Hello! Also I drive the Seat Ibiza 1.4 year 2002 (Special Edition Freeze) with 75 hp without ABS. I have read here already a lot about similar problems, however it can hardly be due to the weather. I drove yesterday in nice weather just under 360 kilometers, not too fast and the air conditioning ran almost continuously. As special equipment I can select SEAT – Drive Select. Even if I go to the info view of the Drive Select, there is Drive Profile on the picture screen in the radio in the background.
