  • Alpine CDA-7995 … Is he what???

HI A friend of mine will be flying to the states soon and I’ll think about whether I should let him bring me the following cd-tuner: ALPINE CDA-7995 Here’s a link with product description:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?… Inch and so there’s no problem, I’ve asked myself. I’m also aware of the problem with the warranty. Of his specifications, the CD-tuner seems to be above the 7894. Now my question: Would you buy it at a total price of 350 € ?? (i.e. incl customs, control etc) It does not have an internal amplifier, which is not bad, however, as it comes anyway to a 4 channel + mono amplifier… MfG ANDi

  • R8 V10 JG2010: Clutch through at 24000KM??

Hello dear boys and girls Time so a question in the round to your opinion: I got a good 2 weeks ago n’en used V10 Spyder, 23000 on the clock, BJ2010, hand switched. I then just drive to Leverkusen (a few 100KM from Switzerland; yes, I come here) to do the inspection in the AZ; inspection OK, then I drive on to the nice guys, who do the 2013 Facelift conversions, and on the short drive there the clutch gets to me. Boys (thanks to BOND6872/Iggi, Klaus and Co!!) towed the car back to the AZ Leverkusen after a change of lights on their trucks. There is a clutch. I have to wait a week because only then an expert can be there to take the clutch apart (for the small chance that it is possible despite “cover part” on guarantee); but according to AZ I have to pull off probably about 4500EUR for parts and work. Autschi. I would take wonder what the R8 experts in the forum here davo I don’t know how the previous owner drove, but you have to deal with the thing really badly to get it in case of a technically flawless clutch, right? Cheers from Switzerland (just take the plane home, instead of the highway, went about the same length :P).

  • Citroën Berlingo 1.6 e-HDi FAP, 2014 – Experience with used car purchase

Hello, I am thinking of buying a Citroën Berlingo (1.6 e-HDi FAP) with year of construction at the end of 2014 and approx. 60k kilometers. During the research I have now often come across not so good reviews of the cars from the year of construction, especially during the used car test of the ADAC. Other articles said again that the generation is already very good. Since it would be my first car purchase and I don’t know well, I wanted to ask if who here experiences about this generation Citroën Be rlingo has and possibly can give me an assessment whether it makes sense to buy a 10-year-old car from Citroën or you tend to bring problems into the house. I would like to use the car mainly as a camper, so for long distances, but city traffic will also occur. Here the ad, vllt. helps you: https://suchen.mobile.de/…/405694095.html?… I look forward to your feedback and say thank you!

  • AdBlue warning light: error in motor control

Hello together, I am facing a problem with my space tourer and would need your help. On Sunday an error message in the exhaust system came in, and the Adblue light lit up, but disappeared after a short time. On Monday the problem reappeared, and shortly afterwards there were also errors in the engine control. Due to my previous bad experiences with the Citroen workshops in our area, I turned to an independent workshop. The result: pressure too low. It seems likely that the AdBlue tank has to be replaced (I would also like to do this after researching this in the forum and considering this to be useful). We have refilled the test and reset the warnings, but the light again lit up after about 17 kilometers. The workshop thinks that replacing the tank is basically not a problem. However, it was noted that I ask Citroen for information. should be, if there is a software update, because they already had a similar problem. They can not do the update themselves. They also said that they might not be able to change the tank, because it may have to be programmed. It is uncertain whether their programming device can do that (although it is supposed to) – but I am relieved about the honest assessment of the workshop. I have also asked Peugeot, who do not do it – even if similar Fa hrzeug. My questions: Has anyone heard about this update? My previous Citroen workshops have always kept everything under lock, as I had a maintenance contract until August. So I have no documentation about whether an update was carried out. Does the tank really have to be programmed? Can it really not be simply exchanged? Has anyone here had similar experiences? Thank you, Ralph

  • Bad engine oil for Berlingo?

Hello together, after my Berlingo (B9) was yesterday in the workshop about a control for a “recall action”, the car dealership pointed out that I should definitely use the recommended engine oil according to the maintenance plan. Which was not mentioned at first. I told him that I used the Castrol Magnatec Stop-Start 0W-30 C2 (PSA B71 2312) which corresponds to an authorized engine oil. But according to his statement Castrol would be a bad oil and I should absolutely Use the TOTAL QUARTZ INEO FIRST 0W30 suitable for ACEA C1 PSA B71 2312. In the maintenance plan is only 0W30 B71 2312 (C1C2) and Citroen prefers Total. Therefore, nothing against the Castrol oil or? Thanks!

  • Intrusion attempt/theft plus accident in itself night – both SBs valid and resrt value

Have two short questions, where at least one is so special that I could not find anything: In one night my vehicle was stolen “something” (mirror, fog lights) and the disc was tried to hit. As if that is not bad enough, the one (or someone else) still drove by the complete driver side with a vehicle. Police investigated, but there is little hope – expert of the insurance was already there. TK and a VK-damage is… Only it really is? Just want to be sure – has a deductible for both. Will probably have to pay for the two damages in each case, right? It can’t be said if there were two separate events…if that is relevant. My second question: The evaluator (DEKRA) determined an average value of approx. 11,000 euros for the car – damage is probably about 5,500 euros and that then exceeds 50% of the costs and the car has to be put into a Residual value exchange…of which I have never heard anything before???? Is this the case recently in case of casco damage? In the terms and conditions I have read nothing about it… A third question just comes to mind: VAT will be deducted in any case, if I invoice according to expert reports and do not submit invoices, right? Thank you very much to everyone and sorry, if I have asked something now twice

  • Question on small accident

Hello, have a question about the following situation: Car drives back at another car. At first glance, it can only be seen that in the victim the license plate on the car is crushed. Harmful and injured exchange numbers and agree to handle the accident privately without the police. Now the victim registers and gives 100 € for the damage to want to have and to have it repaired with a good friend (car of the victim has residual value of 500 – 1000 € … so got into the years – damage is not fixed with security). Harmful, however, is assumed that only the license plate was damaged and not as the victim thinks, is a dent in the bumper. How should one proceed? The 100 Euro pay even though the demands are not justified? — Can one have the injured person, if one pays the 100 Euro at least something signed, that he does not think that he wants more? A Is this a letter that he renounces any further demands? What does that look like? Ask for the quickest answer =)

  • Decrease in value – nasal factor?

Hello, I’m pretty angry right now, because I received a letter from Allianz insurance today and I don’t feel the impairment after a car accident is appropriate. In detail: In October 2008 I bought a Skoda Octavia 2 Team Edition as an exhibition vehicle (year 8/2007) with 50km on the clock for 16,000€. An extremely good price – usually such a vehicle costs at other dealers in this equipment 1000€ – 3000€ more. Last week it happened then: Another driver missed me when changing lanes and damaged my right fender and parts of the door. The guilt question is clear and the accident opponent admitted his error. Today I received the invoice copy of the Skoda contract workshop. Damage: 250€ In the expert’s report, which has examined my vehicle on behalf of the Allianz insurance (insurance of the accident opponent), a damage of 2000€ is stated. Where the remaining In any case, he (without the calculation) has determined a value loss of just 450€. That should be a joke?!? My vehicle is now an accident car at mileage 2070km (!) and I paid 16.000€ for it just 4 months ago. I expected a minimum of 10% reduction in value. If I want to sell the car I get significantly less (estimated 2000€ less) than for a non-accident car. I think that I have to ask for 500€. I’ve had a similar accident 8 years ago with my old vehicle. So I’ve got 600€ for a 3 year old Seat Arosa with 60,000km. Now I’m not supposed to get 450€ for a more than twice as expensive vehicle with 2000km on the clock? You would really be very helpful if you could call me a lawyer… Do you happen to know something about this area and can tell me if the 450€ is appropriate for such damage? ewtas would write. P.S. My car was tip-top, quasi like new, no damage etc. Greetings Tobias

  • The grievous topic of start problems:*(

Moin, am the new short way a little bit what do I know but I’m not a professional about scooters so please have some indulgence. Briefly to the situation: I want to make a Kymco Super 8 4-stroke again. The part was now about 4-5 years on the corner. At that time he probably went out at the traffic light etc. again and again. Reason ? unknown. Was put in the corner at that time and closed. I tried the first time in the summer. Oil change, Krafstoff let off and packed new ones in, Verga What you can do quickly in the home garage. He jumped after some small difficulties then at any time. Problem: he ran unround didn’t take the gas off properly when you released the gas again and the stand speed was very jumpy. Had to leave it after that because of private things again. To this day, wanted to give the whole today another try, unfortunately it is worse than vo rher -.- . Of course I had not disconnected the battery so it is dead. So kicking, no reaction. I set the carburettor ma to the basic setting and sprayed some starting aid into the suction. it went on at least briefly (for 1-2 seconds at most) then out again. It also ran only very weak. then played a little with the carburettor settings and sometimes pulled a little bit at the gas when starting. Without the start pilot, nothing and if I pull at the gas at the start it runs about but also a maximum of 1-2 seconds. If for ideas what could be broken would be very grateful. had thought of spark plug or CDI but I am not quite conclusive. Ahja and my legs feel like after a marathon MFG Rene
