  • No sound from loudspeakers

Hello I have a rather strange problem in my car. I bought a Golf 2 a long time ago and wanted to add a little bit of music for the summer. He just doesn’t want to do music. To my problem: When I bought the car only one speaker was connected and apart from this one also nobody installed in the car. So I bought such a vehicle-specific set from Alpine (4 speakers) and everything nicely installed and connected with the ISO cable but the radio does not give a sound of itself. Radio goes quite normal and I have already resettet but it remained mute. Great then I just thought to go to a different car and try there and see there Radio makes lala. I return again and every single speaker – all work. Again radio – no sound final stage built in and all speakers directly connected – no sound – works. End stage tested in the other car – what’s going on? I think I have tried everything out and everything works just gratefully in my golf.

  • Phenomenon in the Grand Cherokee 2005: speakers only in the rear

Hello guys, I’m standing in front of a big puzzle. Have a system ( Pioneer 3200BT,Dietz adapter 66030 and the vehicle specific plug etc for it ) from a 2005 he bought Grand Cherokee used. It should be built into a 2005 he Grand Cherokee !! So actually plug and play. As far as everything works well, steering wheel remote control and also the music plays over all speakers back and front ! But… I turn the fader forward, all the speakers go out, I turn to the rear, all play again !! Have test way the system in a 2006 he with Boston sound system and have the same effect !! So it seems that it doesn’t matter which sound system is installed. The previous owner of the radio swears that everything has worked with it… Without vehicle specific adapter everything works on the radio as it should, back and front are separated and allow itself to thread. According to the circuit plan of the original cabling of the Jeep and the Dietz adapter everything fits, it’s not twisted or missing… With the original radio funts also wonderful.

  • Air conditioning/heating. Temperature control on the passenger side defective?!

Hello, I have the following problem with my Countryman Works from 2020. No matter what temperature I set on the passenger side, only cold air comes out of the exhaust nozzles on the passenger side. The controller on the driver side reacts quite normally. If I set the temperature e.g. to 28 degrees, warm air comes out of the nozzles. Did someone already have the problem and/or can help me? Thanks and greeting jomax

  • Error P0015 & P0017 after changing the control chain

Hello together I don’t know any more. I changed the control chain with my mini. This was done by a car mechanic (friend of a known). Now I had the error code 00288D (P0017) and the error code 002845 (P0015). The car was almost 2 weeks with the mechanic. In his spare time he checked everything he can check. Solenoid valves, control times, seals (under the camshaft), the sensor for the camshaft replaced and tested. Even an oil change with 5W40 did not achieve success. Does anyone still have an idea what it might be? Possibly oil sludge? Please for help. Thank you 🙂 Gruss Pj_11

  • Durability Diesel

Hello everyone, I have the following question: Is “premium diesel” longer in the tank than “normal” diesel with biodiesel content? The background is that I had diesel fuel in the boat tank. It was a miserable job to clean everything and I would like to save my work in the coming season. Should you fill the tank completely in the winter storage or empty it better? Is the addition of additives such as Grotamar or similar useful, possibly also with VPower Diesel or Ultimate Diesel? I hope I landed in the right forum. I didn’t really find anything about the Sufu. Thanks for your helpful tips Greetings appelgreen Edit: Typo, I didn’t have diesel fuel but diesel fuel, car correction makes it possible

  • For short distances, do you prefer to refuel the additive fuel?

Hello! Wanted to ask in the round how you see this regarding gasoline and short distance. Does it pay from here to refuel the additive gasoline, like e.g. V Power 100? Thanks and LG

  • New rip-off: forced change to SuperPlus (or E10)

The German government, together with the car industry and the oil industry, has agreed to add 10 percent biofuel to Otto’s fuel in general in the future. The catch: the stuff has so far only been registered for a few cars. Manufacturers will probably not grant approval in many cases, because ethanol attacks some engine components. For Germany, VW has granted the E10 clearance for all vehicles with petrol engines, which were built from January 2006 (!) (see http://www.heise.de/autos/article/s/3913/1).+ For quite a lot of drivers who do not get approval, the large abzocker coalition from politics and corporations also has a solution: A SUPERPLUS compatible with the old owners should be offered, previous normal – (falls away anyway) and super tankers can then change. Everyone is happy: – the oil companies, because they now sell more from the expensive premium broth, – the car manufacturers, because that increases the pressure for the purchase of new cars – SPD and CDU because they are paying for the environmental targets, but also for the oil companies!
