  • All 200 – 300 km DPF symbol in instrument cluster

    Hello together, we drive a Yeti 2.0 TDI, 81 kw, year 2011 with meanwhile about 84tkm. We bought it at the time 03/12 with about 14tkm and are mostly satisfied with the vehicle. Up to the time, at which the phenomenon occurred that about every 2-300 km the “DPF symbol” lights up in the instrument cluster and you have to drive the DPF “free”. The problem started about early 2017 (but still at higher intervals) and so massive it occurred since the software update of the engine STG at the friend In the end, the AGR valve was replaced completely in June 17. The problem with the AGR valve was fixed at least once. However, the short intervals with the DPF regeneration remained. Our driving profile is (in the meantime) 95% short distance in the place – I know, not really optimal. Diagnostic cables and VCDS are available. In the real-time log you can use normal driving times. see how the “mass of soot calculated” increases by 0.01 g in a second. Until it becomes too much at about ~40 g at some point and the DPF has to be regenerated. The ash loading is allegedly at 0.00 l (?!?). What possibilities do I have to test different components using VCDS to get to the problem if necessary? What I notice in comparison to “earlier” is that the diesel gases smell “bice – russ”. Maybe someone can help me before I can un- I’m sorry, but I don’t have any confidence in this anymore. Thank you very much.

  • Start stop system out of operation

    Hello Yeti friends, bought at our Yeti (1.2TSI 110PS EZ 6/16 km stand 22000 as an exhibition vehicle) is the Start Stop function out of operation (it is always displayed this way). The workshop takes this back to the low mileage and short distance operation and first charged the battery. Then there was also a week then the problem again. Last week the Yeti was also there on holiday trip – fully charged- short time full function, hardly at home again out of function. M In one opinion, the battery has a defect or it is not fully charged. The workshop is somewhat concerned with a problem solution and spoke of possible “software updates”. The warranty runs out next month and I would need some advice from you so that the car remains as error-free as it has been driven up to now. The Start/Stop automatic is not vital that I know of course, but if available it should also work, thank you in advance for the answers, Greetings Hilma rV40

  • Auris E18 – Pulse ring or ABS signal from the wheel bearing

    Servus, Auris, E18, Gasoline 132hp, 2013: Drive shaft at the front left has to be changed, makes crack noises during load change, diagnosed by T-workshop, estimate 1000€. Wave alone approx.650 (has someone recommended one from the accessories?) So far I have found only some, without finding impulse ring for ABS, RIng individually nowhere. Theory: is the “impulse ring” integrated in the wheel bearing and is therefore nowhere to be found? Don’t want to tear everything apart and then find out that the a ring should have been procured. a shaft dealer: “When making cars, the dealer is in the wheel bearing” – can mean anything, he has none in the program.     Hello Toyota driver, I received my contribution invoice yesterday for the coming insurance year of my Auris Hybrid TS and I soon dropped out of the latches. Compared to the previous year an increase of almost 300€ although I have been driving without damage since driving licence purchase. The Auris has not been a bargain in the insurance yet, but that blows the bottom of the barrel. Did it look like you?!

    Moin together, I hope I got the right subforum here. I’ve been looking for a motorcycle for some time now. Had already decided for an XJ600N, but then when I was pro-owned, I noticed that I look (and feel) like a chimpanzee sharpening his coconut. Now I wanted to look at an xjr1200 this weekend, but realized that the thing is exactly 2kW too much on the road to run on the A2 driver’s license. My question is now, which machines are eligible if you have: -somewhat large -only the A2 has -a rather narrow budget of 2000-250€ available -and also want to have a “classical breathed”, as little disguised as possible motorcycle? The XJR1200 was from the design already love at first sight… I guess the Kawa Zephyr 750 is also rather unsuitable, if the XJ600 is too small for me?     Hello and a warm greeting to all bikers. My name is Jan (32) and I am from the area Regensburg. I finished last year with my motorcycle driver’s license in late summer and then bought an old machine which I had to repel a few weeks later because it was unfortunately technical, a totally wrong purchase. So now I don’t own my own bike and also only little driving practice (I drove maybe 400km last year) and would hate in this “condition” on I’m looking for a bike for this season, so that I might be overwhelmed and also get on the motorcycle in a “purchase situation”. So the question: Is there a cost-effective way to climb the motorcycle again for 1-2 hours in the area of Regensburg (or Nuremberg where I am every weekend)? At my old driving school I already called, they say, but you have to register again completely and then book regular driving lessons….what natural h a possibility, but in total would be very expensive. Maybe there are nice bikers in the surrounding area who have an old machine and want to give an already set beginner the opportunity “to come in again”? If I should destroy something unexpectedly (I have always been very safe so far) I would of course come up for it. The bike what should be with me this season for the now ECHTH start in the motorcycle riding is not yet fixed…but what is done without z u be a lot of performance. Look forward to your answers.     I’m looking for a small but powerful laptop, so around 13 inches. No Convertible. I can take my 17-inch ASUS with me in the plane, but it doesn’t fit into the TC or any of the K1300GT or F 800GS cases. It’s also heavy and bulky. I need a reasonably powerful computer for the upcoming tours, e.g. now 5 weeks Spain, to which I can transfer my GoPro videos in the evening. A mobile hard drive (1TB) goes with me, but the RePro should still be able to play my videos. For the high-resolution videos of the Hero5Black it also needs at least 4 GB of memory and a powerful processor. At least one USB3.0 interface has to be connected, a total of 3 x USB. I find myself in the Wust of the offers not right and also have little idea of the matter. Is there such a device fixed and ready and if, then, then, or you have to configure yourself and who can / does this possibly ? 1000 Euro for an apple machine t are too much for me. More than 4-500 should not cost. The less, the better. I don’t put any value on stamps. On 20.3. I leave.
