Hello my old car is an economic total damage after an accident without fault. I sell this on Monday for 100€ residual value and therefore need a replacement. The sum is approx. 3000-350€ which I will have available. I am studying and drive about 50 km 3-4 times a week so total approx. 8000-0000 km a year. The insurance ran for my old car via my father he has SF 10 37%, I want to have it insured as well. So insurance costs are not Problem, only I want to have at least Euro 2 of course. My new car should not be so big, so that I am on the road quickly and consume little. I am satisfied with 3 doors and small trunk. I agree with the consumption up to 8-9 liters max.. I usually drive on the highway from time to time but also with 160-180 KM/H. Up to now I have looked at the following models Honda CRX del sol, Mazda MX 3/5, BMW 318ti/i compact, CLK 200 with 136 or 163 HP or Honda Prelude, sons t still different unknown Fiat, MG, Hyiunday etc. which I rather not want to buy. I find other limousines from Opel, Ford etc not so beautiful, even small compact cars like golf and polo I do not want to drive. So must have small, but enough power, best with open roof and little consumption…please ask for suggestions. mfg Dimi p.s. I find the honda very nice but hard to find unbasked with little driving performance in my area.

Please find a sports used person for help =) (up to 800€)
Hey, I’m looking for a car. The car should have 120+ hp and be sporty, so no combo most likes Coupe/Cabrio or Limosine. I have max. 800€ available and do not come to any decision what it should be. I like a BMW 320/323 e46 or a Golf 5 with the 2L FSI machine I have to say that it doesn’t necessarily have to be a gasoline engine. Do you have any purchase recommendations or suggestions? And tips on what I should pay attention to when buying? Would be nice (= MFG)

Alternative winter tyres for Renault Twizy
Hello together As the title already says, I am looking for alternative winter tyres for my small streamer and hope you tire gurus have a good tip for me. Normally the Twizy is equipped with Continental WinterContact TS800 which I have installed at the moment, but as with Conti as usual the slats disappear at 5mm residual profile thickness and accordingly the grip in the snow gets bad. In addition, the Conti still demands a lot for the offered performance. I live in Switzerland I have the advantage that I can play with the tyre size in a certain way without having to dance at the test site. The following tyre sizes are allowed to my level of knowledge: Front 125/80 R13 (series), 135/80 R13, 145/70 R13 (special case see below) Rear 145/80 R13 (series), 155/70 R13 The speedometer signal is calculated from the speed of the electric motor and this drives the rear wheels. My problem is now the front tyre size and unfortunately most manufacturers of the corresponding sizes don’t tell me anything. As mentioned above, the size 145/70 R13 front is a special case where I don’t really see through: In the Vectorix forum several users do not fit the winter tyre in 145/70 R13 > in summer I drive this size myself (M chelin ENERGY E3B 1). The most important criterion that the tires must meet is gripping in the snow > I live in a valley and need to work over a small mountain whose road is not blacked out. Thank you for your help

A2 Regelung in DE to be changed … what do you think about it?
I simply copy the text here with source. I had not seen a thread where this has already been discussed here. What do you think about it?The EU driving licence new regulation of 2013 provides that holders of the driving licence A2 motorcycles up to 35 kw (48 hp) can drive – however with the restriction that these motorcycles have open no more than twice this power, i.e. a maximum of 70 kW (96 hp). Germany deliberately did not implement this addition in 2013 and must therefore Germany is currently preparing an EU-compliant re-regulation of the A2 in order to avoid a conviction. On 8 July the Federal Council will decide on this. The Industrial Association Motorrad (IVM) assumes, therefore, that there will also be no preservation of the acquis. That is, if the regulation comes to pass, an A2 owner may, for example, use a 48 HP suzuki Hayabusa also within Deutschla The German improvement is expected to be completed in the summer of 2016. It is still unclear how many A2 owners will be affected by this change and will no longer be allowed to drive their potentially too strong motorcycle. The ADAC warns against driving abroad with such a driving licence motorcycle combination for a long time. Source:http://www.motorradonline.de/…/729930

Tyre marking set
Until now I have labeled the tyres with chalk during the seasonal wheel change, so that the wheels come back to the correct position when changing back. At the latest when cleaning the rims I could already repaint the attached chalk labeling. For years this has annoyed me, I didn’t know that resourceful spirits have come up with something – namely tyre markers in the form of valve caps. I saw recently as a set for 8 wheels with a large discounter for k Leine’s money on the rest table, the original sales promotion was probably already a few weeks ago. I once attached a product picture to the illustration. Is there also from other providers. Please do not misunderstand as advertising but only as suggestion. I didn’t know that as I am, or had never seen it before. Maybe it is similar to others.

Tire tips for little drivers
We (78 and 73) live in the middle of the city and drive only very little, almost only short distances. However, on the edge of the Alps, but would not drive in any weather. As far as the background to our question regarding Astra H (will be 7 years) with summer tires 195-65 15 inches. The tyre service, where the summer tires store recommends us to buy 2 x still 5 and 2 x 4 mm new. We had already thought about changing to all-year tires (only Goodyear7vredestein should be acceptable?), but there is w ohl this tire size not exactly suitable (I have read, absolutely winter unsuitable, but the winter tyres with respective rims exist. Or are the existing ones acceptable for the expected maximum 4000 km this summer? At least the 5 mm, but did one mix the species, of course not on one axis? Greeting, nest

Purchase advice first bike
Moin dear biker! Since I finally have my practical exam on 21.9. now I am looking for a corresponding machine because I am of course completely inexperienced, as far as the motorcycle purchase is concerned, I wanted to get your opinion here. I think it short and just give a few basic data: – Price: 500€ +- – Size. 184cm, 95KG, sporty, not thick – A2 driver’s license, but as far as I know the new regulation does not meet me yet (?) – either naked, or sportsman – should n Is it too old and I don’t have 40tkm on the hump – I like this screaming, screaming sound at high speed, the machine should be really good at blades At the moment I love a little with the Ducati 696, but I have read a lot of “perfect for the woman”. Is the machine too small for me? Is it generally recommended to buy a Ducati with 15tkm+? I heard they should be a bit vulnerable… The other machine I’m very interested in is d ie Suzuki GSX-R 600, as K6. Is there something with the machine that I have to pay attention to? Otherwise I also like the Kawasaki Z750 or 800 very well, so this is the rough kind of motorcycle that it should go into, if not the Suzuki or Ducati. I would like to drive the motorcycle at least the 2 years with the A2 driver’s license, after that if I have the full A possibly also 1 year. So that was first, as said, I don’t know myself at all on the motorcycle market, you have even is there anything else I should consider? LG from HH Max

New A2 driving licence regulation -> missing sports motorcycles
Servus, I am still 17 years old and drive a Yamaha YZF-R125 ABS. Since I am soon ready and will make my A2 driver’s license, I already inform myself about successors. Originally I wanted to get a 600 super sportsman with the A2 driver’s license and this on 48Ps drssenln. Since now unfortunately the new driver’s license regulation with a maximum of 95Ps has been decided this category falls away. Alternatively, there are only 300 super sportsman like the Yamaha R-3 or the Kawasak i Ninja 300, but I don’t think I’ll be happy with the sound and I think the performance will be boring very quickly. Most of all, however, I’m disturbed by the 300s that I’m going to sell it again after two years, which is very expensive. Also, I’m not a big fan of the look of a super sportsman and the sitting position of a naked bike, because in some way I’m looking for this bowed posture with a super sportsman and in some way I like it very much (even if With the Nakedbikes I don’t like the look of the Mt-07 too much, even if it is certainly a great motorcycle. Of the look and sound the Z800e very much tells me, but the weight… The Naked Bike which I am most pleased with at the moment is the KTM Duke 690, but I think I would ride a Naked Bike only two years and then switch to SSP again. ABS is essential for me, as it is very safe for me. Vllt. can you tell me your experiences and which motorcycle you would choose. Thank you for the answers luke20136

Falken winter tires, scrap or not?
Hello, the last thread about tyres of the brand Falken-Ohtsu is already 2 years old and not exactly clear. In short, it is about that I need for our new cars for the next winter each a set of winter bikes. Since the tires are quite luxuriantly dimensioned, of course, these wheels are not exactly cheap. If you look at what the big suppliers on the internet have to offer so complete wheels, then of course there is the whole China scrap (comishly ga r not so much cheaper than brand goods) and then follow as the cheapest brand tires Sava, Avon, Falken-Ohtsu and Firestone. Sava and Avon already leave once, because the test results at ADAC are not really good. So stay Falken-Ohtsu and Firestone. I had the Firestone Firehawk Evo II on my old car and that was rather average but quite usable. About the Falken-Ohtsu HS-439 there are no neutral test results, only these praises of amateur testers be i reifestest.com. Since there are 15 to 20 Euro difference between the falcons and the powerful Firestone, these tyres would be worth considering at 8 new winter bikes to create. So dear falcon riders: What are the Japanese winter tyres? For me especially the grip on snow and ice is important and of course the wetness should also be acceptable. Both of them do not even make the premium manufacturers really good. had already once winter tyres from Yokohama, and these were almost optimal for my requirements.
