  • Weaknesses of Calibrase

    Hello together, since I will soon be 18 I need of course a fancy vehicle, and since already from a young age on the Calibra it should become also one. I am only unschließig, because I have heard from many Opel drivers that the dinger are totally vulnerable as also the Vectras from this time, i.e. steering gears etc. I have to drive 35000 km per year, because of my training, therefore it should be a reliable car, where as much as possible nothing comes up . I’m ready to invest the 500€. Please tell me honestly which weaknesses of Calibra. Thanks for the honesty and help guys MFG Fabian

  • Pure Speculatio, but why not diesel in the Cali

    Last time I discussed this with a few friends… but quite honestly that would not be so absurd.. to plant a nice self-tanner to a Cali…see current 150hp ler in the Astra of the Cdti runs there from 0-100km/h 8.9 sec…and 210 peak at a sdamt consumption of 5.8 l. and a torque of 320 NM in series.. .Gigantic,what if one crafted a bisel,anything would be possible…and under ecological aspects the Cali 1a would be the low CW value the consumption yes a you would reduce even further and the V-Max can rise ,ergo… But these are only thought-courses, which actually everything in reality can be required to implement this… purely hypothetically….or there are people who have done that already..

  • Should I buy the calli?

    Hello, I have found a Cali for a long time now which I intend to buy now, but first your opinion: After the last letter in the chassis number there is a 9! Finns????? It is white, from year 92 and shows no real rust on the outside. Interior is commplett dry. Engine is a c20ne with 153,000 on the clock. Car looks accident-free. In the letter there was only one name. Is serially already lowered with any black feathers. No varnish damage. E sliding roof defective, wheel bearing is broken. Has e-window lifter and on-board computer. Engine is siffig (vetiel cover) but runs so quiet, is amazing! Interior equipment is not so great, since the driver seat is a Recaro which does not correspond to the rest. A dome front must be shot, snaps, from the chassis. Reperatures are not a test, have enough people. Should I cost 1,300 euros. Should I hit??

The doors with alubutyl are insulating, a little insulating tiles towards the interior, after the steam barrier. The trunk is also paved with bitumen mats, just like the wheel boxes.     Hello I would like to carry out the H-approval with my MX 5. They are: 1. black headlights ( Golf2 accessories) 2. leather seats 2 years ago by the saddler. But the original seats are only re-upholstered and covered. 3. black indicators front 4. aluminium rims make “RC ” in 16″ with tyres 215x45x16 5. roadster bar with wind bulkhead. 6. an Alpine CD radio mounted. The rest is original! The car has never been welded and has a new car character. rsprung back equip or goes through the H- decrease so. Kind regards

  • Temperature display in the instrument cluster is already at 12 o’clock even at the cold start

    Good evening, as a fun car two weeks ago, I enjoyed an Mx5 Nb with 147 ps. The car has here and there its rust approaches, but they are not very bad. I didn’t really drive the vehicle until then, but I noticed that the oil temperature indicator in the instrument cluster is always 12 o’clock (~13 o’clock). I drove the car several times only into the hall and once warmed up because of the oil change. I already have spark plugs, air filters, M otor oil and differential oil changed. Next weekend, timing belts, belt, water pump, coiled suspension and the defective oil temperature indicator will follow. Does anyone know the problem and know advice? Thank you

  • MX-5 NB as a daily and winter vehicle?

    Moin, I’m short: I’m currently playing with the idea of getting myself a MX-5 NB as a daily and winter car. What’s your opinion about this, especially about rust? Some of my friends drive the NA and the NB as a summer car, some have registered it all year round, but rather as a fun car in rainy weather. As a passenger, I always loved the driving feeling and visually I also find the things quite great. My question is whether it is still worth an NB In the north I rarely have snow, but salt and cold are still a bit worried about it. Will the longitudinal beams rust away immediately or can you seal them reasonably? I don’t want to take away the individual pieces with good longitudinal beams, just so that they start to crunch after a winter What do you think about it? What would you recommend?

Have the possibility to buy Kia Ceed with the following data: BJ 2019 31500 km 99PS Equipment: Edition 7 Motor 1.4 Ltr. – 73 kW CAT manual transmission. Undamaged HEADING PLANTS Cost less than 11 T. Last 3 years we had Chevrolet Spark: Small, rather weak, loud inside aum… I as a driver have no high demands, but do not like to drive long distance, sometimes in 2-3J the distance of 800-900km. I am not a racing driver ?? would stay at the highway at highests140km/h?? And now the question is: what is your opinion, will the 99hp be sufficient? Check me in 3 days the car, make test drive. Have read a lot about Kia Ceed, generally the car is absolutely top for me, especially few km and BJ likes. But performance…. As said, please to your opinions! Vllt even had someone experience with it? Would I be very pleased! ?

  • Nach head gasket change no longer pulls properly

    Hello your specialist, have changed the ZKD at my Clio 1. After a short time I found that it is not running as spritzy and “drys”. I checked the control times again, correct. After the replacement of the cooling water sensor it went a bit better. It starts great, runs well in cold condition only it does not get so splashy on tours. However, I did not set any valves. Newly installed at the ZKD change were: spark plugs, air filters, head screws, thermostat u And this sensor. My workshop meant control times, but I checked 2 times. Overtaking has now become very risky. Oh, the spark plug image is from deer brown to almost grey / white. I am grateful for everyone’s advice, because I have 50 km to work and now I have been driving 1700 km since the change. Thanks to all screwdrivers and specialists.
