decided for the car, now my wife has considered, such a petrol truck certainly needs 10 liters and more. It drives the car mostly and has 13 kilometers to work, though through two places, but no traffic jams and only with a traffic light That’s about 100 euros of fuel costs per month (at 10 liters) alone, only for the way to work, at only 13 kilometers for one way. Can you tell me about the average consumption if the car is mainly driven on such routes. Our Mondeo was a diesel and needed only 6 – 7 liters, the 288 euros taxes have not bothered us now. We could also get a Mazda 6 combi with 140 hp diesel. Year 2006 and 123000 kilomete r, also checkbook maintained, with new timing belt, winter tires on aluminum and an (extraly newly mounted ) AHK. The price, with Motage an AHK 8200 Euro. The problem is the particle filter, which according to the Mazda workshop will get on the main short distance and must be blown free. This is not expensive, but annoying, the Mazda dealer said, and advises us to the petroler, although it stands at another Mazda dealer. The insurance is with full damage freedom rabat t not of importance and a little more than 300 Euro taxes would be no reason not to buy a diesel. Once a year we drive with the caravan on holiday, but both models manage without a problem. So what to do? If someone could write me the consumption of the gasoline, from own experience, that would be great. Furthermore, I would be interested in the durability of the control chain and the usual weak points. I have already read about the rust vulnerability, the selected Au to is but stainless. mfg. Klaus
