Hello together! I just received a call from my contract workshop!! Situation: I objected to my car yesterday to the VW contract workshop because of a warranty case. Since parts had to be ordered and installed, we put the pick-up on Thursday. About an hour ago the relevant workshop master called me! He told me that there are problems with my vehicle. I asked of course what problems there were. He then told me that there was an accident with m a car came. When driving out of the workshop, the vehicle is collided with the roller gate. The roof is rather smeared with scratches. The car is now at the paintr and must be repainted!!!!!! Now I can pick up the vehicle, if necessary tomorrow or I get a rental car with!! Great…… That’s pretty annoying!! Now my question: 1. Do I have a claim to impairment now? 2. Has someone experienced something similar? 3. What is there for r Procedures?
