  • Warranty Dealer – sale on customer order?

Moin moin, First of all I did not find a suitable forum, I hope that my topic will not be deleted, if necessary vlt. rather postponed. I bought my first car two months ago, a Toyota Yaris, built in 2002, 144,000 km. The car has a repaired accident damage on the rear/case room, Tüv until 2018. Battery was changed when buying and oil in January. The problem: About an hour ago I wanted to drive to a market, my car left I couldn’t start the car (no noise, nothing). That’s very annoying for me now.. after already two months the car doesn’t work anymore. I looked at the whole car (probably out of frustration, even if I don’t have any idea), engine compartment etc. if I don’t recognize the lack immediately and I’m at the coffee shop. I noticed something: when I removed the cover below I discovered water, under the spare wheel even more water (was not there when I bought it yet), I also discovered water tracks starting from the cover down where the electrics is (as soon as you open the trunk directly to the left). I therefore tap on a short circuit. I already noticed that every now and then during the drive of the trunk clapping or. The car shuts off for no reason, but I got out of it. I have to contact the dealer tomorrow, who has promised me to stand for every defect that occurs, in the purchase contract the dealer has written in that I have a warranty of one year. But at the same time I noticed that no VAT is passable §g25a UStgB. Now comes to me the big concern, Was the sale on behalf of a second person? Does the warranty not apply I hope that I don’t have to pay tuition for this now, I saved my car and am a student. Can someone clarify what applies to me and what should I do? Greetings Sch0ko
