  • Warm Start Problems Coupe 89 2.3 l

So people have n extensive problem. I bought me a 89 Coupรจ with a NG (2.3l) engine. But he has the following error: If the engine is cold it starts off perfectly then it runs a bit unround but that gives itself after a two minutes. if you hammer the speed over 1100 you notice nothing at all. But if it is warm and I want to start it he only spins through and goes out for a short time. If I want to start it again he shoots for a long time bit he starts. Have a video of it gama =====> http://en.youtube.com/watch?v=IE4fJczKlQM What might be helpful is that a plug in the engine room is not infected but also did not find where it comes to. The is 2 polig. Hab n picture of it in the appendix. Besides, the coolant temperature always shows the lowest value although I have driven it for a long time warm. And when the engine is cold it clatters so komich at about 3000 rpm sounds bad. See video =====> http://en.youtube.com/watch?v=TrMsvtUY3Bk Hoffe you can help me. Thanks already in advance. mfg siX

  • Winter complete wheels 245/60 R15 – where can I get them?

Servus together! I’m looking for my Ford Ranger (EZ 89) winter complete wheels. I have the following questions and would be very happy about help! 1. Is my guess that winter tyres are cheaper in summer? 2. Are steel wheels recommended for winter? What are the disadvantages (have they got one?)? 3. Where do I get tyres in size 245/60 R15? I found only one or two (Chinese) tyres on the internet. Alternatively, I would have found the size 215/75 R15, which gle me I’ll take you to question number 4: The comments in the vehicle license are below: “formerly also 215/75 R15”. Does that mean that I can still put them on? Thank you very much! Best greeting, Tom

  • Coolant Reservoir

Hello Motor-Talkers I have in my car a cooling water tank that has become seemingly opaque over time. Similar to the container in the picture. (The picture is from another website, but looks exactly the same, also the shape) If I fill in water/forest protection now until I see the water level through the opening, I am already above the “Full Cold”. (Through the special shape of the container.) Is there a kind of overpressure valve in the cooling system? Which seals destroy permanently… Greetings Domi

  • We’ve damaged the tire flank.

Hello, I’ve had a rather stupid mess today: because of a walker with a dog I’m on a VERY narrow road too far to the right and hit the curb. At home I noticed that on the one hand the wheel cap is completely scratched (not so wild) and on the other hand a small piece of rubber is missing from the rear tyre flank. Can someone tell me how far this is dangerous or doesn’t make this little piece much up. To the tyre dealer I can j a bad driving, he will definitely try to turn on a new tire… picture click me! • Tyres: crack in the tread. What to do?

Hello dear people. I cleaned my summer tires today and I noticed a crack in the tread of the tires. As it is difficult to describe it all, I took pictures of 3en of the 4 tires. All 4 tires have these cracks. Apparently they are only superficial and not even 1mm deep. The “Rille” where the cracks are located is exactly in the middle of the tread. It is about the tires: Firestone Firehawk. Size R15 185. Made 14-2008 and I only drove 7816 km with it What do you think about it?

  • Hifi Installation – Amplifier – no sound

Hello guys, I wanted to inform you about my project yesterday. I had a professional workshop instead of the original speakers installed a very high-quality composystem by Rockford Fosgate, which has about 300 Euro list price. I wanted to control this via my old Solid4 final stage which was accommodated in the spare wheel pit. Just like my old subwoofer. Apart from the fact that the heres during the installation very cursed due to the low space conditions en *g* unfortunately the following problem has emerged: As soon as you connect the loudspeaker cable to the amplifier via high-level input adapter to the original radio (by the way, I also had the “Soundplus” package installed) instead of the front speakers, the radio mute remains… Although the rear boxes are still connected via original cabling, these do not give any sound of themselves. Only if you connect the cables directly to the new boxes again, instead of the amplifier, one hears again what… Apparently this “tolle” radio should have a kind of “security” lock-down and as soon as there are no boxes to turn on, on mute or similar… I guess that radio would like to recognize a resistance of about 4Ohm so that it plays… Does any of you already have similar experiences? I don’t think, since the dare is still too new…. Or maybe yet? Is there a solution, e.g. resistors in between? if so what do they have to be able to do? Thank you in advance

  • Black foil

Hi ! I probably wanted to sound my Omega B with disc foil soon. Now I wanted to take either black foil (midnight reflex) (because it fits just well because of the optics) or hold the Chromolux from Foliatec. Now I have a few questions: How well do you see from the inside still with the Midnight reflex out or how dark it gets. I think about things like shoulder look, because I don’t want to endanger my safety. And then another question: How does the Chromolux look like? in real. on the homepage of Foliatec you don’t see that so great. Maybe some people who made their car with the kind of foil can put in a picture. It doesn’t have to be from nem Opel ๐Ÿ˜‰ But an Omega B Caravan would not be bad for comparison already. Best still in royal blue. The color has mine ! Thanks ! Greeting Karleugen

  • Yamaha X-Max 250 (2007) – what replacement coupling?

Hello, I have recently been driving a used X-Max 250 with 39,000km of mileage. Purchased for small money and very well maintained. After renewing all the gear bearings, I now want to go to the plucking clutch. I have read that the clutch in the years 06-08 has probably more common problems with “knocking”. With me it is so that I have in cold condition considerable clutch tap. The clutch made itself – when I had dismantled it because of the gear bearings – e in normal condition. Maybe the bell also ran in a bit. Be it that way, I want to renew the bell and clutch and need a shopping tip. Does anyone have a recommendation for a clutch from the accessories? There are various suppliers, of which I have no idea. Come from the motorcycle sector and ride the scooter as an everyday companion for the way to work (14 km a distance). Thank you and greetings, Thomas

  • Petrol pump in the tank!!!

Betr. Petrol pump mounted in the tank at the OPEL Omega. Hello,. I drive an Opel Omega A 2.6i. Unfortunately the petrol pump broke. I got a new, original (Bosch 220.-โ‚ฌ), and my brother-in-law, car fitter, changed it to me. The petrol pump is in the tank for all Omegas from 1988. For power supply (12V DC) two wires are soldered directly to the open (and bare) soldering flags of the petrol pump. My question: Why can the petrol pump with open, bare voltage leading contact petrol is easily flammable, and yet it also develops explosive attenuations! Can nothing happen there? Probably not, because millions of such vehicles are registered. But why does nothing happen there, that doesn’t make sense to me. Especially when the tank is empty, it is still attenuating itself? And a cable break can always happen, and that also creates an arc of light. Maybe someone can explain this to me. Since I learned how the petrol pump is installed there, I have a strange feeling when driving a car. Thank you very much in advance, with kind greeting, Beny
