    Hi all, lately the AI shows me the following info every time “Keyless-Go card is not recognized” and this continuously every 5 seconds paired with a signal tone. Although I have the Keyless-Go card garnich with me. But if I leave the Keyless-Go card in the vehicle, all 5 seconds the doors open, as if I would hold each time at the door handle, although I am standing outside. Did any of you already have the same problem on the vehicle?? What would you suspect, what could it be? possibly at the contacts in the door handle??   • Vivaro always goes out. Restart only possible after cooling

    Hello, I have a question for the experts here. I have a Vivaro 2.0 Cdti EZ 01/2009 (must be Bj. 2008). The following problem. It started that my heater did not work anymore, the temperature indicator showed nothing and sometimes it was sniffing up to almost maximum. On a ride then the water is boiled out. At the examination a cooler tube was blown by the coolants. This replaces and tries to vent the system (almost not possible). Now the next GROSS problem comes up, as soon as the Vivaro is warm the engine warning lamp comes out and it goes out. No longer to start, analysis system writes no connection to the engine control unit. The next day it is started again, at the venting attempt it has already gone out again and the same game as before. Only after cooling it runs again for about 10 minutes. Error message p2149 and p2146. Währ supercool if one of you could tell me what is going on here. Is it the control device? this can be repaired as cold? Or it is not possible for me to imagine the greetings of Marcus.

  • Ford Escort gearbox or clutch defect?

    Moin moin from the north I’m new here in the forum and urgently need your help! I recently added an Essi Bj 1995 privately, everything ran perfectly until yesterday…I was ready for a few kilometers and when I started on the federal road I put in the first gear and when I let the clutch come there was a hit in the gearbox and the car didn’t move a meter…the engine runs and the gears can be switched on but I don’t even need to kick the clutch for it… Does anyone know what it might be? What can you recommend me to proceed as I can…I guess around a workshop I don’t get around or? Cost point? Thank you in advance

    Evening together. Short to me. My name is Tim am 25 and come from near Ulm. As a everyday car I drive a higher-mounted T4 Syncro with everything around it. Now a vintage car is supposed to be here for the summer. Have found a nice w123 200d near me. Condition fits everything. However, the brake does not build up any pressure, means it is difficult from front to back. You have to press Mega on it to slow it down. Screwdriver experience is available.     Moin Am OM616 (“240d” diesel engine is installed between vacuum pump and brake device, resp. suction bridge hoses to transport the vacuum from the pump to the consumer. Sometimes there is a problem and engine oil is stored in the hoses. In a hose (to the suction bridge) we find a kind of valve, probably to prevent oil from finding its way. Now come the questions: Does anyone know about the valves a part number or name? Do they belong in both hoses such valves? If I have found it right, the hoses made of polyamide PA12 PHL are in the dimension 12.5 · 1.25 mm or 12 mm outside diameter and 10 mm inside diameter. Can anyone confirm this?   • Oil lamp Mini one 1.6 BJ 2003 r50 lights up in stand with warm engine after oil filter change

    Some things have already been tried and again and again astonished… When I demand eu6n oil and oil filter change,I can actually assume that I can drive into my little one and cheerfully from then on… Oil lamp glows after the change.But only when the engine is warm. Long back and forth…a master workshop would have to know how it should go by itself.. I once removed the oil filter cover… look there…the spring and the black plastic pin are missing. Workshop meant,there was nothing…even in the filter…I bought a new lid at BMW,with a wide recording in the lid..also that didn’t help anything.. Oil lamp lights… Filter is original from BMW/ Mini. Now I will get a lid again with pin and spring from the scrap metal…times see how I get it assembled..and that then it will run again..naja with a little language difficulties from the junk yard dealer I hope that we could really communicate… Pictures- from above: 1-Filter case inside 2-filter case I found it before the BMW filter with a new filter-cap

  • Hole grating in the exhaust ???

    Hey guys, so have (had) in my exhaust hole grating. Pretty tough the material, whatever it might be, stainless steel probably. Drilling holes had in the beginning 4 or 4.5 he diameters. Then, because the sense behind lattice in the exhaust did not open up to me, first drilled on 5, then on 6 and then with a seperate step cut through the bridges and have only a small edge stand. Had the material presented to me less unruly, but with dremel and corund attachment I WANT to the rest of the back, but in vain. Someone have an idea what to look for in the exhaust ? Just optical thing maybe ?? Or an idea what to do with the rest. Does a tungsten carbide cutter help there perhaps ? Mfg

  • mini r56 1.4l 95ps Turbo conversion?

    Hello together, I have a general question. Is it possible to upgrade a turbocharger for engines without a turbo, like mine e.g. (n12b14a)? If so, what would all this look like? I have already inquired and looked for on YouTube, but can unfortunately only find videos where turbochargers are upgraded or replaced, but still no information about whether a turbo conversion is possible with each engine.
