    Hello, abe just bought a w171 Bj 2006 and would like to have a shorter antenna. Is there a short attachment that you simply screw on the existing foot, or do I have to change the whole antenna, if yes, for which and how is it with the remote control reception? Thanks, Ingo

  • Automatic or blonde problem?

    Hello SLK municipality. My wife drove with her SLK 200, 5 years old today, to a wash road system. The procedure is: Automatic on N, start engine and get off. When she just wanted to get in after the washing process, the car rolled off and drove against a mast. The damage is considerable, but my wife was fortunately not overrun by her own car. She is sure that the selector lever stood on N. Moreover, one employee told her “the selector on top of N, oh, you’ve already done that.” Question: has any of you experienced a similar situation?

  • Question about AMG Package & Xenon Headlights (ILS)

    Hello Mercedes friends, and I would like to know if the ”Sport button ” is present in the AMG package. Are there different buttons, e.g. to operate Airscarf. As far as I know, when pressing the ”Sport button ” the chassis will be slightly lowered and so on. Now the question arises whether this is present in the AMG package.     Hello to each other I need a hot tip from the Mazda community?? I have flown a 323 bf 1988 85 ps. Condition is pretty good! Very clean little rust. But………….now comes ?? Putting off start everything great ?? exactly 1 minute later ignition current off.?? One day waiting again super ca ne minute, popping off. Temperature sensor can it almost not be because it takes some 2 days until he gets juice again. Has such a thing ever had or a guess ?   • Escort jerks only at constant speed

    Hello, there I am again with a different problem… since I am now tomorrow or today in the workshop for engine bearing change I would like to fix another problem immediately. My Escort (96er/1.8L/85kw) jerks quite easily, but only at constant speed independent of speed and speed. In addition, the fuel consumption (feeling) is a bit high and my vmax is only about 190 km/h In idle and acceleration it runs round. Now I had two suspects in my head (L MM and Lambdas.) So today LMM is jammed (plug) and so driven –>see there, no more jerking. My questions are now: 1.) Is it now with high probability the LMM or can it be that the engine runs anyway “rounder” because the Essi (without LMM) then runs in this emergency program? 2.) Would the symptoms (vmax too low, high fuel consumption and o.g. jerking) fit to the defective or not properly working LMM? 3.) If it is the LMM then I have to take the new one from the 1.8L or can I use the new one from the 1.8L also take one of nem e.g. 1.4 L Escort? Achso recently had this vacuum hose which runs off at the back of the engine at a 90° angle because it was completely torn. Does the SG have to be re-learned now? I hope it’s not bad that I started several threads now, just wanted to keep it clear, since there are various problems or topics. Greetings

    Good day, 5 years ago we had a misconduct regarding our diesel vehicle. We had no experience with diesel and no questions about driving behaviour were asked. (New car!) Since we are driving almost only short distance, we now have problems with the combustion drives. These are of course often interrupted which we have to drive extra on the highway. Actually there is only the solution. Sales. I would like to have the tip: Which petroler is simply GUT ? It should e be in good used middle class/lower middle class car. Thanks in advance for tips.   • Charging deep discharge battery. Is there anything to consider?

    Moin, I want to bring my MK6 back to life after 1.5 years. Of course the battery is flat. This was installed 4 years ago. Can I recharge it again without any problems? With my Bosch C3 it has unfortunately not worked so far, apparently too little battery voltage. I would like to try it now with an older charger. How do I find out if the batteries are still in order and can be charged? Best regards, BAss

    Does one of you know this manufacturer? On the internet it says that this is a “classic China brand”, but many people also seem to be satisfied. The tyres were present as winter tyres at my Ford Mondeo MK3 and come from 2009 according to DOT. Cracks or other mistakes do not have the tyres. From the profile they are still almost like new. In 4 weeks there is already a lot of snow in the Allgäu and there is already a lot of snow there. That winter tyres can not do much with ice cream is clear, but how Does it look like it’s in the snow with this brand?
