  • Accessibility of the website “www.cars.com”

Hi, I haven’t been able to reach the website of www.cars.com for about 2 weeks. There’s always a message called “Aborted navigation”. On the web, however, I can’t find anything about a malfunction. Could someone try that? Maybe it’s my PC. Thanks in advance! Greeting carowner

  • Brake blocks the Firebird

Hello, I have the following problem at my 91ér Firebird: If I drive and I brake slightly to normal, it goes without problems. For example, someone is stronger in front of me, and I have to do more on the pedal, he makes a full braking. Thank God no one has ever driven in until now, but was horned like stupid….of course. The front brake hoses were changed about a month ago because they were inflated, and I couldn’t drive at all. e. Besides, the coverings were replaced at the front. Do you have any idea what that might be?

  • The Ultimate CRUISIN’ SONGS

Moin together. Sometimes a funny variety next to the whole screw shop: Just put me a few CDs together with Cruisin’ Songs Rock in the 60s / 70s style. No Nu Metal or Heavy Scramble, but really to Cruisin’, not to heat So I start the idea with the – in my opinion – American driving song par excellence: 1. Steppenwolf – Born To Be Wild (“get your motor running”, better you can’t start a mix ) 2. Barry White – Low Rider (relaxen und dah gle iten…) 3. Golden Earring – Radar Love … Since I still need nice ideas for the mixes, I’m curious to see what you would pack on the discs… Greetings, Sam

  • please to help, connect to the profis caprice radio

Hello it’s about my Pontiac Parisienne identical Chevy Caprice station ! And I want to connect a Euroradio a quite normal mp3 CD radio, unfortunately the previous owner had cut off all the cables so that I don’t know now which cables I need to connect to the radio! Unfortunately it’s not the usual colors as with the Germans auto ́s zb red/plus+ and brown or sw/minus- . I picked out a picture how it would have to look anyhow with original. that doesn’t help me any more because: 1. I don’t have a plug ! 2. I want to install a normal radio with euro plug ́n ! 3. I don’t know which cables should be plus+ and minus ! I just have to find out the original plus+ and minus cables from the car ,then I can put new box cables and is good ! someone nen tip. to be required I simply add a new plus+ and minus – but I would rather have it original. mfg.

  • sequential turn signals…reproduction possible ?

Hello, with great interest have followed the article of NORSKE and his new T-Bird ! First congratulations to the great car !! Superchic ! I noticed the sequential flashers. I had seen the already, but I didn’t know how they were called…. Would it be possible to intrigue something like this in my Chevy Lumina Coupe afterwards ? So best prerequisites I would have, my taillight divided into 3 light chambers. See picture

  • Will the new Toyota C-HR be a bestseller again?

At the beginning of the year, the new C-HR is starting to sell and the first dealers have already been supplied with exhibition vehicles, as I noted yesterday. Also, many interesting videos and vehicle presentations are now available:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9_r3B0NfT8https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgU4lLqTEK8https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAypVN_e0Rc How do you rate the new C-HR? few previous owners of the previous model in the near or distant future on the note to change. Or are the current prices too high for you? A good but not overly equipped team D is at least very fast at over 40k € and in this price class the competition (now also many pure electric vehicles) is not exactly small. Qualitatively and optically but certainly also very successful. I think about the new Lexus LBX (if you Toyota and a fullh The new Hyundai Kona fully electrified fits into the price category, the Volvo EX30 probably the same. All three did not exist yet at the market start of the first C-HR and are only a small selection of alternatives. What does the C-HR offer for the really ambitious prices more than others? Design is anyway pure taste matter and the technical competence is certainly considerable also in the competition. Especially in the BEV models (Volvo EX30, Hyundai) Kona). So I don’t think it will be easy to repeat the market success of the previous Coupe High Rider, given the new competition.

  • Powerbank for Toyota CHR

Hello dear community! My girlfriend owns a CHR Hybrid (Bj 2020) with which she regularly has problems. It happened more often now that she had to make use of Toyota’s Eurocare because her vehicle could not be started anymore. Sometimes he can not even open with the key. She was after each time at the contract workshop and left the car there for the first time a week, hoping to reproduce the problem, but everything in vain. The workshop repeatedly presses the key into her hand and says everything is fine. A change of the battery was not considered necessary and there are no solutions. The only suggestions that came were that she should drive the vehicle more or get a power bank to the start aid….Great tips for a vehicle almost costs 40 K. The problems with the battery usually came as soon as she was on holiday (10 to 14 days), but recently also after 3 days and my girlfriend slowly gets crying with the car. She usually drives four times a week to work and back again (each 30 min for 17 km) and sometimes smaller rides like e.g. shopping, washing a car etc.. A few times a year to her family in southern Germany. We have now brought a power bank for the purpose of starting aid (Flylinktech) and she had watched the last time as her Eurocare started aid, where the Lord has attached the clamps. After their vacation, we wanted to give a boost to the dead starter battery and realized that the cables are far too short to attach the places that Eurocare used to each other. We both are now little car-wandered and of course want to break nothing wrong and perhaps. All power banks at Amazon have such short cables, so I assume that you can attach the one used elsewhere as well as to the place used by Eurocare. The question is now, where do we fix the minus cable? My guess would be the screw in the “power box” at the bottom left, where the red cable leads. To illustrate, I added two pictures. One of the complete engine compartment, the circles are the places that Eurocare used. And a picture of the power box, where at least the plus cable comes in. We are grateful for every help.

  • Install Rav 4 trailer coupling afterwards

Hello Schraubergemeinde! I would like to install a trailer coupling at the RAV4 XA3 soon. A used original AHK from an accident – with wire harness! Has any of you already converted this? The car has PDC at the back – how does that look with the beep. Can you reprogram something? Please ask for a few tips…

  • RAV4 – BJ 2004- Error message/control lights

Hello, have just discovered the following entry here in the MOTOR-TALK – forum of 28.01.2010: “can one tell me what it means when lights up in the cockpit VCR and TRC and the yellow motor control light ? I have already installed a new lambarsonde.toyota says it can be the kat or the ECU. I have a rav bauj.04,150ps 2liter” I have exactly the same problem. The car drives otherwise impeccable. Toyota dealer has read out the error code and deleted it (lights flashed After 2 days, however, again) we said something like this: “PUMPENSTROMKREIS THE LAMBDASONDE” would be affected (lt error code reading). Lt. Toyota dealer could have it different causes, the error code has NEVER occurred there – one would have to check Lamdasonde, electronics, etc. – there was to say the least relative perplexity. Any similar experience (see problem) made or an idea to the error source / cause ??? Thank you!

  • One or double axle

Hello parish and good day. I am actually rather on the road in the A6 forum, but on the occasion one question is allowed here: I am looking for a WW. Had already a WOMO years ago, but since I now get a new A6, it is now to become a WW. For me first question: double or single axle ???? I tend rather to the double axle, because I imagine that the danger of tyre damage is not so great then. But that is admittedly a purely subjective Myunun. g. I really have a great idea of the experience. Also at the risk that I’m starting a philosophical discussion, give your opinion. The search function has nothing to say greeting from the north and already nice thanks Hein
