  • Flashed at 62 in the city – Measurement accuracy?

    Hello, something strange happened to me…. I drove with Tacho 55 through the city, when it suddenly made Ping! Great… I was wondering why they flashed with such a small overrun… Now the letter came and it says I should have driven 62 kmh… After deduction of the tolerance it should still be 9 too much = 15 € As already written my Tacho showed me quite exactly 55 kmh. The Tacho goes very exactly with me. With Tacho 100 it shows me only 2 kmh too little on the GPS. Wa r maybe the speed camera set wrong?? I don’t see it one to pay for something like that! It’s not about the 15 € here, but about the principle. PS: Speed camera was out of the city from a car. Greeting Patrick

  • Speedster fit for everyday use?

    Hello together, I’m so fascinated by the Speedster Turbo that I might want to increase it – but with the everyday fitness still have my concerns. Is the Speedster with its low ground clearance in winter naturally still reasonably mobile and is there any 175er/17-inch winter tires at all? Does any of you drive a Speedster also over winter and what do I have to think about? He naturally offers “no” comfort and little trunk, which for me but no real problem and the consumption would have to be relatively low due to the low weight, there would be no other car with such a good driving performance/price ratio as the Speedster and my “home brand” BMW offers nothing nearly equivalent. The Z4 is already so expensive in the basic version and even the stronger models are not nearly as sporty as a Speedster Turbo due to the high weight.     Hello, I’d like to install 10cm midrange driver in Golf IV soon… Since I don’t have any original photos, I have only the following options: -1. Snibble dashboard and let it play against the windshield -2.Make a small case(structure) and align the midrange driver directly on me Only with the 2nd version I still have my concerns…. Because such a construction is quite striking!!! That looks like a magnet on thieves!!   • Eyebrid better than Ground Zero???

    Moin! Was earlier at the ACR and bought distance rings for my Canton CS2.16. Originally I had to get a Ground Zero TB 300BR (139€), in addition a GZ 4200X (199€) Now I asked on the occasion directly if one can get me these things. Yes one could, but then they told me that the Eyebrid Y4Y450 should be quite decent for 199€. In addition an Eyebrid Y12.1BB for 149€. Interesting is that the Eyebrid ES has two power supplies and 2x50W and 2x100W. Man also told me that if you break the 2x100W in a test 350W RMS come out. Sound quite tasty. But then they also wanted to tell me that Eyebrid Ground Zero from the low budget segment sold. I didn’t really want to believe that, I read a brochure and went home. I went into the inet and browse. But I’m not much further away, the ACR guy had the typical ACR function, the own stuff. Now I would like to get the confirmation. e both Eyebrid things should be a total of 10€ more expensive and then better than the two GZ???? Unbelievable I find. What do you think about it? Maybe you have other suggestions? Anyway I need a new power amplifier + 12″ sub incl. BR housing. Power amplifier max. 200€ and sub max. 150€. Because if the suggestions cost more, I resort to my GZ solution and GZ is really not from bad parents. thank you already!

  • Ibiza 6P/6J MJ 2017 1.2 TSI sometimes does not start immediately

The car got a new battery a year ago, is driven daily. 12tKM/anno; tend to have more short distance. The oil is changed annually after 12,000 KM. The car is moved very carefully and currently has 120,000 KM on it. He has it in rare cases that he does not start right away. Then he orgs, one interrupts and he is there. nn immediately there. Now the days he had it again. Over night it froze and in the morning he did not want to go straight. I imagine that he had already had it and that he had the key a little too casually and briefly turned over.     Hello! I have an important question. My girlfriend bought a Ford Fiesta (lll, GFJ, Built. 95, 1299 sqm). After the car did not jump on the first time we charged the battery and it ran again a few days. Charging voltage was right. At some point the battery was flat again….my conclusion: accumulator broken! I bought a new one then. That went well then also a few weeks. Now the car does not jump on again. When I then measured the battery voltage, ic h me wondered. Something I must have done wrong because my multimeter showed me 207V!!! Already in idle the charging voltage is about 22V. After my experiences the voltage/generator regulator is broken. But where does it sit???? Have a book from 89`Bj. there is described that it should sit at the back of the generator. But that doesn’t look like this, and before I take everything together I wanted to ask. I thank you already in advance for every productive e answer!!!

  • Seat Ibiza ST 1.4 TDI 2015 – Constant emergency run, no one finds the error

    Hello together, I hope someone can help me, because I am really in despair. My Seat Ibiza ST 1.4 TDI (2015) has been standing in various workshops since November – so far without a solution. Problem: First: Emergency run with constant drive (1800-2000 rpm) with error message “load pressure limit exceeded”. After restart the car drives normal again. Now: Emergency run already when accelerating (>2000 rpm) with error message “load pressure limit below”. completely removed, vacuum box on the turbo no longer moved. Previously made: ? All relevant sensors changed (LMM, charging pressure sensor, temperature sensor, sensors before/after charging air cooler) ? Cable checked – no abnormalities ? vacuum box on the turbocharger tested – works normal, does not act ? Turbocharger and vacuum box replaced – problem persists! ? AGR valve cleaned ? DPF checked – is free Directly after the installation of the new turbo: first ride – again emergency run. It feels Ask the experts: What else could that be? Has anyone ever had such a problem?
