  • Quitschgeräsch while steering in the interior

    My moose has recently been making such funny squeaking noises while driving. Quitting comes from the interior, from the area between the steering wheel and the disguise behind it. It sounds like rubber would “rub” each other. However, it is not always. Quitting occurs, if at all, only in case of a larger steering impact, e.g. parking, etc… I have already tried to become master by height and longitudinal adjustment of the thing. But it did not help anything. Is there a possibility by “lubricating” to fix the thing quickly and easily. And if so, how would you deal with the “problem”?

  • AMG GT 4 door Coupe Facelift

    Hello together, sometimes a short question I discovered today under the following link that the GT 4 doorr should get a facelift.https://www.mercedes-fans.de/…/…g-gt-4-tuerer-coupe-facelift.20077 As you can see also the V8 engines now get the bumper which were presented recently with the 6 cylinders in the V8 styling package. So early order because my fleet discount was deleted at the end of last year. Does one of you know when the facelift might come.? I would definitely try to get a pre-mopf.     Hello Together, I’m very attracted to having a convertible as a second car for the summer. My budget is up to max. 12.00€. The most interesting candidates so far are the SLK R171 (find it more beautiful than the R170 and technically more mature) or the BMW Z4, possibly even the Mazda MX5. I like the 6 cylinders – if already Cabrio please with appropriate sound. I know, I am in the MB/SLK forum, but would still be pleased about your opinions and experiences. Although I’m more interested in the technical aspects, design has every preference: How durable is the car, how vulnerable is the car for workshop visits, costs of spare parts, value of the interior etc. Corrects me if I’m mistaken, but the 2/3 roadsters are actually quite unconvinced if you take my budget into account and since second car is enough a two-seater. Or about the advantage of a CLK Cabrio or BMW E46 Cabrio when I play with it, but the 2/3 roadsters are actually quite unrivalled if you take my budget into consideration, and there second car is enough for me to talk about the driver.

    This morning a nice Paheton was standing next to me in the traffic jam. He had the tyred dimension 275 / 40 R19 on the back. On – so they looked according to the wheel hub at least – original VW rims. Does someone have pics of such a Dimenson or does someone drive such tires on the Phaeton?
