  • Presentation and problems with window lifter/ZV and power steering V70

    Hello friends Since my Sintra slowly after 350000 tkm needs more attention again and the needed spare parts on the list more and more we want to separate ourselves from the thick ones now.   • Engine control unit can be installed from demolition? How do I reset software?

    I have a VOLVO V70 II Kombi 2.4 140 hp, chassis no. YV1SW65P912067012, and unfortunately the engine control unit is defective. My Garagist thinks that there is no replacement control unit from demolition/recycling can be installed, except the software would be reset. How can I reset the software? If the control unit has a different chassis no. than that of my vehicle the installation does not work.   • ipod on the new XC 90

    Hello, yesterday I left my 3.5 year old XC 90 D5 and drive since the brand new XC 90 D5 sport. First impression: better automatic, car pulls more evenly, despite chip tuning in the old no power difference to the new (so far) noticeable, super seats with side support – in detail later. Now on my topic (I am lay): In the center console there is an AUX connector, which should be suitable for connection among other things of an IPod. My IPod Mini has beside the headphone connector an ipod-specific cable, which leads into a USB plug – does not fit on AUX! What do you do? At Saturn you sell IPods, but have no idea and no suitable cable. Is there a USB-to-USB connection, which results in an AUX plug (small)? I have not asked the friendly one yet. Who knows advice? Many thanks already for your answers.

  • radio to expand=amatur dead?!

    Hello, There is again a small special production with me instead of everything went great – until I played something into the cards earlier. It’s about the following: I have to install a tablet pc in my v50. fits everything, sits all-wonderful! The problem is only if I expand the factory radio, the whole amatur and not functioning anymore! No speed, blinker…just nothing. I could leave the radio behind the tablet in the hollow of the angschlosen, then it would work, but well….does anyone know how to solve it differently?

  • Required part number vertebra valve V50D5 BJ2007/MJ2007 before facelift

    Hello, I urgently need the part number for the vertebra of our V50D5 Bj2007/Mj2007 (before the facelift!). If needed: vehicle ID: YV1MW774962228884 engine: D5244T8 vertebrae valve is allegedly defective, or the rod hangs out again and again and Fzg regulates then from approx. 160 to 170 km/h on the highway again, at the same time yellow engine warning, speed goes down then up to approx. 130-140, then he takes again gas and the game starts from the front. Our friend has already 2 times provisional the ‘stack again’, at least he said so.     Hello forum well one less is not right, the Phaeton changes its owner. I was the captain of a very nice 3.0 TDI (EZ 01/2011) in the period from 01.06.2015 to 15.08.2017. Also I was and still am enthusiastic about the Phaeton (comfort, suspension, understatement, ….) but also with me starts the electrification in the near future. For this reason now a Phaeton drives more in and around Saarbrücken. Conclusion after 2 years Phaeton: Criticism: rust on the door top edges at a Fzg. Age of only 4 years (was improved when buying from the dealer) bad luck: Re. and Li. Rear lights (which in the trunk flap) went broken short behind each other and the original spare parts are extremely expensive (where you could only exchange a lamp earlier) I wish you all much joy with your Phaeton and that there will soon be a big meeting again.
