  • Subpressure not available

Hello everyone in this great forum! A few days ago the oil lamp went on at my Sebring. The car made immediately mute and I had it towed. It sounded right after a turbocharger damage but then it turned out that it is probably the tandem pump is no longer built down. The turbocharger is still full up after the VW workshop. Despite the exchange not really no underpressure is built up someone might have experience with the topic. The workshop itself is guessless and does not know what to do or examine. Already in advance thank you for the answers. LG Hesus

  • Stronger battery?

Hello Gemeide! I don’t know how you’re doing in this regard, but I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by the battery for a long time. Especially in this season (light and heating) my moose seems to me more often in the morning, as if it’s just starting on the last pusher. It only needs half a turn and then wakes up immediately – but it shouldn’t need much more. Could it be the coals of the LIMA (the red light never burns and does not even flicker with switched on consumers). The poles sit tight and are well greased and eggy the battery makes a healthy impression.

  • Windscreen wipers too little pressure

Hello dear community, I know that several threads have already been created. In these, however, only new ones have been reported and maybe there is another solution. First of all, the problem: with our moose, the windshield wiper has problems with the suspension pressure in the vertical position. Is it annoying when you drive and have no clear field of view during rain and night. I have put in a few pictures that show the windshield wiper in its vertical position. My question to you: is there a way to restore this pressure and that the windshield wiper is completely lying down? The problem exists since Volvo has been replaced/renewed. I have also read something about milling out of any aluminum parts, but I don’t want to just walk around the Volvo and make everything worse in the end. So, does anyone have a tip for me? Thanks in advance, Tim in advance,

  • Battery fixing at Volvo -> just snapped in?

Hello, I want to change my battery soon (Monday) – can it be that the Volvo all in all (or only at 850) are only cracked? I can hardly imagine that such a plastic part should hold the heavy battery (especially when driving by people *feiff, look into the air*). Good ride! Torsten – the XC fan (hopes otherwise that the poles are already greased with the new battery and that my conventional tool is sufficient for the pole screws – first cut off plus pole, then minus pole and to bridge a 9V battery at the cigarette connection – or?)

  • Flashed to a degree, use your advice.

As if it’s not already shitty enough running in my life, it just flashed again… the facts: 70s zone, I’ve been to tacho so 95-maximum 98 definitely under tacho 100km/h… ever since I wonder if I can get over it at 20km/h or if it’s more, how exactly is the ctr tacho, experiences ? have kb to collect again a point.. mfg beautiful Sunday still.

  • Put it in the brake disc!?!

Hello together, I saw today that I have a few bars in my rear left disc, are already “relatively deep”, the others look all tip top out–> km 27000 coverings are still good! Can anyone tell me where this could come from? Greetings

  • Lacquer constantly rinsing on after painting visit…

Hello guys, So I just really have a neck again, I had the wild accident a short time ago, after that was on the car much new painted, among other things also the heckschürze (serie) . I had the problem after the first painting visit the genu between rear apron and rear base (serie) of the paint film left out and it starts to leaf … I am then to the paintr who recorded this as a complaint and did it again. Jetz I just saw when washing that the same shit from the beginning only continues in the middle jetz. The laugher thinks he can do so nothing there, because the apron and the attachment is working and that would not have been properly glued…. My view of the things is following : The problem was not there before and has only occurred since then, I have also done so nothing before, everything was original concerning the heck … I don’t see a payment for it?

  • Roll resistance on EP3

Hello, I have noticed now that my EP3 almost doesn’t roll at all with a slight drop or just a little bit! The following example: If I went backwards with my old EP4 from the next descent in the underground garage to my parking space, the one before has always rolled almost equally against the wall when starting without a hand brake, at the R I can walk quite comfortably from the brake and it doesn’t roll half as fast away. (The EP4 also had a 205 tire) The other for example at the traffic light or in the traffic jam, when vehicles in front of me go off the brake (right before I’m talking about a switchcar and no automatic which is “less” when you go off the brake:-) roll the lightly…and mine is bomb-proof without any brake. Before I’ve just rolled to a traffic light it went quite slightly downhill, I’m still guessed 2-4 km/h and despite likes the car was standing after a few seconds, my EP4 and every other car could have been solved? Thank you for that?

  • Digital oil temperature display

Hello everyone! Today it was time for me and I’m almost finished with the whole to and fro mounting the sensor board in, on and around the amature board. Snurch full and hands cut enough. I have now installed a digital oil temperature display, a new radio frame and a new navigator. To the radio frame (thema there was already already), I bought at ebay for 11€. As 11€ looks the accuracy of the fit now, but “form follows function”. Can live with it. The radii are nen Tick different and the gap mass to the amature board drum nich so doll. But otherwise it fits well. The subject under the radio could have been quieter. The old 1 Din compartment was much lower (now for sale!). Now to the topic. Since I was not connected because of the Navi eh at the basteln (gps antenna to install etc.) I had to install a digital oil temperature display directly. I thought that a nice place was found for a long time. Wondering about the displayed value, the sensor couple was not connected to the oil. Also to the collection.
