  • Audi 80 B4 Cabrio – Unlocking of the hood. def.

    Hello. I have the following problem: With my Audi 80 Cabrio MJ 95 the electrical unlocking is defective via the switch on the B-pillar. It can be opened manually of course. To the info-the cover is manual, not hydraulic. With a familiar Audi compartment I have already installed and tried another cover control unit – no change, it does not work. Maybe someone of you has a useful tip, so that I might have expensive hours of troubleshooting in the Audi workshop can save money. Thank you, greet fire guns

I am actually more interested in Caterhams and Elisen, but the test drive of the MX-5 ND with 131hp was not even so bad in hindsight and now I wanted to ask how empty I would probably get a MX-5 NC. And how much weight could be reduced. Traffic fitness/TÜV should always be preserved. Passenger seat should always be preserved. It’s just about trimming the MX-5 towards Elise from the weight. Start: All unnecessary out, carpets, door panels, insulation material, floor mats. Stereo radio can stay inside (does the MX-5 work more than stereo?). Passenger seat should stay inside. What can you remove there? 1000-1050kg? Possible?Second Start: Replace the chair with lighter? Radio out, air conditioning out (heating may stay). Remove the roof, central locking on individual locks? Replace windows with lighter ones? Still with cranks or the same Nothing at all? Lighter exhaust?Third attempt: roof off, is that allowed? So that everything can be enjoyed like disc wipers and stuff.Power steering? Who the hack needs that with less than 1000kg ? Under 900kg? Possible? Would you like to hear your opinion?   • MOPF CONSTRUCTION

    Hello R-Class municipality, now is finally so far, my new R-Class finally arrived in my workshop. After endless 10 weeks the good piece had found the far away from the USA to Germany. Once again no container was free, therefore the good piece was still 4 weeks in the Haven. After the successful conversion of my Sl 55 AMG 2008 already on MOPF I want to venture now to the R-Class. if you are interested I will gladly keep you with the conversion on d I already have some pictures of the first conversion measures, you can look at them in the appendix.   • Winter tire false load index. Do new ones have to come?

    Hello, I bought a Ford Galaxy WGR 1.9 TDI from 2003 in April of this year. During the purchase already winter tyres were present, when I looked at the tires today (not only the profile) I noticed the two of the tires carry a load index of 89 and therefore only 580 kg per tire and 1160 kg per axle have. However, the car has a maximum axle load of 1240 kg at the front and at the HA 1280 Kg in trailer operation the axle loads may even be 1315 kg respectively. 1355 Kg. (Information According to vehicle registration) The vehicle registration shows a load index of 97 /99. Do the above WR have to be replaced? I also have no possibility to measure the axle load.     Hello together. I’ve been having the phenomenon that gears (all gears) are very difficult to use for a long time. Levers can only be inserted with a bad effort -> circuit clamps. This is especially so at cold outside temperatures. However, it doesn’t depend on whether the car (motor, transmission) is warm. It can almost not even go to switch within a ride up to no restriction. With standing motor the gears always go easily, as far as I have noticed.   • Electrical contact of the belt lock is defective / impact ?

    The electrical contact of the belt lock of the passenger seat of my combo is defective because the cable on the belt lock has been broken. Therefore, the belt lock is always reported in the display on the roof as connected to the belt. Thus, the passenger could drive without an error message with unattached belt. Could this also affect the triggering of the airbag?
