  • Accident with borrowed trailer

    Hello together, hope to have chosen the right forum here (if not, please move) Have the following problem: I rented a car trailer from a private person without a commercial registration (1 week for 120 €) and am therefore to Great Britain. I brought a car there and returned one again. On the way back the trailer lost wheel and wheel bearing. Luckily there was no damage otherwise. At first the gentleman wanted to have 150 € for the repair, now he has decided n and would like to have more than 1000 €. He thinks I can report this to my private liability, but I am pretty sure that the damage to moving vehicles has nothing to do with private liability. The trailer is from the 80s and has allegedly only just got new wheel bearings and wheels. The recharging device was no longer mobile after the “accident” and the brake pusher warped, the remaining wheels quite hot. It was not cornered anywhere or similar. with the legal protection insurance with a lawyer who meant I should not pay. But also seemed somewhat uncertain to me with his statement. I ordered my Anfagng October -> delivery date mid-December. ! week later: delivery date mid-February.   • Why are there no 19 or 20 inch rims in the sports package?

    Hello Together I have learned this winter to appreciate the advantages of the wide track of the sports package. The G is great on the snowy winding road and you can really move well, quickly and safely. Even downhill you are safely on the road through the wide track. On my new one, which is delivered in February, comes the sports package. What I like less however are the AMG widenings, since the tires with the 18 inch rims look a little small S. Of course it is better if you still drive in forest and meadow, that you have a lot of rubber and little rim. But with 19 inch rims it is still good. If you want to order other rims than the 18 inch rims, this is not possible with MB. You have to register them and buy them extra (5.170 €!). The reason for this is strange to me, because for the AMG models the 20 inch rims series are. Even with the A class you can order the AMG rims additionally without problems, only with the G. My salesman couldn’t do that.

    Hello, my friend has a Reno Clio Bj. 96. And the problem is when she comes home from work(2km) or school(30km) and then goes shopping(1-2km) then the car doesn’t start when she wants to go home. Sometimes it doesn’t work even when she comes from work and has to go somewhere. ALso that’s usually so when the car drives little and then 5-20 min stands sometimes no longer. Not even starter.. I can find no logic. And then after a few hours it starts normal.. At the car nothing was done, nothing changed, battery is only 6 months old.. What is the problem??

    Hello, I have a bit of trouble after an accident. I can tell you the facts you can give tips. I helped a neighbor with the corn harvest in autumn. I drove his tug with trailer. Police looked if Blinker was ok, then everything was kept on protocol. I did not really look into the mirror, the Autof I paid my warning money and thought everything was good. Today I got mail from the local court to pay for his car. The good gentleman was on his way with Papa’s car, probably told the insurance I didn’t want to be blinked or made signs. They don’t want to pay now. According to the court the testimony is available as proof and the police file. From this I would clearly be guilty and should have the time value Only I know exactly what was on the record and I also had a witness with me.   • Speed drops strongly while stopping.

    Hello, I drive the 323F BJ VI 1.6l 98hp, built in 2001 I think the ZM engine is. My problem is that the speed in a stand for 2-3 seconds drops quite far, so about 200 – 300 rpm and again rises to normal 700 rpm. The error reading at Mazda showed no errors. My workshop had cleaned the throttle valve however, which did not fix the error. What could that be? Have about a year ago air filter replaced with K&N filter but it is clean. Thanks for r all tips
