  • Suzuki DR 350 as the first motorcycle?

    Hello first of all, I’m about to do my a2 driver’s license and am looking for a motorcycle, which I want to buy as the first real motorcycle. So far I have gained some driving experience with the simson s50 from my father. So after a long research I came to the Dr 350 now I have a few questions about the motorcycle which you can answer me vlt better. 1. Question: How about driving with Sozius? Not offroad only onroad. 2. Question: Does this have any experience in converting to LED lighting? and if so, how much does it cost? (so also TÜV and what is included in it to be able to use officially) 3. Question: Are there models up to 1994 that only have kick starters and from 1994 on they also have E starters, how difficult is such a thing to do (at the simson I get it all the time at the 2 times)? Differently asked the more weight worth with the version with E starter? Thank you Greeting Niels

  • Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit S Pop, jerks in the lower speed range.

    Hello municipality, I bought myself a Suzuki GSF600 Bandit Bj. 2001 with 8000 Km, so I am completely satisfied with the Suzi but……. since the latest you jerked in the lower speed range as if she had any dropouts, when I then gas again the dropouts are gone. I brought the Suzi to the workshop and had the following done : oil, oil filter, needle valves of carburettor were replaced, petrol filter, air filter, spark plugs. So then you drove once two days well and now begin As a tip of the workshop I got the spark plugs supposed not to look good, but in my opinion I can’t confirm. I sprayed WD 40 into the plugs but did not help. Who did the wrong tip for me… MfG Mathias

  • Suzuki GSR 600 – ABS lamp lights up, battery empty

    Servus together, I bought a lithium battery in April 2022 and then drove a tour to South Tyrol in May, about 1000km without any problems. In August the ABS control lighted up during a ride and shortly afterwards I stopped because the battery was empty. I then switched the controller on suspicion, because it was already broken. I then thought the problem would have been solved, measured the charging voltage under load and had 14,5V, also on the test drive was al les Ok. I drove again on the weekend and after 60km the ABS lamp lit up again. Luckily I still came home. Today I expanded the stator of the Lima and measured it to resistance, each winding had 0.5 ohms. So seems to be. Can it be that the lithium battery is not suitable for the controller and there is the problem?

  • Suzuki GSF 600 Bandit – neutral switch / idle switch

    Moin, for me the neutral switch has not been displayed sporadically for a long time and that’s what I do on the bike then everything is going well it doesn’t work at all or just very briefly. I thought about the neutral switch but I don’t know exactly where the bike is (Ritzel front?) ….. does someone also assume that it is the switch with this bad image? Never had such a thing on the bike! Bandit 600 of 2000 Pop

  • SV650 2022 which exhaust?

    Hi together, I bought a new SV 650 and would like to mount a different exhaust. It should not be a roaring bag, I’m primarily concerned with the look. The original fits more to a tank than to a motorcycle 😉 But a bit more beautiful sound would be okay. It should definitely be with ABE or EC approval and logically not too loud. Someone a hot tip?

    Hello together. I have been driving a Tarraco Xcellence for a few days. Everything is top, except for the tracking assistant. I would like to have it permanently deactivated, but despite switching it off in the menu it is activated every time after ignition off and on again. Disabling is fast with the button on the blinker, but it is still annoying that the hook in the menu does not obey me, but seems to lead a life of its own. Does anyone know advice?   • Remove rear retractable side panel!!!

    Hello everyone. I checked through to page 11. If this topic already exists, I would like to apologize for the new topic. So, now to the question. I just sound the discs with foil. Because of my children. I have already tried with these windows sun visors to create some remedy against solar radiation. Unfortunately not with the right success. Except I patch the discs so so much that it just looks stupid. So much about the topic “why foil”. The fixed side panes worked well, but the ones to sink, I just can’t get out the folds. Besides, I always have fluffs through the tile seal on the sides. That’s why I want to remove the rear side panes, so the ones to sink. For any tips, maybe even a guide, I would be super grateful as always. So write what the stuff holds. Mfg gerion

  • Clear glass headlight at ebay, 2 different???Help!!!

    Hello @all last week at ebay finally bought 1 pair of clear glass headlights, Original Hella. Now the headlights have arrived at me, and what I notice, 1x it is for Xenon and 1x Normale H7/H1 clear glass!!! Headlight Description: passenger side: 1EL 007 950-02, H7 “D2S” (Xenon, because of the D2S designation) Driver side: 1EL 008 020-01, H7 H1 (normal clear glass light without Xenon) the seller did not report in the auction either nothing of, it was only Xenon look!!! even if there are xenon headlights now, why are there two different???   • omega 2.5 V6 gets too hot

    Hello guys!!! Can one of you help me my omega gets too hot at high speed when I climb faster than 180 km/h the temp indicator rises to 105 degrees. But in city traffic everything is normal!!! The termostat also opens (90 degrees) and the fans jump at 95 degrees. Can one of you tell me what that is?
